When it breaks you're on your own
Chair was bought from the Acupaedic owner "Simon" for $3000 at a Sydney shopping centre stall and we were assured that it was the best chair around and that is came with 3 years warranty. After 7 months the machine broke down and when we called Simon to come fix it he took forever to come out, didn't bring any spares, couldn't fix it and promised to come back with a technician. us we'd need to take him to the Tribunal as he had stopped responding to their enquiries after requesting a copy of the original invoice. The guy is a crook. Now we have this enormous broken chair taking up space and a huge hole in our wallet.1 comment
