The process for getting solar was made pretty easy. They help from from start to finish, I've had a few hiccups with the app but that's been sorted. I'm enjoying much cheaper electricity bills.

Installation was done by very competent people & we have not had any problems .the only issue we had was for the people doing the install because it kept raining but the company reworked the schedule to suit

I was very happy with the response company ,was little delayed installation but main problem also When delivered panels truck damaged driveway and by himself he will never push the pallet to the garage so I help him with wife ..Awaiting for the Installer take one week,lucky I have garage .They come after one week to install the panels, and then I was waiting for inspector to oversee installation until 5.2.2021 to long.I believe that inspection should be done much earlier .Otherwise I’m happy with the job,well done.

I selected ADS based on previous reviews, which were all positive. I should have looked at the negative reviews, as these cover the real ADS experience. ADS contacted me to do this review, asking me to give them a 5 star review before sending me the link to the review site. ADS itself offers no real expertise, other than getting your money and not responding to issues. They have no installers or technicians just subcontractors. The Sales Consultant Prinka was very helpful and co operative...Got everything done in a limited time and got the system installed too at the easliest availible dates...Would definately recommend it.

It would be good to explain and provide more options , for example, I could have Sungrow smart meter installed at the same time, during the quotation and sizing, it wasn’t explained to me I could have such device. The installer didn’t know how to set up the wifi connection to the inverter, I had to work out myself by searching internet.
