Excellent service, fantastic price!!
My family have been having cold showers which is only bearable because it's summer. We spent that time researching hot water systems. My husband finally purchased a Rheem 400L Optima 3.6kw electric hot water system, and we needed a plumber to install. So I opened up the local paper, The Redland Times, and rang up some plumbers for prices. luding fittings. Two others quoted me at prices that were insane. One was $775 which didn't include fittings and $850 which included fittings. There were no surprises with this system, it took him under an hour, even though the side of the old tank was split. I live in Birkdale, South East Queensland, and I was impressed with his professionalism. When he knew he'd be running late, he called me twice to let me know the new time. A job before mine was taking longer than he expected, so understandable, and he was only late by 30 minutes if that. BEST of all, he kept to his quoted price of $500, was extremely professional, went the extra lengths to make it all look perfect and showed me how to adjust the temperature and release the pressure so the tank would last longer. Excellent service and fantastic price. Recommended!! Price, professional, reliable, overall a fantastic job. Nothing.1 comment
