Absolutely shocking!

I am in a hotel in Brisbane and, unfortunately, this is the washer I have to use.
I have never liked top loaders, in my opinion the wash quality in them is much poorer that a front loader and they really don't spin as well. In addition, it seems that they may use far more water.
BUT, the absolutely WORST feature of this machine is that there is NO DETERGENT DRAWER!
So, do I really have to pour detergent directly onto my clothes?
Do I really have to wait around for a ping so that I know when fabric softener must be added?
Wasn't the whole point of 'automatic' washers that you could go away and leave them?
So much technology in the world! Why are this company going backwards? Show details

Cheap and capable washer

I am very satisfied with the product so far. There is no fancy features or settings but that is all I need. Also comes with 2 year warranty. I don't think there is a better washer at this price point. Show details

Okay small washer

Works okay. Had to replace both hot and cold hoses because they were leaking, bad seals. Show details

129 volts, washer lid is live. Have to discard machine. Otherwise, we loved it

3yrs and five months old. Sterling performance. But got a tingle from lid so ran multimeter over it. 20 to 30 volts ac. But when closing lid it suddenly jumped to 129 volts. Checked my neutral to earth household circuit in case that was the problem but it was fine, under one volt. By the way all the reviews about this little machine underperforming were wrong. But cannot overlook this dangerous fault. Show details

Horrible Machine! Avoid!

Without fail, whenever we put 2 towels into this machine to wash it always goes off balance when it'd be completely fine if it was another brand. We're at the point of washing 1 towel at a time because of how frequently it's going off balance now.
It's also really noisy which isn't good! There's no fabric conditioner slot so if you use it you're better off going for another brand.
We purchased this as it would fit into our very small laundry, but honestly it's not even worth the money we paid for it! Super disappointing! Show details

Disappointed

Purchased machine 3 years ago and have to replace it already. I have read machines should last around 10 years. My previous one lasted 15 years. Very disappointed in product Show details

Give this machine a big miss

As a previous reviewer has stated you can't use the max level on normal wash numbers upside down, can't use synthetic or woolen cycle will just stop midway and start again. This was right from brand new they replaced the computer board to no avail, had technician back again company decided to replace the machine guess what! no change I gave up can only use this machine on certain cycles and water levels so would not even be suitable to resell. I too was replacing my beloved twintub and space was an issue which was why I bought this one in the first place more issues with it today big thumbs down!!!!! Show details

Good for the money

A little noisy but simple and priced right and seems to wash as well as my past and much more expensive machines. Maybe not many bells and whistles but fine for a single person.
Appliances online also install, and take away old machine and packaging. Also with a delivery time to suit you. Show details

Top loader

Works amazing, had three front loader washing machines before this and could not get the things level.

Things ended up stuffed.

This replacement has now lasted longer then all three front loaders.

Works well cleans cloths well, only complaint would be that the lint held in the machine is a lot more then it used to be, however airing out cloths/wind helps with that. Show details

Very good, inexpensive machine

Just bought this, to replace a very short lived front loader, after realising I had buckleys chance of finding a decent twin tub. It was quite cheap (JB HiFi) so ticked that particular box. Runs very well and super quiet (it also doesn't shake the building during spin cycle.) It's quite basic and I'm still trying to work out when to add fabric softener (when countdown is around 8 mins... I think) but it only uses 13 litres more than our prev. front loader which is terrific. Could benefit from a clear lid to check water levels or soap. Also could benefit from place to put fab soft should you wish to go out while the load runs. Thus far very happy with it. Running on tank water with davey pump.

Good washing Machine

Recently purchased the 6KG washing machine, it was really light so easy to install and has been doing a great job so far! Was a cheap machine and i would recommend using it. It is also really quiet so a nice change from my last machine. Only negative thing i would say is the self closing lid is quite slow.

Love this item

I love this machine especially when washing bed linen and queen size sheets. With having no agitator in the middle nothing gets all wrinkled up or caught in the agitator. I can completely recommend this do not be put off by a name as I'm 63 years old and I have had plenty of washing machines in total. For price unbeatable

Even though its a top loader its very economical

Leaking from the rear, out what appears to be a plastic pipe at the base of the tube. Any idea of cause and possible fix?

can you use the spin cycle only without the wash?

Where can you put the fabric softener?

Haier recommendations say NO fabric softener at all, that’s why there is no dispenser.

Fel

I would just lift the lid and put the softener in manually in the rinse cycle. Did I mention I HATE this washing machine!
