Taking advantage of Covid-19
I used to love this site and was a very loyal customer. I purchased 2 x dresses that were on sale. One was like a sack, according to their T&C's because I purchased it with Afterpay and n sale, I cannot return it online, but have to take it in-store, for a credit No refunds due to sale item. Well, shopping centres are all closed, so I sent a contact asking what I could do. The reply; Send it back online (AND PAY $9 for shipping it back) I wrote back, saying that I realise Covid-19 had upset things but charging when people can not get to the store as it is closed??? That's just price gouging and the last time I will ever order from them
ADDICTED TO ALLY
I absolutely love shopping online with ally, so many good deals and constant emails updating on specials! I spend about $50-100 fortnightly with ally and it’s clear that I’m obsessed! Would highly recommend! Only down fall is 1/4 of the items EVERY ORDER get refunded without any other options. But other than that very happy with ally online!!
The third time
I love shopping with ally fashion but of all the 3 orders I have done there is always items that don’t come in the order and I get an email saying I have been refunded for an out of stock item but when I look at the website this item is still available to purchase in the same size. If I want to purchase the item again I have to them pay for shipping again and I would not have placed my orders if I knew that stuff wouldn’t come because it would not be worth paying the shipping price
Incorrect item received with no attempt to fix it
I received an incorrect item. When emailing them I got asked for photo evidence so sent it though only to get told I have to take it in-store for an exchange or refund or they would provide a pre-paid slip to send back (why even ask for a photo?) I told them I don’t drive and don’t have easy access to public transport so that’s not an acceptable fix. When they same issue has happened at other online stores, they simply offer a refund or send the correct item. I don’t believe you can put the onus on the customer to fix a mistake you’ve made. I will not be purchasing from them again and am not surprised with other reviews sharing the same sentiment. Don’t risk buying from here unless you don’t mind having your money stolen.
Excellent customer service
I ordered online and was worried I wasn't going to get the item in time so I messaged the online team and they were very helpful and made sure my item made it to me in time. So happy with the product and the service.
Don't buy online - constantly refunding and missing clothes in parcels.
I have bought from Ally Fashion and now You + All multiple occasions because I love their clothes. But every second order, they consistently send the orders, but it's not until I actually receive them that they tell you some of your items are out of stock and refund you, or they send them with items missing and never refund. Then you waste money on shipping and look at their website that still has the items in stock? It's false advertising to get your money and then refund it 3 weeks later.
Never received my order
I would like a replacement order as you use a cheap and nasty courier service which has resulted in my order not turning up. It is marked ‘delivered’ but is no where to be found. I left specific instructions of where to leave it- behind side gate ( very safe place) and it wasn’t there. Where is it? No body knows. No one wants to take responsibility. But it certainly isn’t my fault so I would like my items replaced.
Missing dresses and terrible customer service
Still havent received my order and it was purchased at the start of January. There must have been a mix up with the courier service provider because I had two lots of consignment numbers and both saying dresses had been delivered yet I hasnt recieved anything. I immediately contacted You & All when I got the delivered alert to say I hadnt received anything and they basically said not there problem it had been delivered. I do all my shopping online and have done for years and never had a single issue. Do not purchase from this store if you actually want to recieve your items or expect some level of customer service. I will be following with paypal to egt assistance, this is wrong and You & All need to sort it out!
Awful customer service
I ordered two items over a week ago. I received the parcel today with only one item. They emailed me an hour later to say my item is out of stock. I said I would have cancelled the entire order if they had told me. They offered no assistance and I can’t even get a refund on the one item they sent as it’s a sale item. I tried to contact them on messenger and email and received the same generic reply that they can’t help.
The terrible service continues.
After leaving a review when they deleted my account without my permission, it turns out this (or something) caused an error with an order I had placed on that account of $100+ and it never went through. I needed items by Valentine's Day and ended up getting them today after emailing them about it. What's worse - I only ended up getting half the items I purchased! I suspect that because of their error and not processing my order, the items I wanted were no longer in stock, even though I had truthfully purchased them weeks ago!! And because they ...deleted my account, I have received no info on any refunds of the items or anything. I have received no compensation for the disappointment of this experience! Honestly shocking. It's such a shame because I do love Allyfashion's clothing and it is admittedly my favourite selection of stock. I just wish I wasn't experiencing such disappointment with their online store.
Excellent customer service
I've shopped online with Ally quite a few times now and have never had any issues. However, on my most recent order I realised that I had been overcharged for an item. I was expecting to run into difficulties with getting a refund but was really pleasantly surprised. The matter had been resolved within 48 hours of my original email and Ally refunded the overcharged amount. Excellent!
All round terrible experience
I’ve shopped three times on the online store. Each time after a few days I’m refunded part of my order because they don’t have the items in stock. If items aren’t in stock then they should be removed from the online store. Even after being refunded I have re-checked the online store and it still says those items are there for purchase.
When my items have arrived they have been the incorrect sizes and postage has been a nightmare and in one case my package was incorrectly sent back to Ally. Any correspondence with Ally via email takes ages to deal with and they don’t even answer the phone number provided. Not going to shop here again.
Terrible online experience!
Terrible online experience. So I got an email regarding with my order that i will receive it that day but 3 days passed I haven’t receive any. The next day I track my order it says its been attempted to be delivered and left a card.. no card at all then I ran to nearest new agency but they say they can’t track my items and no where to be found. So i emailed Ally to ask help for where my orders are.. no response but I got mailed back its been reviewed by support staff. They just ignore your message even in facebook messenger telling email here and there but no response at all!!! So disappointed not knowing if I can still get my orders!!!!!!
Purchased 3 items for my daughter in law. All 3 came exactly as described and in perfect condition. They're true to size and of decent quality. They were also shipped quickly
Ally sent me the wrong size and then almost lost my refund
1. I said no to the marketing emails when buying online and I still got on their mailing list (data invasion)
2. The online order took almost 2 weeks to be delivered.
3. The order took Ally sent me a size 12 instead of an 8
4. When I complained and wanted an exchange for the correct size, they had sold out. Then I saw they had the SAME dress in my size a few weeks later.
5. Worst of all, the refund process has taken OVER a month and the customer service team is terrible and not helpful at all. They keep saying they've refunded my money for the...

I ordered a few times through Ally Fashion online. Amongst my last order, I ordered two bodysuits of which I did not try on as they had a massive sale on and I didn't want to wait - so bought some instead from Kookai. I immediately returned the bodysuits the next day after receiving them and not taking them out of the packaging. I was told by customer care that they could not be returned due to hygiene reasons. I responded stating the above, along with stating that their terms + conditions AND returns policy DO NOT indicate any products being e...xempt from returns. After a week no response. I sent another email. No response. Not only am I disappointed with the customer service, but also the lack of response from such a large company. I'd rather pay more for better service next time with another retailer. Will not be purchasing from Ally Fashions again.
Incorrect Order Supplied
Always seem to have issues ordering online from Ally.
Received the wrong order. Have to post the incorrect order back. They have to then receive and check the incorrect order before they will send my order out. So now i have to wait even longer to get my actual order sent and there's a possibility that they will run out of stock because it's going to take ages for my order to be shipped due to their stuff up.
I love every single item I purchased
I made two separate orders in November, and had massive issues with the company that delivers the products “Fastway”. I would of preferred to pay extra for another well known competent delivery service. Apart from that issue when i finally received my items, i was very happy, lovely clothing, looked exactly like the pictures, well made and true to size. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because of the courier service Ally uses. Fastway would have to be the worst transport service I have ever dealt with.
Never ending issues
I originally purchased tees for my daughters friends for christmas my order took weeks to arrive in store and by the time of dispatch the tees were no longer available. After collecting the order approx 2 days later l ordered the same tees l had originally missed out on for the sale price a they arrive quickly to my home address after school had finished for the year and delivered after Christmas not a smooth transaction at all. I also purchased a gift card for my daughter with the expectation she could purchase on line or in store (no terms an...d conditions at time of purchase given to me or explained) to discover can only be used in store we’re items cost more and no price matching are available, we also life out of town and not easy to access a store in town. Customer service has no empathy and more time wasted trying to get to the bottom on voucher system, phone calls followed by needing to email details with hard cold who gives a crap we have your money now type of responses. I think there is a great range well suited to teens that is lacking it’s just a shame that purchasing needs to be so difficult and pricing being so inconsistent and web page runs so slow to search, find and add things to check out.

I would like to know why is it that you can go in your store and try on a bodysuit and not buy it. But when you buy online and although you don't do it up and only focus on the top part because it was nice pattern . And it didn't fit and it was the smallest size so I couldn't get another one. Then you say that you can't get a refund or exchange on bodysuit. The question again is what is the difference because if it is a health concern then why are you allowing people to try on and just walk away. This is so WRONG and unfair. And that is a health thing aswell. Also other places like Brasnthings if they do it why don't you do it.
