Alert Alert ….Damaged goods!!!!!!
Be aware mates, they will take the money and send you the damaged goods. When you report it to them they will keep insisting it’s not faulty. Find a good supplier and stay away from SHENZHEN SIBAITE ELECTRONICS CO. Bloody thieves.
Quick to get your money. Never receive product. Have been reported to the cyber crime squad. Don't waste your money on this site
Be very careful when using ALibaba
Had three of the last ten commercial orders go pear shaped. Each time I did everything to make a compromise with Alibaba seller but failed so had to escalate to Alibaba themselves. Alibaba found for the companies in each case. First order was a silicone sample that was sent with lids loose and it leaked and got contaminated. The second was some sanding belts that were made too short and the latest was an order that went missing. This last seller agreed to refund me by a given date so I waited and then they reneged. It appears there are Alibaba ...only companies representing individuals posing as much more than they are. When you do finally choose an Alibaba company use google to see if the company exists outside of ALibaba. If they don't then they are an Alibaba only company completely backed by Alibaba. I will no longer use Alibaba only companies and certainly will not pay via Alibaba (which suits the non-Alibaba (genuine) companies). My advice if you do buy through them. Pay with a creditcard and get strictly 28 day terms. If it goes over the time cancel the payment and get your money back or make another payment. Just don't wait for too long before cancelling. Alibaba think they are smart but all it does is lower confidence in fostering malpractices. Changzhou Youth Tools Mechanical Co. Ltd is the tin pot company who reneged. Good luck.
Terrible dealing with Alibaba.com and supplier
Do not buy from Alibaba.com
They trade assurance is rubbish
And they only favour the supplier.
Supplier admits to poor quality and offered to repair item but when I told him how much to cost to repair they did not want to pay
So I went through Alibaba.com trade assurance for refund
My text messages exchange between me and supplier and photos of evidence meant nothing even after text messages shows supplier admits to it
Alibaba.com rejected my refund
If I could give zero stars I would
Do not deal with Alibaba.com
Very slow delivery, no delivery at all, price change after purchase
Three out of three buying experiences were negative. One took six weeks to arrive, one changed the price after purchase, and one never arrived even thought I paid extra for expedited shipping.Endless excuses and lies from sellers when asked for an explanation. The last two cases did refund me, and PayPal taking its time to put the refunds back onto my account (may take up to 30 days).
No more Alibaba for me, happy to pay a bit more.

Steer Clear of Alibaba!
Please don't use this site, especially if you are an Amazon Seller. They use the long-distance and language barrier as a shield to rip you off. The Sellers on this platform create fake accounts and warehouse addresses and send fake goods/pictures of goods to customers, pressure you to pay money THROUGH Alibaba, then disappear off the face of the Earth. When I approached Alibaba about being ripped off by one of their Sellers/Manufacturers, they made it very difficult to retrieve my money, even with Trade Assurance. They started throwing contract...ual points at me that weren't even in the Alibaba contract or with the Seller. For example, they stated because I didn't communicate with the Seller through the Alibaba site chat system and because I didn't have a Warranty agreement with a seal of approval stamp on it for refund for no goods received, they said they couldn't help me. I was $5,000AUD out of pocket in the middle of the pandemic and Alibaba help centre did nothing to help me. I did everything by the book, read the fine print and even after I sent evidence that the Seller advertising on their platform ran off with my money, they kept that Seller on their website to scam other people. What a disgrace. If you already run your business through buying goods and services with Alibaba, I urge you to cease now, unless you have a very trusted seller in China. Or source your products from other manufacturers with solid contracts in place. And don't believe all these Amazon Guru's saying they have a successful business and don't work a day in their lives either. The chances of being a successful Amazon Seller, is basically the same as winning the Lotto. These Amazon Guru's make you buy into their lavish lifestyle so that you will pay them to learn their "secrets" to building a successful Amazon Business. Don't get sucked into it.
Scamming, Blackmail, Extortion, Protectionism, Racketeering By Alibaba
I only gave them 1 star because there is no zero or negative rating, Alibaba is the absolute worst selling platform/website I have ever come across. After lodging a dispute with a scamming seller Alibaba not only protected them but supported them and their scamming, blackmailing and extortion. Alibaba help centre freely admitted they have a lot of scamming sellers and do nothing about it. Totally stunned!, but who am I, just a nobody buyer who means absolutely nothing to them. There is not a snow flakes hope in hell I will ever look at their we...bsite again. Do yourself a favour if you are even remotely considering using Alibaba DON'T!!!!! You will be by far better off paying a high retail price from any other website on the face the planet than ATTEMPTING to buy from Alibaba. The only thing you will successfully achieve by dealing with Alibaba is getting ripped off by them.
Do not buy anything through Alibaba.
Do not buy anything through Alibaba. They will steal your money. I will never purchase anything from them again.
I purchased a dress on Alibaba butbdid not recieve it. They gave me a fake tracking number & link for tracking it. I ordered it in mid Dec 2020 and it was meant to arrive late Jan. I never recieved it so I submitted a dispute within the correct timeframe. Alibaba rejected my dispute & the chatbot is hopeless. I messaged the seller and they contradicted themselves asking to send it after the 26th Feb 2021, then saying they had already sent it around the 20th Feb. They said they'd refund me but haven't. Very disappointed.
Absolute SCAM is there so called a Trade Assurance
Would highly advise anyone not too do dealings with any sellers on Alibaba.com and there “So Called” trade assurance as it’s a SHAM, and you have no recourse if you try and deal with there Supposed Customer Service “Automated” REP.....
When you do actually get onto a real person they are as Automated to deal with as [name removed].
I ordered an item that I was not 100% sure was allowed in Australia and after doing some research on Border Force I could not find any more information on it so I went ahead and placed a Very Expensive Order $240us...d.... After customs held my order for 12days( I thought it was confiscated) they finally released it and after paying $120usd for express shipping I received on the 4/1/20. The seller actually lied to TNT, Customs China and Border force AU about what the product was called on all the paperwork as it was a dangerous item to send and obviously they didn’t care just wanted my money.
The Trade Assurance is a scam and the Dispute Resolution Process is biased
Have had a dispute going for months over counterfeit 18kt gold, counterfeit platinum, fake Moissanite, fraudulent copies of GRA certificates. It’s cost me nearly $10,000 in products, testing equipment, independent valuations, import tax. The jewellery delivered was nothing more than cheap costume jewellery. Despite the overwhelming evidence I provided, the days and nights I sat and photographed every test on every piece, comparing them to what he sells (he tried to deny they were his and I’d swapped them for other fakes I’d bought). The metal w...as made of god knows what, the Moissanite was nothing more than we’ll cut glass and none of it could be sold especially as he’d gone to the trouble of having the metal stamped AU750 or PL950. The counterfeit GRA certificates, the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors would’ve been funny had I not been in a dog fight to get my money back. I even had messages where Pu Liang the thief, the conman, the fraudster from Quanzhou Pushi Jewellery AKA Platts Jewellery has admitted it was fake and he was apologetic. Then he turned into a vicious savage pig when he realised that if I didn’t get my money back I was going to make his life miserable. Regardless of all my evidence and the best gemological and independent metal analysis - the Dispute Team told me to negotiate with him and they would be of no further assistance. Then the executives of Alibaba got in touch when I posted a huge complaint. Initially in their emails they seemed as if they were interested in helping, in fixing my problem. After a few brief emails stating they needed more time, I continued to contact them asking where they were at with getting my money back....they stopped emailing at all. Thanks for that [name removed] and [name removed] (you’re both as useless as [name removed] and just as dishonest). Anyway I finally got my money back from my bank. ANZ and VISA I can’t thank you enough for working through this mess and getting justice for me. The idiot who sent me this rubbish wont even accept his crap back so it’s sitting in Brisbane waiting to leave for China. Because he won’t sign the consignment I’m about to tell DHL to destroy the lot. There are a few good companies that advertise through Alibaba and there are a lot of bad ones....don’t rely on the Dispute Resolution Team to help you, they won’t, don’t rely on the Trade Assurance Agreement, it’s worthless. If you buy from them only use a creditable credit card that will go to town on thieves like [name removed] and the bad eggs at Alibaba who get bribed by the businesses to deny your refund. YES YOU READ CORRECT!!! The Dispute Resolution Team are bribed by the companies in matters where the consumer wants a refund. They don’t bother to look at the evidence, they don’t care that the owner of the company calls you offensive names in Mandarin, they won’t ask the supplier to show any evidence that what they sell is of good quality, made of gold, platinum, Moissanite or even that what you ordered and payed good money for resembles what is delivered. I was offered $300US and keep the goods - I payed over $7000US for crap worth nothing even $200 and an import duty tax bill of $865. The thief even wrote on the invoice that this crap was worth thousands. I sent emails to the Australian Federal Police, Cyber Crime Unit, Australian Customs, Chinese Embassy and even the White House as Trump had warned Alibaba to stop counterfeit goods or he would stop US trade through Alibaba. They placed an anti-counterfeit group in Alibaba to appease him, but clearly they’re too busy taking bribes as well. Be very cautious spending money with alibaba because they will not refund your money....EVER!!! Your bank has to do the hard yards to get your refund.
"Trade Assurance" IS A SHAM
"Trade Assurance" is a sham because it failed to ensure our paid order was delivered. We lost over $200 after waiting weeks for resolution and then a refund. We would have preferred the goods, as paid for, but they decided to back the seller seeking to increase the price more than 3 x after we already ordered and PAID! They said they had no stock even though it clearly says "In Stock - Ready To Ship" on the paid sale screenshot. Alibaba's complex dispute handling was also a sham because they ultimately failed to honour their own "Trade Assurance" by not assuring sale honour and delivery. BEWARE!!!!
