Terrible – Like the previous reviewer, my oven just stopped working and repairs would be too expensive. I already had it repaired once (at a cost of $500) and just don't want to waste any more money on it. Very, very disappointing for such an expensive oven - which, by the way, has not had heavy use. Worked quite well, but no better than you'd expect for this price Broke down twice - not worth repairing the second time. Way too expensive for what you get.

Stopped working after 3 years - major fault – A great microwave when it worked (though I'm not sure it is worth $2500) but suddenly stopped working. I was sold an extended warranty from Clive Peeters but am now told it is not covered, and never was. Repairs are over $700 with no guarantee of a long term fix according to the repairman. I can't believe I paid that much and am left with a dead microwave. Wish I'd bought a $100 Sanyo. Attractive, easy to use, heated evenly. Stopped working after 3 years with ludicrous repair costs. Expensive.

Excellent – We did have a problem with the first oven we bought, I think this was largely because the Clowns at Clive Peters dropped it (infront of us) when they were carrying it to our car. Looking back now we should have refused to take delivery of that unit and demand another one. Especially as it is a $2500 unit! Unit was replace by Electrolx as Surprise Surpise the Dropped unit would not work when we got it home. The replacement unit works perfectly and has many useful functions for a busy lifestyle. The Combo cooking works beautifully, and significantly cuts down cooking times. Multifunction oven. Microwave, grill and oven in one unit. Saves time, by cooking with microwave and Oven/Grill together. A little pricey, but worth it if you make use of all the available functions.
