The worst company to deal with...Never deal with them.
I am with ACN for around 2 years, We lived in Sydney where we had NBN, which was far worse than the dial-up, everyday same story, you call the customer service, waste time, connect this, do that test, keep record of the speeds at different times, never managed to fix it, we had it for nearly 6 months or so, we moved to Brisbane, this address wasn't NBN ready, I hoped I can terminate this contract as they could not provide me with the service I signed for (at this new address). They asked for nearly $380 if I want to leave ACN, made me stay with...them and signed for another 24 months even after all the conversations that they cant sign me for a new agreement. Again the worst company to deal with, i called few times in between so that I could terminate my plan with them, only a few days ago I contacted "Telecommunications Ombudsman", received email from ACN that I am allowed to leave ACN and they won't charge me any money if I want to move to any other provider. Moral: Please Don't waste your time with ACN, contact the Ombudsman.
Really sorry to say but i have experinced terrible customer service. I was convinced to connect internet with insufficent information.
Super slow yet super expensive - just what I wasn’t after
We are a company with an ADSL connection. ADSL meaning “A Damn Slow Line”.
If your looking for sub 5mb download speeds and intermittent connectivity, then this provider is what your looking for.
Sprinkle one of the most expensive plans around for this slow, intermittent service, you know your in for a crap show.
I’d recommend the old tin cup and string as being a more reliable and faster method of communication than choosing this provider as your choice to power your business in this, the technology age that we currently live in.
Go...with a wireless solution from a top tier provider (read main stream carrier) if your faced with the choice of ADSL from this carrier, poking your eye out with a hot iron poker, or wireless internet at your location.
Save your time stay away from acn
Just book for ACN pacific broadband through an agent well i thought it gonna be better... but you cant believe the speed they delivered to me it was 00.25 kbps even cant use the smartphones... well then we go for customer service so did everything we can so finally they give us appointment with technician after 10 days so today ha came and check everything but he couldn’t even understand what to do he recken may be have to change wires in street ... I'm tired of acn trash.

Rang ACN last week to let them know that I would be changein service provider at end off billing cycle. But cut off next day cut off around 10 days before the end off billing cycle
and left family with no internet rang ACN this morning and sed their was nothing Thay could do
Please acn get the care factor and customer service right before you have no customers. It’s ok to pay the bills but not much care from Acn side .

Very slow all the time
I am disappointed with the service of ACN Naked DSL. I recently received a letter stating that they are shutting down my Naked DSL service because they are phasing it out. I am going elsewhere now because of many reasons.
1. Very slow internet speeds even after ringing and trying to get that fixed.
2. Customer service - I called to reset my modem and the technician failed to explain about resetting the wi-fi password so I had to ring back to get that done. More than an hour of my time to reset the modem because the internet dropped out comple...
Worst Service ever from any ADSL provider
I had ADSL connection with them. First thing that I got service available after my cooling off period. So if I find out that the service is not good I can’t cancel it with out paying early termination fees. Connection was poor. Couldn’t get more than 3 mbps of speed. They said that they have to do more troubleshoots to get more speed. I told them that I don’t have that much time to be on the for for hours. When I canceled my service they said they have not used their all effort to do troubleshoot at first time, that means they want us to call t...hem as 1000 times to get speed right. They sent me bill of $426 for early termination. I couldn’t have sign for 24 months contract if don’t want to stay 24 months just to pay extra money when I cancel service. One of the worst service providers. They use Telstra network to provide service but service is worst then anyone.

I have experienced so many problems with them ,internet is down all the time and technical support is only till 8pm we in QLD..My whole online booking get affected every evening because of this unreliable company what a shame company I joined..My client is an ACN rep so I gave her business but I regret..if zero was there i would have given them that how poor service they have..can't come out of the contract aswel

I signed up for ADSL with them; after paying for the setup cost, modem, lock in the 24 months contract... just to find out that it's the most unstable internet service I ever had... and now I have to pay close to $400 to disconnect them, on top of my new modem and new connection fees to my old provider Telstra. A very costly exercise for tying to get some points from this MLM business :( PLEASE DON'T JOIN THEM !!!
This service is beyond terrible
My network is worst of all and they are taking alot of money from me unnecessarily. I don't recommend this service, it's waste of money.

Absolutely terrible people, I now have a bill for $255 and still no broadband working, when you mention that you haven't had any service yet, but are away and unable to chat until the following week, they then harass your mobile. By harass I mean to the point I nearly called the police and changed my voicemail message to tell them to stop calling me over and over and over, I work with clients all day and cannot take phone calls and my client was stunned at how much my phone was ringing. They would call, go to voicemail, let my voicemail run l...eaving no message, then hung up and recalled back immediately 5 times over.....several times per day, racking up about 30 calls per day. I complained and was told I should just pick up the call and tell them I am busy.....I was out with clients. I have never seen such foul manners, expecting me to pay for service and threatening my credit rating.....dealing with overseas call centres quite clearly who don't care......absolutely awful, terrible, don't go near them.

Slowest internet speed EVER. Speed in third world countries is much better than what they provide to customers. In addition, our fixed line had issues a few months ago. Took them ages to resolve and then few months later, they charged me with a $129.99 stupid callout fee!?! What a rip-off. You ACN sellers and IBO's are big scammers. Don't ever ever sign up for any ACN product.
