Terrible service and defected product


I bought a basin and vanity from them 2 months ago. The basin started discoloring after 40 days or so. I sent pictures to them and asked for a resolution. Instead of resolving it and confessing that it is a product defect they blamed me for using a product that might have caused the stain. Absolutely fake product, no ownership of their defected product and poor service.

Good product and great service


Purchased items to fit out 2 bathrooms and a powder room I was renovating, the staff at Mitcham store were more than helpful enough with the selection process, delivery was as stated and all items received in good condition and very competitively priced.

Although there was one issue regarding fitment of an item, they were more than happy to exchange the item for an alternative and ensure delivery was as quick as possible

Good product and customer service


Received my vanities very early for my new bathroom Reno's. When I went to install the basin didn't sit well on top of the stone. I Spoke to Stan from allure and had a replacement in 3 days.
Even though the purchase was 3 months ago they still resolved the issue immediately in a 2 minute phone conversation.

Very happy with this customer service and the final product. Will definitely deal with them again.

Service is hopeless.


Ordered a mirror $219 online on 4th Aug 2018.
Nothing received as at today. No confirmation or anything.
Contacted Allure bt emaol abd phone call and eventually get told today that they won't ship interstate ("because their couriers are rough handlers and break mirrors"). All they will do is refund.
So after waiting for 10 days no follow up from seller at all before I had to make contact. Now just a refund.
Terrible service. Never use this company again. They couldn't care less about the customer.

We can't thank Stan enough for his great customer service provided to us - Stan made our selection choice seem effortless - his advise was brilliant - everything he suggested fit into our bathroom beautifully - class service, class products - from beginning to the end he made us feel important. Stan went over and beyond with his customer service and I truly believe, as I have being in the Corporate Sector for a very long time, his qualities are a reflection of his true self. Everything Jo and I discussed was put in writing promptly, phone calls followed up promptly and she was so friendly and understanding. I was recommended to Allure Dandenong by friends who had also purchased from them. If you are looking to update your bathrooms you MUST go and see Jo at Dandenong. She won't steer you in the wrong direction and you won't pay through the nose for your choice of quality products. Thanks again Jo and keep up the good work - you are a real asset to the store.

Mitcham - Best store in Town


Soon as we walked in we knew we would have to buy from this store.
Lee-anne is very helpful and attentive and her customer service exceptional.
The store is brilliant, well lit and layed out and the prices quite reasonable.
I would recommend anybody to buy from this store and have Lee-anne look after you.

Will not replace defective drawer face on vanity - Allure Mitcham Store


Absolutely no after sales service!!!!! Discovered 2 cm scratch on front of drawer after vanity had been installed. Sent off request with photos to Allure and after 1 week without any feedback, was told the drawer would not be replaced as Allure not notified with 48 hours of delivery. Was offered a replacement for $50. Suggested that this policy contravened Australian Consumer Laws. Made no difference. Will be contacting Consumer Affairs and any other body that needs to be involved to bring these charlatans to heel. Absolute crooks.

A great team working at Allure Bathrooms


From start to end, my experience with Allure Bathrooms has been great, very friendly team and they are happy to assist with every single detail until you are satisfied, compared to some of the showrooms - their sales team will not even say hello or will struggle to walk to you and offer assistance. Whole team at Mitcham and Dandenong Showrooms are amazing and would highly recommend. Product range is good too, delivery cost is the only thing that i found way expensive.

DO not be fooled! Terrible Products!


Their products look great but 1 month after being installed, our $1500 vanity had water damage.
The Highpoint store response, it must be your fault and offered a $100 cash compensation.

It is a bathroom product. It should be able to withstand more than 1 month in a bathroom!

Do not be fooled by their displays and friendly customer service.

Credit note


A little disappointed...they gave me a credit note and then didn’t accept it just under 2 years later. 1. Put an expiry date on it or 2. Give me a refund the first time, realistically when would I get more bathroom products anyway! It was $64! A bit stingy if you ask me...well this will probably cost many multiples of that...nice customer service!

Designed my whole bathroom without lifting a finger


was extremely confused and undecided with all the bathrooms store i visited, UNTIL I found Allure bathrooms in mitcham, Lee-Anne was extremely helpful as she sat down with me and designed the whole bathroom from tiles, vanities and bathtub. I didnt have to do anything and made my experience so pleasant. The whole team is extremely friendly, everytime i walked in they offered me a really tasty coffee. Would definetely recommend

Don't use this company


Extremely dissatisfied with the after service from your Dandenong store!

After almost everything we purchased was damaged or parts missing, most rectified. 2nd attempt on delivering the bath was also damaged. After they agreed to pay our builder/plumber to pull out and reinstall, this invoice has not been paid 3 weeks later.

The owners at Dandenong won't answer our calls or emails. Will be taking this matter to VCAT.

Don't use this company owners are extremely rude.
