WEAKNESSES

1) Comfort and environment:
- the seats are very uncomfortable and too close from one another which leaves absolutely no room space at all
- they use kerosene which has a very strong smell and the whole plane smells of it, especially if you sit at the back => makes me nauseous
- they used very old planes until really recently

2) Personnel on-board:
- sometimes overly casual or sometimes borderline disrespectful and condescending => you never know what to expect
- personnel obviously very stressed and can be quite short to customers...
