Items ordered not in stock apparently , not told about this after waiting for delivery confirmation rang but told still waiting on items rang again told they can’t supply asked for a refund thanks , but was made to feel uncomfortable by a young female smart—— who I was told is the manager , good luck young lady , you’ll need it . Easy to find what I was after great work exactly as what the pictures I showed will shop with 1 again

Ordered and paid for a Thule Hullavator Pro which was on back order after 3 months my order arrived with no extra charges as the new shipment had gone up in price
The communication in those 3 months was amazing

Extremely helpful staff, I couldn't find the right cargo carrier racks for my Mountain Roll on my BT50, so a quick call to A1 Roof Racks and I was sent a link.
Postage was free and super fast, very happy with the quality of the racks and ease of installation.

Easy to find the product I wanted and at a good price. The ordering process was excellent and the updates were regular until delivery which was very quick. The rack was easy to assemble and is easy to mount even though it is on the weighty side. This is way offset by the quality of the build. Love this rack.

6 1/2 weeks I waited for my roof rack. Was told lie after lie. First it was covid, then it was we have no stock, then it was it’s being held up with the freight company. I received no customer support or communication I always had to take time out of my job to follow up with them as they are is NSW and I’m WA. Needed low mount roof rack mounts.
Easy to navigate there web sight.
They have a roof rack finder just enter your vehicle and it will show a list of all the racks and parts for your vehicle.
Was one of the cheapest sellers on ebay for the mounts that I wanted.
The mounts that I wanted was listed as low in stock and to ring to confirm stock.
I rang them in the morning and a friendly and helpful lady answered the phone. She said the computer was showing that there was 1 available in the warehouse but she would contact them to verify and call me...

Navigating and purchasing my roof racks was very easy, the installation guide was very easy to follow and the product came with everything I needed for easy install.

I purchased Whispbar products from A1, and Whispbar/Prorack/Yakima as the product manufacturer have been absolutely abysmal in dealing with issues related to their products (I suspect they find it convenient to hide behind 3 name entities so each one only cops 1/3 of the flack per product).
At the other end of the spectrum, Tom and Issabella from A1 as the online retailer have been A1, 100%, top notch and fantastic in rectifying the problems - going far beyond what I would have expected from a seller - when really the issue was created by poor ...

The two outside brackets of my Rhino wind fairing don't fit. The Rhino website states to contact the dealer for support but A1 never replied. I've contacted them multiple times via email, website and Facebook. No response.

Bought a few big items from them during this BF sale period. I spent many hours trying to find the best price for the Rhino Rack parts I needed for my Ford Everest and A1 Roof Racks had the most competitive prices.

However, I encountered an issue when I tried to checkout and pay because somehow their online shop system could not recognise my postcode. Rang them up and they sorted it out quickly by entering the orders manually from their end. It took only 10 minutes and came up in my account screen on their website for tracking.

I will definitely buy again from them.
