Very unreliable and lying staff
Do not use this business! Moving is already a stressful experience, trying to juggle removalists in between work & life. Organised to get a a clean a week in advance, received an email after making the booking which advised I would receive a confirmation text the day prior. The text never came. I called on the day to confirm and got the go ahead. I organised for someone to drop their schedule and wait at my place to meet the cleaner (because I was working). Some random girl who I can't even understand calls 1 hour & 10 mins prior to booki...ng to tell me I need to bring my mattress downstairs because from the apartment block to have it cleaned. I tell her that can't happen seeing an elderly person is waiting at the unit and they can't lift heavy items. Then I get a call 1 hour prior to the booking telling me someone is knocking and no-one is answering (no-one is there because I organised for someone to be there at the time I booked). Then 20 minutes later I receive a text to tell me the booking is cancelled because they don't have the equipment they need to do the clean. Are you serious I organised it a week ago! So then I call the person who is already driving over to my place to meet the cleaner and tell them to turn around. I asked to speak with a manager to express my dissatisfaction and was advised the manager would call me. Didn't hear a thing. I wouldn't use this company if you want reliability. Get someone you feel comfortable with it's not worth the run around just to save a few bucks.
Terrible Customer Service
I organised them to do a bond clean on my property and hide a key under my house for them. The cleaner called me and said the key did work, which I knew it did as I used it to get into the house the day before. So I told him a different way he could get into the house. When I returned later that day to inspect their job, the cleaner had left a different key there with a key tag on it that had a different address written on it. So i rang and told them what had happened and they said they would get back to me. That never happened so rang back at ...the end of the day and they again said they would get back to me. Called again the next day and they said that was the key that was left, I said it obviously was a key for another job they had done so there is probably another person missing a key. They said you must of but that key there and we don't know what happened to the other key but they are not taking responsibility for it. There's no way anyone else moved the key as only the cleaner and I knew where it was and it was well hidden. Disgraceful Customer service and the lady on the phone was very rude and wouldn't listen to common sense. .
Excellent service from these guys!! The carpet technician [name removed] was very informative about the problems caused by pet urine not being treated correctly. Even though I paid more than the $99 special they had it saved the carpet from having to be replaced which when your renting is the best possible outcome! Thanks a bunch AIM and [name removed]!!

I seriously can't fault these guys. Amazing customer service amazing cleaning results. In the last 3 years I have moved 4 times and use Aim everytime.
They were asked to return for a couple of things and do so promptly. They even dealt with agent directly.
100% recommend these guys. No hesitation at all.
Ripoff - Did not finish Job - Then wanted to charge more cause they were late.
Was originally quoted a price for a full bond clean and paid upfront, agent who took booking kept talking over us on the phone, then when they couldn't finish the job they then requoted us another $200.
Customer service team was less then helpful and couldn't care less. Will be pursuing Legal Action.

Should score 0! Very expensive! I should have read the reviews first before booking them to do our bond cleaning! Charged $580 to do the bond cleaning plus $250 for blinds and further $250 for a wall wash. When rental agent inspected the house, she was not happy at all! They had to come back and do thr job again. this business is a joke! Should close down!!!
Awful experience - Avoid
These guys were initially scheduled to arrive between 8 am and 10 am. They sent me a message asking if 12 pm would be ok, which was fine. Until it got to 1 pm and they still hadn't arrived. So after a morning of waiting for them to show up, time spent away from work and money in my pocket, they told me that nothing could be done about it and no discount was forthcoming. When I pushed the issue the said they would get back to me, instead they rang my housemate and got him to pay by credit card.

Worst Experience - Beware
Do not use this company at all. I booked a Bond clean $450.00 and an additional $295 for curtains and a couple of external things. (I supplied a list of all required cleaning). After the clean the unit manager inspected the unit and advised she believed that the cleaning hadn't been completed. I contacted this company and they arranged the 2nd clean for the same day as the new tenants where moving in the following day. The 2nd clean was conducted and again areas were not cleaned. The new tenants moved in which I then had to reimburse them $200....00 for there time to clean the areas that were not cleaned. I continually contacted this company and was finally told by there customer service staff that a full refund would be issued. When I followed up on the day the refund was meant to be processed I was told that no one besides the director had the authority to authorise any refund, so basically I lied. I then gave the name of the person that advised me that the refund was going to be paid, I got no response. I continually contacted the company chasing a refund, I was finally advised the refund was approved, it came through, it was only $200.00 (just what I reimbursed the new tenants not the original clean)this process took nearly 2mths
Asked them to do a bond and carpet clean. Paid over $800 for both including and additional $200 wall wash. Cleaner arrived on time, and advised walls needed more than just a spot clean. I gladly agreed and paid the additional $200. Upon doing the final inspection the "clean" carpets there were additional marks that weren't there before. The bond clean was woeful. Areas missed, door stop broken, walls not cleaned properly, shed not dusted it swept. I had to do an additional 4 hours cleaning to invite the landlord over for the final inspection. ...When I emailed thru the photos and complained, they claimed they didn't receive the pictures. After re-emailing them and calling them they had every answer under the sun, and the conversation went round in circles. I told them I wanted a response in 24 hours to rectify the situation. I asked for a tax invoice, as I only had a booking confirmation, it will get emailed they told me. I rang 3 days in a row, still no response, we'll call you back and email you. I rang 3-5 times every day and got palmed off. Either the manager was out or on another call. I persisted and kept calling. At one point I could hear the staff laughing in the background saying "it's him again" I complained and was told I was hearing things. It's been 8 days and no resolution. I rang them yesterday, and was told I would be called or emailed. I told them it had to be by 930 this morning. 10:15 I rang back and now the manager is on holidays for 4 days, even when I was told she would call. I now have to wait an additional 3-5 days for a response as they can't tell me if she will be in on Saturday or Monday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money, charge you extra and perform a low quality job!! Very VERY unhappy!!

Do not book your clean with this company. Worst service ever. My bond clean was booked for friday at 5am and the cleaner was a no show. Back up cleaner was booked in for clean at 12pm friday and sincerest apologies was given. 1pm came and still no cleaner. I was then promised that the cleaner would come by 3pm. 3:30pm and still no had arrived. Another call again. Was advised that the cleaner couldn't come until the next day. Clean was completed but it was very average. Also, my $2,500 wedding dress was left outside on the front patio (uncovered...) and i was not notified that it was left outside the house until the next day when i received a text message from the cleaner. The real estate i am using to rent out my property have requested another clean as it wasn't to the standard required.

We organised our Carpet & Pest to be done. The lady and man who turned up did a great job of our carpets and spent time with me and my husband giving us some much needed tips on our cleaning. Can't thank them enough...we would have been there all day! They saved us so much time and we received more than just a professional carpet clean. Thanks guys. We surely got value for our money well spent!

I don't care what good things you have heard about this company,lies, lies, lies... but please please do not EVER EVER pick them to help you out of your house/unit. Unreliable. Booked a week and a half in advance. Did not show. Had to pay extra rent due to their disorganisation. They are expensive too. Once they decided it was their fault that they didn't turn up they reduced the price by $50 or so. When someone eventually turned up a couple of days later, we were told that the carpet cleaner came after....not part of the same people tha...t were cleaning unit. Another wait for the carpet cleaners. Unpleasent phone call near the end of the day telling us that the carpets on the stairs would not be clean unless I paid extra...was $99 but reduced to $89 because of their stuff up ( I really want to say another word there!!!) and now they want me to pay extra?????? They were told about ALL the carpeted areas when first contacted... Don't bother calling the Managers...they suck. They know everything....they know what was said when first contacted..'.word for word' so you can't possibly tell them otherwise. When asked if they had recorded the conversation..."no, we don't do that". ....ok....Those managers are so good!!!! It would be terrible to work there, getting phone complaints daily. One of the managers I believe, ( there is another female there...can't remember the name, lucky her...English accent...she's no good either, don't waste your breath) was left messages to call but...no calls... Man up. Return the calls. Anyway people out there. Please choose another company, you would be better off doing it yourselves. Shame on you Aim Home Services...you aim to displease. Guess what? since the above was written, I have had to send an email to them as the real estate has found that unit was not cleaned properly...... This is still not over.

Booked in for my carpets to be cleaned on the Friday.
An hour before they were scheduled to arrived I called to confirm everything.
Found out that they had rescheduled it for Saturday.
I stressed that it was imperative that it be done asap as I'm getting married that saturday at 1, told me they would arrive between 9-11.
Or I can still make it in time.
Called them on Saturday at 10, they then informed me that they won't be attending until some time between 11-1.
They must be joking!!!
I am still waiting!

Wanted to charge 500% more than quoted...
Aims guy turned up and wanted to charge $500, after quoting me $100 over the phone. I guess it's their modus operandus. I called nu-look carpet cleaning (1300 793 442), and they did a wonderful job with no hassles whatsoever, and charged exactley what they quoted. Aim are still harassing me for my money (their 'callout fee'... I should send them a bill for wasting my time!). Shame on you aim

Very unreliable and terrible service. I complained to ACCC that on their website for bond cleaning they stated that they would clean the cupboards and kitchen but the kitchen was flithy with food stains, soy sauce stains, banana peels left behind. Kept calling them but the person in charge is avoiding my calls (her colleague says she is on the line for the past 3 hours). Please avoid them and complain to the ACCC if you engage them.
Booked a "Bond Clean" and Carpet Clean.
Original appointment was Monday 6th they didn't show up. Rebooked Saturday 11th for 7am they came 4 hours late at 11am. I Was Surprised when they showed up in a sedan with a few cleaning products in the boot. I Guess I was expecting perhaps a van with specialised cleaning equipment but oh well. Also very surprised when they asked me for a ladder because shouldn't a professional cleaning company who is supposed to clean vents, ceiling fans, and light fittings carry this kind of equipment???. Anyway left...them to it as I had to get to work. Was unable to check the place until 9pm Sunday night and was disgusted with results. floor was still very unclean, skirting boards had not been done, air conditioning vents very dirty with cobwebs, light fittings unclean with cobwebs, soap dish in bathroom still had soap scum, laundry floor where washing machine was still grimy, cupboard alcove that held clothes dryer covered in dust, and the list goes on. The carpet "clean " was terrible, lucky for me Magic Dry carpet cleaners were able to fit me in at short notice and did a wonderful job. However this was Monday afternoon and he was shocked when i said the carpets had been cleaned two days prior as they were still very wet. I Wouldn't have minded if it was a few small things they had missed but this was totally unacceptable for the price I paid. I had a viewing of the house the next day (Tuesday) so had no time to trust them to return and rectify the problems so took leave without pay from my job and did it myself. As i have been informed there will be no refund I am taking the matter up with consumer protection. I Provided Aim with photos and videos of the dodgy job with Monday's newspaper in the shots to prove they were taken after their cleaners had been. The Reason I was given for not receiving a refund was that I did not give them a chance to come back and redo the cleaning. Once again I will say I HAD NO TIME because of the viewing the following day!!!! After not showing up the first time and hours late the second time how was I supposed to trust them to return and do the job properly within 24 hours?? Would YOU have done anything differently??

We need to get two bedrooms carpet cleaned for bond refund / end of lease. Can you pls provide costing? It would need to be done late in the afternoon of Monday 8th September or first thing Tuesday 9th.
