Problems with Computers... Call a Geek
Geeks will one day rule the world. Well, maybe not, but the Affordable Geek who came to my business to fix my computers was an absolute genius and I really think he should be Prime Minister (not that Mr Morrison is doing a fine job). Thomas turned up when he said he would. He fixed my computers like he said he would. And he charged me for the time he said he would. If all businesses ran like this, the world (or at least the Gold Coast) would be a much better place.
Don't believe the no fix no payment rubbish.
I called these guys in to do three things for me. I was told two weren't possible within 30 secs, so no issue with that as I didn't think what I wanted was possible but wanted to check. Then the third issue took three visits by two people and I was then told that wasn't possible either. It was a simple email re-direction on Mac. They charged me for the three visits and a total of $300. I then went to another IT company who did what these guys claimed wasn't possible within 30mins. I have contacted the owner twice to complain and get a refund but nothing. So apart from being unable to fix an easy issue they do charge for stuff they can't fix so the statement on their website is false and misleading. Rubbish service.
PC repairs? No Fix No Fee Guarantee - LIES!
I had a problem with my desktop, they advertise "No Fix No Fee Guarantee" their response was to tell me to buy another pc! that was their supposed fix! Dont bother going to them! Initally, their web site had the wrong address (not Google, but their site) they changed it recently, I received an email from them asking me to pay cash as their system would bill me twice if I paid by Credit Card!! They are misleading and deceptive and just could not do the required work. Their response was to advise me to buy another pc.......I took the "unfixable"...pc to another pc repairer, they had it less than two days and my pc has never been better. (and still is going strong) Avoid them. Initially they had the wrong address for their business, dont have a trusted payment system (as per their own email) and can not fix pc's. RUN
