The cleaners provided have taken more than 7 days to find. The last girls from Bhutan we had prior to last Xmas were good. They went away and were not available until the first week in February but still not available. You did message us with a phone contact to a new cleaner even though our request is to have a team of 2 so as to minimize the time in our house is 2 hours. ( 2X2=4 hrs.)
We emailed a message that we no longer need cleaners as we are moving to a retirement village and they provide this service. You have not confirmed you have received our message.
Should we need cleaners in the future will we definitely be in contact with Absolut Domestics.

I really was appreciative that I didn't have to wait for an Aged Assessment. The service was a couple of days after request online. The cleaner/company is fully insured. My cleaner willing to do anything regardless if it was above waist height etc.
He showed initiative and was always punctual.

Only my cleaner for a short time due to illness but was very happy with her work and her attitude she was a lovely lady and willing to do what ever was asked and even offered to do things that she spotted . Thank you Lisa.

Maybel, our cleaner was a pure delight and pleasure to have in our house. She is a such a bubbly, happy person who's energy and smile is infectious and is very good at cleaning. She was happy to be shown what how and what we liked things done and do the same. Thank you so much team AD and Maybel, it's a shame we have had to cancel her services for now due to a change in our circumstances : ( however if/when things change we will definitely be keen to have her back on board to assist us with our cleaning : )

I have always been happy with the cleaners supplied by Absolute Domestics. I would use Absolute Domestics again if I was looking for a cleaning service again in the future.

Only had personal contact with the cleaner whom we found great. Company interest was sadly lacking as we only heard from them very occasionally if the cleaner had not attended for lengthy periods. I assume this was to ensure that the cleaner was paying the correct fee as it was certainly not customer service oriented.

Our cleaner Lisa has been great. She has been good at being flexible in these unknown times. He cleaning was good and did what we needed her to do. Thanks

Found our cleaner Howard to work off my priority list to a T, and did a great job. Happy to recommend
him for any jobs in the future. He was very considerate when checking the type of cleaning products I preferred him to use throughout my house.

Alana and Justin have been cleaning my place and have done a wonderful job over the year they are very efficiently and would definitely get them in the future should changes occur

House cleaning was great, cleaner covered everything and sometimes a little extra. We had quite a large house with many windows! Our cleaner was very good with privacy and security of the house. Will use again.

Our cleaner has been great, very accommodating, trustworthy and thorough. I was always pleased to come home after she had been there. Our situation has changed for regular cleans but the one offs will still be something I'll do. Thanks

Absolute Domestics did a great job in organising a cleaner who also did some ironing. Cleaner was very accomodating and a pleasure to have in my home. My circumstances changed with Covid and I had to terminate the cleaning service.

Obvious the cleaner and employer don’t communicate. Cleaner was pleasant and sweet but no experience in professional cleaning and resigned from the company after two cleans. She sent me a text the afternoon of my clean saying the next weeks one would be last..... Absolute contact me The day before clean to say they are working on a replacement....... too late replaced elsewhere and told the other pleasant girl not to bother with the last one. If you want a professional and experienced cleaner this isn’t the place I’d be looking - the cleaner herself said they are hard to get hold of...

Nadia and her colleague were very punctual, polite and obviously new their business. Cleaning done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Have used Absolute for many years and will continue in future.

Loved my cleaner, she was very friendly and accommodating of what I needed done for that week. Would recommend her to anyone. Her strengths are bathrooms, carpet and general tidying. Found she worked better when I was not home
