Great service

Following a recent hail storm AJ Grant Group carried out repairs to my damaged home. Assessor’s were very quick to come to my home. Repairs carried out quickly, very efficient and friendly workers.

Not good

After waiting a very long time to arrange a time that worked with these guys through our insurance, the work that was done poorly (silicone was badly done and didn't colour match) the builder took longer then expected and when I came home from work there were items missing from my house. Haven't been able to get in touch to enquire about it. Obviously unimpressed

Unempathetic at a time of crisis

It’s incredible that you’d need to fight for alternative accommodation when you have pets and there’s work to the most part of the house. Insurer had no problem with it

Don't let your insurance company deal with them

I had to get my rear roof replaced by insurance last august
It is the end of January i am waiting for my ceilings inside the bedrooms repaired and still got exposed electrical outside and water leaks the contractor they used charged me $600 cash to replace some panels and would not keep working till I paid
Inside my roof is like a motel for the birds they should be deregistered
DON'T USE THEM

Excellent repair work, highly recommended

I had the A.J Grant team from Wagga Wagga just repair water damage to my ensuite and laundry, from the initial assessment with Matt and Andrew though to Beau and his team of tradesmen I am so thankful for the work performed
Prompt, efficient and top quality finishes
Cannot speak highly enough of the Wagga branch
Brilliant in every aspect.

Don’t let them near your home

Same as Phil, they under quoted our repairs by about $4000. Their scope of work was missing items but they or the insurance company would not listen. They have been out three times and the quality of work is disgusting, we’re in the process of trying to settle but we are going to be so out of pocket as we have to replace even more than the original damage to get rid of the mess they made.

Avoid like the plague

If your insurer uses AJ Grant’s, I’d recommend you change insurers. Just like other victims here, we’ve found them to massively under quote works. You will not get a fair settlement from your insurer if they become involved.

I worked with Steve from the Mold Restoration part of the business and he was excellent to deal with. So thorough and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer man to help with my Reno post storm.

Chris was amazing to deal with, from the first phone call to the follow up call after the work was complete. Nothing at all was a problem and he always went above and beyond. All work was completed on time. Very highly recommended

Great satisfaction for work well done

Our house suffered roof damage as well as other damage to other parts of our property. AJGrant representatives were punctual and had an estimate in to our insurance company within a few days, once approved their Roofers, builders carpenters and ancillary trades people had to endure rain, wind and heat to restore our property to its original standard. These crews of tradespeople were polite, considerate and overall a pleasure to have in our property. I would highly recommend AJ Grant to anyone want their property restored. Totally satisfied. Disgusting service

Aj Grant were originally prompt with service until I questioned their sow and report. Now they will now not toward on documentation to my insurer, nor return calls, or emails. They are not responding to my insurer and now a compliant has been lodged. Poor service and management of claim let alone trying to rip us off with not quoting for works that should be included. Advice request another builder if your going through a claim. Appaulling service, be warned.

First timer - is anyone having trouble getting someone from AJ GRANT to response or call back?
I have an 88 year old man(father in-law) in tears his home has been destroyed by a burst pipe and we are running out of patience with the lack of communication from AJ GRANTS

…and the disappointment continues
The property has been left in a mess, this company is fake news and have the pictures to prove it. We have emailed, called and emailed again and we never get a response from AJ GRANT. Last corespondent pretty much read NOT our problem so we are left with no choice but to take the matter further. Will start with contacting the ombudsman
