Bad service and bad qualityu goods
I bought a computer chair from superamart from the get go it was a headache! I purchased the item from online i then went in store to pick up two weeks later because they couldn't get the stock! The customer service is way below average easily the worse i have ever dealt with! I used my drivers license as ID and the lady serving me accused me of stealing by saying it does not look like me! then proceeding to get other staff members involved! which then also accused me of being a liar and thief! She was very rude and arrogant and aggressive tow...ards me! Now forward 4 months later the chair is broken is half it broke in a very dangerous way and they refuse to help to find a solution and are giving me the run around! I will never deal with this company again i am surprised they are still in business!
Home Delivery is sham
We bought a mattress and pay extra for delivery on Sat ($80). They call the night before advising the time of delivery, and no flexibility of the delivery time. If we can not receive the item at their nominated time, we have to wait for another week. Are we supposed to sleep on the floor for a week simply because your delivery truck don't want to make a turn?! We are less than 20 mins drive from the store. It would be nice to tell us a bit early, or just give us the option to pick it up ourselves earlier. I can't believe these guys are not out of business with this kind of customer service. I wouldn't have buy it here no matter how cheap it this. I wish I had saw these reviews earlier.
Furniture paid for but not delivered
Totaly Disgusted, Purchased $2000 worth of Funiture was promised Delivery Friday, then Monday then Tuesday still waiting 2 days of work to be told wont be there till this Friday.
Also very rude Store Manager Devina from Alexandria. Ready to report to Fair Trading
Don't buy here if you care about the delivery time.
Just signed up to leave my first negative review EVER. Short story, I regret my purchase at Super-A-Mart.
I went to the Super-A-Mart(Alexandria NSW) in September looking for furniture for my new home, found a great promotion for mattress + bed. The salesperson mentioned that everything is in stock and can be reserved to me for up to 3 month, all we need to do is to give a notice and pay in full 3 days before we need them. Sounds all good, right?
Upon placing the 10% deposit on the day, here comes the first surprise. The lady ...at the cashier mentioned that in order to keep everything in stock for me, I need to make a fortnightly payment. Among all the shopping I have done for the new home, this is something new. Well, since we need to pay in full eventually, it’s not a big deal, right? So we place the order and set the delivery date as mid-November. And so it comes to mid-November, with 4 regular payments I’ve made between Sep and Nov, I went to the shop again to make the full payment and order the delivery since I was going to move in 2 weeks. Guess what I found out, the ‘Reservation’ is not even a reservation. I was told that the mattress is in stock but the bed is not until the 8th /Dec. The same lady at the cashier explained to me that their system is not a lay-by system, the order we placed is just a position in the queue for the upcoming stock, blah blah blah. Well, if this is how it works, then what the hell is my fortnightly payment for? Since I was moving at the end of the Nov, with all the frustration, I had to pay in FULL to order the delivery of the mattress first otherwise I’m going to have nothing to sleep on. At that time, I was ensured that I was going to be the first group to get the bed when the next batch arrives on the 8th/Dec and I would definitely get my new bed before Christmas in worst case.
