Shonky and misleading
Not Australian and don’t dispatch within claimed timeframes but they take your money right away. Email follow up are ignored. I doubt they are a legitimate business at all.

Delivered wrong product - no response since
Initially did give good response and delivered when they said - but it was the wrong product (laptop charger - received same brand but wrong model), so useless. Have not responded since to multiple inquiries re: exchanging to get the right product.

Based in China despite the website stating .com.au
So irritated with myself I should've realised and checked here first, will contact the bank in the morning absolute scam. Purchased a power adapter for my Mac Air. On 1st November I have disputed the sale through Paypal as a result of reviews on the company here and also their courier company 17 Track on the website, https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.17track.net - I will reserve judgement until I receive a response from the vendor but I suspect the product will never arrive or be delayed due to "Covid" I hope I'm wrong!

ed to amend this review as I have actually received the item and it is (so far) working perfectly fine, I will see if like many have mentioned it stops working, but to be fair to them given it came from China and given Covid and delivery delays it did get here fast and is working as advertised.Similar opinion? Bad service and no refund
Never purchase from this company!!!
Bought a adapter for my Lenovo chrome book waited weeks for it to arrive, it worked for about a week, now it it’s useless and won’t work. Contacted company through email got a response a week later with a dot point of suggestions of what to do. They obviously didn’t work and 2 weeks of now no response...

Ordered a Lenovo Adapter 2 weeks back - No response or update on delivery. No response to the enquiry made over their website. Very fishy and dodgy services from adapterspc.com.au - will never use them again

Product coming from china
Would not purchase through them unless you can afford to wait weeks for item to arrive. Had to buy locally while waiting.
This should be made clear on purchase by seller.
