Allchlor
Over promise under deliver
This company is deceptive and twice promised me my chorinator would be ready and returned and twice let me down. Meanwhile pool is a week without chorination and going green. If i had known it would be a week would have gone elsewhere. Avoid this company and find someone more honest.
Allchlor 100% Professional
I needed my Jaymac Chlorinator repaired and after having two pool shops tell me that it couldn't be repaired and a new one would cost between $1100 and $1300 I contacted Ray at Allchlor. Ray "said bring it in I'm sure we can repair it". Allchlor repaired my unit that needed a new PC Board and I was told the unit was in very good condition except for the PC Board. For just over $350 I have a perfectly working unit compared to the "false push" by two pool shops that I had to buy a new unit. Right from the first phone call to the follow up contact and the final pick up Allchlor were 100% professional with fantastic service. I would recommend Allchlor to all pool users.
One very happy customer.
Regards,
Paul

Great Quality original Poolrite Magnapool Hydroxinator Cell replacement
So after 5 years of running my Poolrite Magnablue (Magnapool) system, my Hydrauxinator finally gave out and I required a new cell. Having been quoted over $795 from a pool shop I went on line to investigate. I found a company on line who purported to having the original Poolrite Hyrauxinator cells at around $495 in stock. I purchased one on line using Pay Pal (Thank goodness) and was advised the next day via email that they received my order and had none in stock but I will receive one within 7 days.
This same pool company immediately debit...
Read more ed my credit car just 8 days before Xmas. After a month or so of trying to get responses from them I made a claim back from PayPal who credited me as the ePool company did not even give me or PayPal the decency of a reply when querying my purchase. Back to the drawing board and after some investigation, I located Allchlor who it turns out has the rites to the original Poolrite Magnapool hydrauxinator/cell technology. Spoke to them over the phone and they were so helpful and I received the stock a couple of days after ordering. What was even more comforting is that the cell comes inside the housing which matches and looks exactly the same as the original Magnapool housing. In addition, their Surechlor Chlorinator control panel has the exact same housing, set up etc. as my original Magnapool/Magnablue controller. I would hazard a guess that if you wanted to run a Magnazium salt type magnapool system, you could purchase the Surechlor controler/cell and it would do the job. Remember the original system only require 3,000-3,500 ppm of minerals while I have heard the current owner of the technology require 5,000 plus meaning a higher mineral cost. So in short, if you need a new cell for your Magnapool/magnablue system to replace your original Poolrite Magnapool system, these are the guys to go to. I hope any of you who find yourself in my shoes find this post so you can also benefit from the awesome service and product these Allchlor offer. Make sure you review any online pool retailer because after being burnt the first time by ePools, I researched several others prior to buying from and they all had horrendous reviews.
