MISLEADING & RUDE!
It took four months for someone to get back to me and answer my customer queries; I was ready to buy immediately.
I had to contact them on two separate platforms, multiple times, until I received a reply.
The prices listed are deliberately misleading, and during communication, "Jack" told me that I couldn't read - twice.
He was SO rude that I felt compelled to leave this One-Star review; commerce should, at the least, be mutually respectful.
I would not trust this seller with anything - the reviews indicate I am not alone.
Sent the wrong product won't replace until they pick up the old one- keep not coming to get it.
They sent the wrong heater and I was told if I sent a photo of the incorrect product a courier could be there by the same day, no one has come and day after day I call and ask when they will pick up and they just blame the courier company. I have asked so many times for them to send me the item I ordered but they won't do it until they have the incorrect one back so can't get anywhere with this company. I would ask for a refund but we already made a hole in the wall for the size of the heater we ordered. I would suggest avoid using this company it's been nothing but hassle.
They sold out the product I bought and they sent me a fake tracking number. This company is very dishonest.
Customer service is terrible!
They’re all about the money and their service is absolutely terrible. They do not respond to emails at all. Would rather pay more elsewhere. Don’t waste your time and money with this company!
I went online to buy a garden tunnel . I saw that aldirect had the 6 x 3 online but was out of stock. . I wrote to aldirect on ebay and asked when would the stock be in..while waiting for his reply i decided to ring aldirect
No one answered the phone it was engaged all the time i finally got through at lunchtime. I asked the lady when would the 6 x 3 garden tunnels be in stock she said june...in the meantime aldirect got in contact with me on ebay and said july stock would be in. Could not be bothered
Extremely poor customer service. Was not interested in helping me at all. I would not recommend this business. I requested a hand to get my purchase in the car but he refused. Very disorganized factory set up.
Paid the money & they don't provide the goods
I drove 40 minutes to pick up 6 gazebos for a special event a their delivery charges are ridiculous. I paid by credit card online and bring the invoice/receipt with me. When I get there, the guy in the warehouse has the audacity to say I only ordered 3. Then he wanders around aimlessly. When I get fed up waiting I go into the office and the lady just says she can refund it or I can continue to wait. As I explained to her I cannot wait indefinitely with no one communicating what the hell is going on. She agreed to refund the gazebos they couldn'...t find. Lucky Me! No compensation for wasting my time nor a sniff of an apology from the warehouse guy. In fact he said nothing the entire time. All about the cash and zero customer service. It's a little like Jetstar, if you expect problems you might be ok but never expect any form of compensation for crap service!
Avoid at all cost!
This company is dodgy, with TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a shade house and two weeks later I still don't know if it has been sent. Good luck trying to getting an answer from them!! I have been told it has been sent however they wont give me a tracking number or anything. They are liars who catch themselves out in their own correspondence. Avoid them to avoid what I am going through. Yes they are cheaper however clearly you get what you pay for and at the moment I am $340 down the drain with no product.
I'm still waiting for my items as I write this having been lied to numerous times by Hunter Express the delivery company.
Always express have attempted to help but there doesn't seem to be anything they can do. They won't process a refund until they receive the items back, and based on my experience with Hunter Express, that will probably be sometime next year. $500+ out of pocket and no items to show for it at the moment.

Pathetic delivery option and no help from anyone
I paid money for shipping to get it delivered with in 5 days it has been 11 days and no clue. They missed delivery although we were at home never even tried accessing and in the status mentioned.. couldn't access the building.. the status of the courier shows a past delivery date and has not been updated.. since two days i ' m clinging to my phone for the call centre to pick up.. when they pick up just redirect to another number which again is never picked up.. i wasted money no idea when my item will be delivered... it's such a pain and highly...inconvenient to coordinate with these people.. somehow i managed to arrange the delivery for Thursday.. but again nothing was delivered not even attempted.. poor customer service and poor shipping... never buying again, wasted money got nothing.
