I have been very happy with the service I have received. All of my cleaners have been reliable and good.
Cost has been very reasonable. That is all I want to say.

I needed short term assistance after major surgery. Anita provided it at times going above and beyond what I required. She covered all aspect of house cleaning, including the bathroom tiles which had nt seen a cloth for some time

Helen is a fantastic cleaner and just made my busy life so much easier. I only had to run her through what I wanted once and she got it right every time. Would not hesitate to recommend her.

This is the first time that I have used Absolute Domestics to do a 2 hour fortnightly clean in my house. Michael arrived on time. As I had an appointment in 2 hours he reminded me that I had an extra hour for free being a new customer and so offered this extra hour for his next visit. I requested that he do a detailed clean of my 2 bathrooms and powder room. The job was done quietly and perfectly in the 2 hours. I will definitely continue to use this service!

Just wanted to express my appreciation for Sharon. She is hard working, efficient and her attention to detail is amazing. She is a lovely person with very positive energy and my dog adores her as well. She works non stop, displays very refreshing initiative and already has made my home more manageable and less overwhelming uncovering items I thought were lost forever! I understand I’m paying for a service but nowadays that doesn’t often necessarily mean quality attention. So to have someone not just do the bare minimum and display the honesty, integrity and work ethic she does is outstanding and I trust she is valued within your organization as well. The two people who came to my house last week to do a pre-sale clean did a fantastic job. I had saved all the more challenging items for them - e.g. ceiling fans, skirtings, venetian blinds, heating / cooling ducts, light fittings.
They were very thorough in their work, and the result was excellent. They were courteous and helpful - even replacing some window screens removed by another trades-person but not replaced. And.... all for a very reasonable price.

Hard to overstate how happy I was with the service. Alex and his lovely assistant worked on my long-neglected weatherboard holiday home. They went way beyond the call of duty, showing initiative and doing a thorough and even artful job. They scrubbed mould from my bathroom ceiling and from a door that had been unopened for decades, unearthed rubbish from forgotten corners of cupboards, flipped the bed mattress (and then put fresh linen on it) beat and shampooed the rugs— none of which I had asked for. They even updated me on their progress as they worked, sending me photos of what they’d found and advising on safety hazards. Extraordinary dedication and professionalism.

Absolute Domestics found me a cleaning team in good time and they spent 4 hours (x2 people) cleaning from top to bottom.
We have a very big house - which has been sorely neglected this year - they did everything I asked and more.
Not the cheapest service, but the service I got was definitely worth every cent.

Amazing cleaning service, I organised a spring clean and our house is now immaculate. Absolute Domestics is easy to organise and communicate with about the clean I wanted. Fantastic service!

We have used cleaners through Absolute Domestics for more than 10 years and they have been fabulous. When one has needed to leave Absolute Domestics have been able to seamlessly fill the slot with someone new, which has been very helpful as a busy professional household.

My cleaner Julie was lovely, reliable and trustworthy. She cleaned my house for many years and on the rare occasion she couldn't clean on my normal day, she would always offer to come on another day instead. Absolute Domestics were professional to deal with and contacted me on a regular basis to check in and make sure I was still happy with the service. They are a bit more expensive than engaging a cleaner directly due to their fees that the cleaner needs to pay but are more professionally run than engaging one directly.

My cleaner, Ashleigh M, always did an amazing job. My house looked sparkling and smelt fresh and clean on all occasions. Thankyou Absolute Domestics for providing such an outstanding cleaner. Top job!

Absolute Domestics have been a pleasure to deal with. Our cleaner Sue was not only super efficient, hard working and reliable, she also was a lovely person who went out of her way to ensure that I had all our cleaning needs were met. Her standard of cleaning was always high and she was constantly trying to improve her efficiency so she could get more achieved in the time frame. We have had to put our cleaning service on hold due to our work/financial situation changing, however when things get back on track I will be calling to get Sue back to organise our household again! Over the past few years I've had a cleaner from Absolute Domestics on a fortnightly basis, best thing I have done. Easy to arrange, pay and sense of security when arranged through an agency like AD. Only ending due to moving house, although I will consider taking up AD services again
