Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this site but all my interactions with people from this company has been simply amazing! From the initial inquiry and measurement up to installation has been hassle free. I will highly recommend them for the following reasons: 1. Since ordering our shutters back in Jan:/ Fed: 2021. It took them quite a while to have the outside shutters installed. Date for installation was by text and cancelling it was also done by text, which we found very rude. When another installer finally came, they had to order a new motor. We explained all the problems that we were finding (blinds not going up getting caught on locks, saggy material etc
We were given all sorts of excuses, and he was rude.

I don't recommend using this company; post sales care / client care / customer service / responsibility, ownership and goodwill are just concepts. Once you have paid (in full according to T&Cs) you are on your own if anything goes wrong.

Complete lack of customer service
Firstly we were mislead by the salesperson around fabric selection for outdoor roller shutters and it's expected performance where he told my wife that 99% block-out would offer night time privacy; unfortunately we only learnt about this misleading information after install.
We made a deposit 50% in December 2020 and everything went great all the way up to their request for final 50% prior to install 20/1/21. Mistakenly we complied with their standard terms in good faith and made the payment - Post this payment we as customers' ceased to exist...to All Shutters. - We waited almost 2 weeks for the job to be booked and never heard from anyone after being told by message that someone would be in contact in 1-2 days. - We spent the next week being told someone would call us back and never heard back from anyone - We were finally able to confirm the install on the 1/2/21 for the 15/2/21 which was confirmed by text and this install was cancelled on the day of the 15/2/21 by text message with no future date offered - subsequent false starts then led all shutters to send another installer of which we found out about on Friday 19/2/21 that they would attend the next day Saturday 20/02/21.
Do not use them.
I would like to have a rant about All Shutters and Blinds.
We ordered all our house shutters in September 2019 (Yes I did say 2019), we have had nothing but issues and every time they send out a different installer to fix the issues and we go through the same story and issues and nothing happens and 3-5 months after the installer comes out, they send another installer out only for us to go through the issues again and again nothing happens.
It is getting ridiculous now as with all the scratches, chips and marks on the shudders are only a small...
Outside aluminium and indoor wooden shutters
All Shutters and Blinds have done two jobs for us - an outdoor aluminium set of four shutters on the edge of an upstairs verandah in 2018 and have just installed (Mar 2021) wooden indoor shutters on one large window, four small ones and a sliding door.
For this recent installation, we had a first visit from a competing company, complete with an archetypal pushy salesman, who started the price at $12000 then promptly cut it to $8000 if we signed immediately.
Then All Shutters & Blinds salesman Anthony called. Not pushy at all but pleasant and...
Terrible. Pushy salesman, multiple measure ups, late notice cancellations, no communication and poor installation!
Organised a quote, in which a salesman came out and took 'rough' measurements. Were surprised by the 'pushy' salesman tactics, only interested in sale there and then. Once we accepted the quote, 2 additional people came out to complete further measurements - one of which was over 2 hours late whilst we waited around with no phone calls. The quote was for motorised roller blinds - a significant amount of money!
When the job was installed (as per agreed date), it was completed terribly, not wired up properly, not level and multiple gaps around...the edges. The return fitter even acknowledged it was a terrible original installation. Trying to get them to come back was quite an ordeal however.... They take your money up front (50% deposit on order, remaining 50% before they even give you an install date!!), which results in them really have no incentive to complete the job in an appropriate timeframe, especially for repair work. We had an original repair date scheduled 4 weeks after original install (They are a gold coast based company and all the installers we dealt with are from the Gold Coast), however this was cancelled at 7pm the night prior. Not convenient when you have already taken to day off work to be home to allow access and ensure no more dodgy installation. The next date was 3 weeks later - which was again cancelled at 5pm the day prior! great so now I'm out 2 days pay to get this repaired! It was finally rectified 1 week later, in which the entire thing had to be pulled down and reinstalled. We couldn't have it installed the way we wanted because the original install was so wrong/bad that if it was done the proper way, it would have left holes in the walls.
Transformed my Home
Yesterday I had my Plantation Shutters installed and I couldn’t be happier with the result, my home looks so modern. The whole process was smooth from my first consultation to the install and I was updated along the way by sms.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company they gave great service and their shutters are beautiful.
Terrible Customer Service, Cannot install blinds, Rude installers - Stay Away
If your thinking of professional service and receiving your blinds go with another company.
Ordered and paid for blinds in July, accepted the fact it would be a month late due to COVID and boarders but still missing one blind and have a faulty blind. They came to install at home and the poles were coming off the wall and rude people just walked straight into my house without saying who they were as one of them was late. Had to have these fixed by another company because it was a bad installation so they came back and damaged the pillars. Stay away as they dodge calls for those who don't receive all their order.
Avoid this company, very quick to take your money but no communication and poor service
I ordered out door blinds from this company in July , a sales rep came out to measure and quote she was timely and professional, the installer came out to accurately measure he was punctual and informative. I was told 4-5 weeks for installation . They came some time after the 5 weeks to install I accepted that, two of the blinds went up but the main blind had a part missing , we will be back next week they said. weeks went by. Every time I called them the managers were in meetings and they didn't return my calls . eventually when they came the ...installer was going to fix the blind to the outside eve with 3mm tech screws which we rejected The installer then said that he had recommended that the blind shouldn't be installed. This was news to us .He was then going back to speak to the "team: I still had to chase them up for weeks with no communication. It took three months to sort this mess out and we still dont have a blind.
Don’t waste your money
Stay right away , it’s been a nightmare dealing with them , job is shonky,they have damaged my brand new wall, brackets have come off the wall, blinds installed incorrectly , blinds are all rippled at the sides - customer service is a 1 out of 10, these blinds were installed 3 months ago and I’m still trying to get the issues resolved. Do yourself a favor and go spend your money elsewhere
Avoid this company
This company is hell to deal with. Once they have your money, they think it is ok to insult and threaten their customers. They demanded full payment before installing the blinds although their contract says that the final payment is due on installation.
After waiting an excessive time for the installation, one of my blinds was faulty. I advised them 2 days after installation. They would not send anyone out to inspect the blinds but asked for photo after photo. They then stopped replying to all phone and email communications.
No stars this company is terrible
This company forgot to order my blinds and it took 4 months to get my blinds then they wouldn’t shut 7 months later I finally have them. Bad bad bad

Seriously I wish I had NEVER heard of All Shutters and Blinds. We were lied to over and over again. We placed our order in January and it was completed in September. It had to be completed twice, as the first time they sent a dodgy installer who we later found out wasn't even trained properly! Our shutters started to fall down - shocking. After 10 months FINALLY they sent a wonderful installer, Christian, who had to fix up the mess. He is the only good thing about this company.

Hi All, we in good faith placed an order early September and was told we would get our blinds four weeks later , it’s now been nearly eight weeks and all we get is excuses and manufacturing defects. We at first couldn’t even get in touch and the only way we got a response was sending an on line sales request. We have now asked for our deposit back but not sure of the outcome. I saw that some persons were going to the QBCC however don’t see them registered, can anyone advise if they have had any success in getting resolutions and what consumer bodies have they contacted .
I have an on going issue with them - they have kept a deposit for an order cancelled - how do I find out an address of head office and the General Manager name ?
My only suggestion is to ring the number you have and don’t say it is you. Maybe you should report them to the ACCC or speak with your local member and ask for their help?
To all that have been shafted from thes dodgy people have you put in a complaint to QBCC I have just starte mine I’m not going to let these people get away with ripping off more consumers we all need to band together here guys contact me I’ll be with you all on this
