Steer clear of these guys, gave a design that didn’t work at all. Equipment arrived on a Ute at 9pm unannounced . Then 3 guys arrived next day completely unprofessional, who broke 2 tiles and left shortly after not installing because they didn’t know how to design panels. ADS were completely rude and hopeless to support. The story goes on, needless to say don’t use them go with local company who use their own installers and actually care about your business

ads installed solar at my house last week they send unprofessional people to installed it they damaged aircon water pipe on the roof and water was leaking througe the lights my wife told the installer that water is leaking bad and kitchen is flooded and installer deny and said to my wife thats not my fault thats your builder's fault and now lights are not working and there is some stains on the roof [4 months old house] and they suppose to install 20 pannels but they install 18 pannels and did not even turned on the service and did not explaind me further instructions. ive tried to contect ads via phone ,msg and email and they just ignored me. so guys please stay away from these people they are just ripping you off and telling lies.

Very unprofessional staff . Panels were not aligned and they looked ugly. Office staff had no idea how to talk to the customers. Terrible service. Beware of these frauds, don't get yourself into any trouble. Their salespeople will lie to the end of the world.Before installation they sent me different quote but after installation they wanted to charge me $700 on top of the existing quote. When I told them to check it again , the lady in office Amanda told me that I don't want to pay thats why I told them to check the price. Later they called and agreed I was right but she didnt apologise.
