Overall, we're pretty happy with the 10.5KW ultraslim system given the price. It's very quiet and cools quickly.
My only gripe is that the system has one thermostat and therefore over cools zones if the zone where the thermostat is located is not on. We're, therefore, forced to cool a large area we're not using, just to get the rooms running at a consistent temperature. Even when we do run the zone with the thermostat, other zones still feel way cooler than the set temperature. We checked the temperature using our baby monitor and it confirme...
Read mored that the temperature was below what was set. Not ideal for running costs and I wasn't aware of this prior to purchasing. More expensive models apparently have multiple thermostats so worth checking before buying.Purchased in for $5,900.

I would like to know the pros of the ActronAir UltraSlim model when compared to the Classic models, i.e in terms of efficiency, efficacy and cost.
I am planning to install one in my home.

Hi - I was told from an installer when discussing manufacturer options that the UltraSlim model was not manufactured in Australia - as a opposed to the Classic & Platinum. Is this correct?
