Horrible customer service
Ordered online took over a week to be sent. When I messaged to check on my order it took two days for a reply. Finally received package and it wasnt my order. Was them told I could only have my money back or resent my order (if they had the items still in stock) once they have received the items they wrongly sent me back so have waited 5 days for it to send back. Over $100 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. When I requested my money back I got a generic email the same as the original I was sent when I advised order was wrong. Such a hassle!
I ordered my items 2 weeks ago from Ally and have only just received notification that my parcel had been delivered. Which is great after much anticipation I was relieved to learn that it had finally arrived. HOWEVER I also got an email the same day after the delivery email notifying me that 1 of my items was out of stock and that i'l get a refund in 3-5 days! Very disappointing!! The item should not have been available to order in the first place if they had low stock and should not have taken my money if stock was not a certainty. Left feeling let down and mad. Unprofessional. The Ordering and delivery system of Ally are not of good standard.
Never buy their online shop
Ordered 6 days ago and been contacting the online customer service twice. Said it takes 3 to 5 days. Okay so I understand that you are busy. But why having SALE online when you know you can't deliver? I might as well just buy in store. Worse thing is that I'm still waiting for the shipping confirmation since where they told me they'll send
Missing items and useless customer service
Ordered 13 items received 11 of them - emailed Ally Fashion immediately with all correct details of received items, missing items, order number and a picture of the parcel. Only to be told they cant change or cancel orders! I didnt ask for my order to be changed or cancelled and to return the items. I asked to receive items I have paid for! Why do I need to pay for postage to return all the I have already paid for, for a mistake Ally Fashion has made.
Overall I do not recommend their online store.
I ordered a skirt on Ally's website on a Thursday 5/12. The product never got dispatched so I emailed them the following Wednesday 11/12 asking for a refund due to the poor service. 1 rep replied saying that they had to cancel my order as I had no money in my Paypal account, even though my bank statement reflected the purchase. They took my money and did not refund me so I had to put through a Paypal dispute in which I got the refund. An hour later I got an email from a different rep saying my order had gone through but cancellations on orders are not allowed?? They also disabled my online account after this. Go figure?? The customer service reps have no idea what is going on.
Horrible customer service and long delays in delivery.
I ordered 3 items and accidentally ordered the incorrect size for one of them. I emailed them straight away to amend the size thinking this would not be a problem.
I never received a response, a few days passed and I'd emailed again.. no response.
So I emailed for a third time to check if my dress size had been changed on my order and that I still hadn't received a despatch confirmation (about 10 days after placing the order). The worst customer service and delivery service ever
Took 1 month to arrive, tracking number said will be delivered today for 20 days, when I contacted ally I was sent in circles with a different answer everytime, no assistance, no apology, worst experience I have ever had
Havent even dispatched item after 2 weeks. No communication, just sent continuous Ally sale emails
Ordered from Ally 2 weeks ago (10 business days ago).. the order still hasnt even been packed and shipped.. Ive since ordered from 3 different websites and have already received my orders.. no communication when I email them.. disgusting and will never order again. The photo uploaded is an email they sent 9 business days after I made the order..
Shipping takes forever and evey thing you buy is unavailable
Made a order a few weeks ago got sent weeks after I ordered it and only had 2 things turn up when I ordered 6. This time my order still has not been shipped and I ordered last Tuesday. I have emailed them and have had no reply. I'm guessing all my purchases are unavailable. Will not be shopping with them again. So gutted as the clothes are great :(
The clothing is bad quality and looked nothing like the picture on the website. The dress I brought literally felt like a table cloth and was stiff as well. The clothes have a really pungent smell to them and are really stiff. The clothes seem to be like crappy linen material. Super disappointed as I spent over $200 on clothes from Ally Fashion and cant wear some of them because of how bad the quality is. Ally Fashion was one of the favourite stores, which now I'll never shop there again.
Horrible online shopping experience
Terrible online shopping experience I place my order on 9 November and I am still chasing my order, chasing the shop, the post and even opening ticket on the website and they have horrible replies on me that they can't track where is my order.
Customer service looked after me
After buying online with not having known about the different stores etc as they open I didnt realise the ins and outs of ordering product from online. After contacting customer services I was taken care of beyond what I was expecting making me now satisfied with the process. If it wasn't for how the customer service manager handled it it would have been a much different review. Thanks again
terrible service slow delivery
I am still waiting for my order which was made on the 14th of November. The delivery company says its still in transit from the 22nd of November and says it was suppose to arrive 4th of December. I have contacted ally twice and the courier but havent heard from either. This is ridiculous as I need to know if Im ever going to receive the order or whether I need a refund.
Just the shipping
The clothes on Ally fashion are pretty good for the prices and the sales are amazing, however the shipping is terrible. Sometimes you get an email sayings it's arriving today but it never does, other times they say it couldn't be delivered and a slip was left even though you were home all day. Anyways, love the clothes, they are true to size and fit well, but they should think about switching to Australian Post.
Wow this is the worst online experience ever.
Still waiting for an order from the 15th of November and another order made a few days later. Its been in transit for two weeks now. Reading all of the reviews im not even sure if i will get the products ive paid for and are they going to be what I ordered?
Terrible costumer service after receiving wrong product
I hate complaining but the service at ally fashion is disgusting. For three days I have tried calling them 5 times and remained on the phone for 10 minutes at a time for them to not answer. I have emailed my issues and still nothing, they have had enough time to get back to me by now. On top of this I paid for three products, two size 6 shirts and a pair of jeans size 7. After waiting 3 weeks or more I received a size 10 dress. All I want now is for them to resolve the problem but unfortunately its a bit hard when they wont contact you back or answer their phone line that is listed on there website. You need to improve.
I lodged an online order on the 25th November. Still in the processing stage!!! The service from this company is pathetic. I lodged online orders with other stores the same day and already have my parcels. I have emailed twice regarding my order and get the same response - we are very busy and you will have an update on your order within 24hours.
I tried calling the number that was on the emails - it rang for 3 minutes with no one answering.
I will definitely not be shopping here again and I will not be recommending Ally Fashions to anybody - I will be advising people to not order from them.

Probably in 2019 Ally fashion use pigeons for doing deliveries. I placed an order on 18/11 and still haven't received it. The delivery was estimated on 27/11, what a joke. The clothes were supposed to be a present for a friend's birthday which was 3 days ago. Thank you for ruining it! Definitely, i won't EVER order again...
Unreliable with false advertising
Ive never purchased from this website before, so before I did I searched for reviews. I shouldve listened to all of the unhappy customers.
The website states that if you spend over $50 NZD you receive free standard shipping. However for me to complete checkout it made me pay a shipping fee. I paid anyways thinking I could request a refund for it later.
I emailed in asking for a refund for shipping... I didnt get a reply. So 2 days later I emailed again asking when my order would be dispatched. 3 days later I finally got a reply but they compl...etely ignored my request for a refund and basically told me that their handling time for orders is 3 business days. I ordered on 23rd Nov therefor it should have been shipped on the 27th. That email reply was sent on the 29th Nov. I understand that it is a busy season but come on even 5 business days after ordering it still hadnt been dispatched. First and last time I will be ordering from this website. Everyone please trust the bad reviews! There are so many other websites that have much quicker shipping times and dont have false advertising. I work in a business that involves dispatch and customer service. So I know what the standards are.

I placed an express order on Friday morning and accidentally put down the wrong email therefore not being able to Receive my tracking number. Is there any way to change my email or retrieve the tracking number?
I would like to know why is it that you can go in your store and try on a bodysuit and not buy it. But when you buy online and although you don't do it up and only focus on the top part because it was nice pattern . And it didn't fit and it was the smallest size so I couldn't get another one. Then you say that you can't get a refund or exchange on bodysuit. The question again is what is the difference because if it is a health concern then why are you allowing people to try on and just walk away. This is so WRONG and unfair. And that is a health thing aswell. Also other places like Brasnthings if they do it why don't you do it.
