Reasonable but went wrong after three months. Aldi didn't want to know. Warranty useless.
Dishwasher worked for three months then went wrong, giving out incredibly loud grinding noise that scared us. Contacted Tempo (who do Aldi's servicing in Australia) but technician, who arrived a week later couldn't fix it. Technician even refused point blank, to remove shoes before entering my house due to 'insurance'. Tempo promised a full refund but a week later it still hadn't been actioned, so I phoned Tempo and spoke with Kim, the Supervisor, who promised me faithfully she would personally ensure the refund went through. Six days later the...refund still hasn't been done. Do NOT trust Tempo and, personally I'd never buy white goods from Aldi ever again because their warranty means nothing. Time to get onto credit card company. December 11th 2019 Update: Useless. Then so called 'refund' arranged by Tempo (Aldi's service company) never put through. This dishwasher lasted a few weeks before sounding like it was going to explode. I contacted Tempo who sent service people around but they couldn't fix the fault. Service company then advised me to just keep using the dishwasher despite hearing the cacophony the machine was making! I asked them to put that 'advice' in writing to me. Unsurprisingly they refused to but suddenly Tempo decided to give me a full refund. However, over two weeks later the refund still hasn't arrived in my bank.Tempo state the money's been put into my bank but it definitely hasn't. This is a nightmare. Tempo seem to believe I will simply give up and walk away. MY ADVICE to any Aldi customers is do not purchase any ALDI product unless you are fine with being lied to and robbed. NEVER again will I buy from them.
It only lasted three months before failing
This dishwasher worked well enough at first, although noting special. it then suddenly emitted several startlingly loud buzzing/grinding noises that was so loud it could be heard OUTSIDE the house. We called up the 1300 number and Sterling sent the repairer round. We then had to wait ten days for a new part (soap dispenser) but within two days the noise returned, except much louder. We phoned the repairer back but they refused to do anything more. I went into Aldi Gympie and politely asked their staff what could be done. They spoke with their M...anager and then told me I'd have to bring the dishwasher back for a refund. This despite it coming with a 3 year warranty. I just wanted it fixed as it's a waste of time removing it, returning it and then having to buy another elsewhere as Aldi have no more left. Absolutely NOT impressed and will not buy from Aldi again. It seems no retailer stands by their warranty nowadays.
Great Aldi Dishwasher that competes high end dishwashers
I am amazed with this dishwasher and what can it do to wash dishes. amazing results and diffidently recommended.
After sales in home warranty is a great addition as well.
Never worked from the start must of been made on a Friday afternoon.
Only successfully washed every 4th or 5th was. Heating element fault was indicated. Left everything wet, cold and covered in grease/oil. Starting to think Aldi products are not what they're made out to be
Purchased in May 2019 for A$353.00.

Had ours for two years now shocking!
Upon installation our dishwasher did not work, booked a service call and two weeks later someone came to change the control panel. Still did not work! Booked another service call and another control panel this time worked!
Does not wash dishes well and can only use heavy or intense to get a wash, loath the cutlery tray as have to lay out each piece individually.
Now getting E2 error pump blocked but nothing in the pipes and all drainage clear.
I think best place for this dishwasher is the scrap heap!
The dishwasher is now 2 years old and both top and bottom baskets are rusting in all different spots mainly on the underneath of them. Had normal daily use for the two years but when I contacted Stirling while still within my 3 year warranty period they stated as previous reviews have, that it is "not covered by warranty" and it must be something I am doing. I will be taking this further as obviously it IS a fault with the dishwasher and clearly a product defect. I do find the washing of the dishes no better or worse than previous dishwashers I have owned but not taking responsibility for faulty products is unacceptable and must be rectified as stated in their own warranty details under the Consumer Act 2010.
Purchased in July 2017.
I have no complaints about this excellent machine. It gives a great wash. Has a good and simple selection of cycles, half hour to 3 hours. Excellent wash and quiet.

Easy installation and I like the layout of the racks however we got a lemon.
It never finished its first wash and was beeping/flashing error code saying there is an internal leak somewhere.
The bottom was flooded. I called Tempo for help as per instructions in the Manual, they weren’t helpful at all. Told me to run another load eventho it’s flooded ?!?!?
I soon realised its stuck on the error code and it wasn’t going to do another load.
So we unplugged it and dragged it back to Aldi store for a full refund
I only ran it once. stuck pools on the bottom doesnt drain? Glass indiccator flickers. Now it only makes a grinding noise does my head in. Anybody have this problem?
The end of the cycle the water does not drain poor quality materials and you can't stop in the middle of the cycle it has to start at the begining waste of money
Does the job well
Works great & I do rinse dishes before putting them in dishwasher, hose clogged up once but that is expected. Had it since May 2016 with no issues & recommend it to anyone, you get what, you paid for
Rubbish!! Waste of money
Bought this just 1.5 months ago. already facing lots of issues...it doesn't stop after washing..drains the water and starts again the whole process and keeps going..the dishwashing table container got issues as well..
After sales service is extremely poor
After purchase we noticed that one of the plastic wheels that allowed the upper dish rack to slide in and out was missing. We contacted Tempo, the authorised customer service agent for the Aldi dishwasher. They arranged to send a wheel to a local repairer to fix up the dishwasher. I had to find out where the wheel had got to and found the name of the repairer. He stated that he was too busy to come out at that time as he was very busy with bigger jobs. We told him that we would be overseas for several weeks and would contact him when we arrived...back. When we contacted him, he advised that the job had been cancelled by Tempo. I asked him if he still had the wheel (which he did) and I arranged to pick it up. When I got it home it was the wrong wheel! I contacted Tempo who escalated the complaint for immediate action. That was over a month ago. When I contacted Tempo again, they told me that nothing had been done as their employee had left the company. They asked that I photographed the missing wheel ( a bit tricky) and send it to them. I am waiting for a response. I purchased the dishwasher NINE MONTHS AGO.
Purchased in September 2018 for A$350.00.
Got one for an outdoor kitchen, have been really annoyed at how it does not actually wash anything properly. The standard washes don't clean dishes or plates with cheese on them or baked on sauce and everything needs to be washed by hand after. The only thing it washes is glass. Expensive glass washer.
Bought the updated fully integrated dishwasher just over 2 years ago. I have have been very disappointed with it since day one. The dishwasher doesn't wash well leaving some plates and cutlery dirty. Even when the dishes and cutlery are pre rinsed the cutlery they still is not cleaned.
Purchased in August 2016 at Forest Lake for A$498.00.
So far no problem washes good
I am satisfied with setting, once you work it out
I do rinse dishes before I put them in washer
Dishwasher never clogged up yet
Good money for value highly
Recomend 4 stars

Never washed dishes very well
Even when new, it never washed dishes very well. I would often find washing powder on glassware (tried multiple brands of powder) and some things just not being washed much at all. Sometimes it worked OK and other times it just seemed to bake dirt onto dishes. The only setting that stood a chance of being effective was the 'intensive' one.
After about a year of light use, it started to show error messages. Now I just wash dishes by hand because it's easier than stacking, unstacking and rewashing everything in this junky dishwasher.
My dinner plates are 10' 260mm they stop the sprayer from spinning. I dont think thats a large plate and what's the point of a dish washer too small for your dishes. Same goes for anything greater then 9' in the cutlery caddy. Pots and bakeware no chance. Other then that, work fine.
washes well but poor drawer organisation
Had a Stirling some years ago, then bought a Bosch, which for the price was disappointing - bought this this year for $299 - great value as to performance but what really annoys me is the upper drawer is too low and we cannot put normal size dinner plates in without fouling the spinning water dispenser. Our previous Stirling had a better layout and i cant believe who designed this one! Maybe they didn't use dinner plates.
A bit disappointed
I have tried a couple of the settings - one that shows a glass and a small plate only ran for about 4 minutes. The next did a kind of rinse only. I use the Eco cycle that runs for nearly two hours and it is okay but I usually have to rewash a couple of things. I always hand rinse things first and don't put anything in with dried on food on it.
On the positive side it is very quiet.
