Irresponsible, negligent and careless in injured person assistance.
13 Month and no proper care or assistance given. Settlement is a 1/3 of what is a pain and suffering for month, value. Vist this site: https://finance.nine.com.au/personal-finance/aami-bill-ad-natalie-tran/271c5502-bb23-457c-8e46-0d1c22357f72

CTP insurance worst night mare. Pathetic answers to avoid paying. Avoid AAMI at all costs
9 Month since hit by a car and still going. AAMI now aiming at recovering 50% of my medical. Surgery took place after evidence of damages from accident. AAMI said I should have used a different road.
August 31st 2019 Update: AAMI the worst insurer in the market
AAMI the worst insurer. High in advertising, irresponsible in efficient process of a claim. Increased bad reputation. Stay out / change / look elsewhere for a responsible insurer. The worst in the market.
