Item not delivered, unresponsive customer service.
Ordered a charging cable and a battery for my Dell laptop but I never received the battery. They are based in China and no response when contacted through their own website as there's no other option.
edit: I finally received the battery, hence amending the review to 3 stars as the product did arrive after all, late but it's still good value for money.
