Definitely not as good as it once was. Security there is a major issue. I'm no longer using their service after a recent incident, and the way they handled it, left a very sour taste.

I was already at the airport and check-in was about to start, she simply put me on hold. I then found the central office’s contact details online and rang them. This time, the staff member was more competent and apologised for the inconvenience. After checking the booking details, he asked me to drive to their car park, which was 25 minutes from the airport, promising full reimbursement of expenses. I had no choice but to go. When I arrived, there was still no one there to meet me, so I had to ring them again. In the end, we made it to the flight, but our mood was completely ruined. After returning, I contacted the company regarding compensation. But I’ve sent two letters, three weeks apart, and there’s been no response. They’re simply ignoring us. I parked my Audi Q7 2020 for 14 days and paid for undercover parking. When they returned it, they sprayed water around it, which was strange. never issued the footage or responded to my emails. They have an unfair and illegal term stating that they will not be responsible for any damage to property or personnel. I am planning to lodge a legal action through Consumer Affairs. I suspect they used the car and am not sure if any expensive Audi parts have been replaced with others. My short advice is to stay away from these people.
Zero Care – I have been parking with A1 since Jetport closed down. A number of the staff went to A1 and the service was fantastic. the button to retract the mirrors. But on the last 3 times I have found that they have just physically ripped them in. There are plenty of other options out there. Just don't park with these guys.
Very poor service – Booked through the RACV three weeks in advance. When I got there they couldn’t find my booking. The person did eventually find it and rang to let me know. bag in hand, after an overnight flight. It looked all the timings I had to provide was an absolute waste of my time. Our car eventually arrived, water everywhere, a visible quick rinse afterthought. The ticket wasn’t even removed from the dash. Compared to similar services at Melbourne airport this was the worst ever. First and last time for me. I was appalled by the unprofessional approach to a supposed valet service. Not even sure if my car was in shaded parking that I paid for.
The only service to use – I always use this company and they never disappoint. Never have to wait for the bus transfer both ways and car is always waiting when we arrive home. Great people from the drivers to the office staff.
No stress parking – Highly recommend, prompt & courteous service. Clean & tidy shuttle buses. Under cover parking & valet service. On time pick up & drop off & only a five minute journey to the airport. Will definitely use for future travels.

Perfect service – I have been using this service for six years . There is always a bus either ready to go or only a minute or two away . A few weeks ago I noticed slight damage to my car after picking it up . I mentioned this to Tony , who himself fixed the damage immediately. Thing is , we realised the damage did not happen there , however , Tony fixed it anyway . Now that is first class service . Well done Tony and A1 Airport parking.
