Rubbish Customer Service and poor quality Mattress
Purchased a "FIRM" Gemini Sleepmaker Queen sized mattress back in July only to find that its no longer firm anymore - Needless to say I returned back to the store to get them to investigate however was told to speak to the manufacturer and that AMART won't actually do anything for me to fix this issue. Even after quoting fair trading and Australian Consumer laws whereby you can't actually refer customers to manufacturers AMART couldn't care less and did nothing to assist with my query.

Outstanding service and product
I made an online purchase, not ever being in a store. I chanced my look and so glad that I did. I purchased 3 bedroom furniture items. Really like their look. The instructions are quite good. There is a lot of assembly but no different to any other pre fabricated furniture from other brands. The most impressive part was the service from beginning to end. Super friendly, they knew their product and when I had a small hiccup with one piece of my tall boy they responded the same day to my email and called me same day to fix the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never shopped at Amart before but I will for sure again. Well done Amart on amazing customer service.
TV Unit is bent/sunken in!
Just over a year ago, my partner and I moved into a new place and bought almost all our furniture from Super Amart. Firstly, they only delivered one out of 2 boxes, and we had to wait another week on top of what we'd already waited. After a few months, we noticed our TV unit was sunken in-the drawers no longer closed or opened properly, it looked as though it was about to collapse. We barely had any weight on top, our TV was quite small.
We contacted customer service and were told we could have it replaced as maybe there were parts missing.
So we disassembled it and had it collected, and got a new one.
The exact same thing happened. Faulty product, waste of money.

MARY the manager of Auburn Amart store has a very bad attitude she was so rude and even few other ladies at the counter have no manners. One of the staff was eating behind her computer. But the salesperson was quite friendly and explained well.
Delivery time changed 3 times
The sales person is great however the customer service is terrible ! My delivery time is charged 3 times, finally 2 weeks after i received. I contacted customer service to complained, they said there is no record! They said " you want it or not" oh my goodness! Even on the delivery day the time is changed from 7-1pm to 12- 2 pm. I was later to my work!
I don't even want to give 1 star rating. There service is terrible.
I really regret that I have bought my goods from here.

This is terrible.
I have arranged delivery with them, and it failed to deliver it due to their fault, and now i have to wait for another 2 more weeks to get it delivered.
So I asked for a refund of my delivery fee so that I could arrange my own pickup and they are saying that I can't. Don't make sense totally.
I would never recommend A mart especially in Auburn to anybody.
Me and my partner purchased a couch through Amart in Auburn. From the begining they were great then when they were suppose to send out the leather care package for the couch that's when it all went down hill. We paid delivery fee for the couch which the leather care was suppose to come with which it didn't and I was expected to drive nearly 2 hours to pick it up when I was told they will just post it. Received numerous phone calls all week from different staff members telling me it was in stock I need to pick it up, when I said I could not I wa...s told it would get posted they said that's fine they will post it. Another phone call, your care package is here to pick it up, after I told the lady that someone else there told me they would post it she said ok ill ask the manager and call you back. Did not receive a call back, but another call another day telling me to pick it up??? Different stories from each staff member. Very bad communication through staff, I have been going round and round in circles from them with no result. Would not recommend them what so ever terrible service.
We bought a bed and we're told it would be ready to deliver within 2 weeks. We sold kids old bed on gum tree and painted there room. Super A mart contacted us and set up a delivery date for Saturday. Of course no bed came when we rang they stated it was out of stock and would be at least 3 more weeks. After several phone calls we were told it's just bad luck for you. We asked could the mattresses be bought to us separately but we were told only at our expense there was now 2 delivery cost. Super a marts service has been poor as has there after service. We were left with empty promises and still have no bed.
Terrible place and be careful their special price product.
I feel they are cheating me, I bought a dining table with the chairs with a special price for 9 pieces, But they only deliver one dining table to me, Than i was give them a call, they said that there is no chairs on your order, and that special price is only for the table, I just feel shock, 9 pieces has become 1 piece, and now I try to call the sale person, but they dont pick up my phone or that sales person are off today, this is their attitude, So I dont recommend anyone go there to buy furniture.

Horrible manager of Auburn Amart
Rude customer care, poor delivery system. Manager [name removed] needs CSR training. She was unprofessional, rude, emotional and did not listen to my question. I wanted delivery company’s phone contact and she repeated the policy to me over and over just to get her point across. She must be really miserable at her job and needs to step up her game, as I've never been treated this way by an employee from anywhere in the world. Coming from Canada makes this place look so bad!! I want the regional manager to contact me right away. None of my furniture has arrived and all my time and day lost as of this poor service needs to be compensated.

Very poor quality
I booked furniture and it gets delivered yesterday. My all the furniture I found faulty. Sofas damaged, beds with missing tools.
Customer care staff at Auburn especially [name removed] she is the worst person I have seen.
Please don’t buy anything from Amart.

I bought three talk chest drawers and when it arrived it came in few different boxes and was so complicated to install.when I called the store they were like we can't do anything call the installation guy which will charge you per hour and then he quoted 500 dollars on top of what I paid.shame on you Amart to make it like a side business
Customer Service Sucks!
I posted a feedback before & I just have to blame myself coz I bought from this store again! Lesson learned, NOT EVER again.
Bought few furniture, my outdoor furniture had few nuts & bolts missing so am not able to assemble. Went to the shop & said they can't give me nuts & bolts and will have to order. 2 days is all they said it will take. NOW, 1 week has passed and still no nuts & bolts to assemble!

Worst product ever!!
Had purchased a coffee table with these guys, which made out of such a cheap material where it couldn't withstand water drops also on the table. It started producing big lumps and marks. I had raised a complaint with them and they asked me send the pics, after sending the pics they themselves concluded it there was something hot kept on the table and hence bubble marks. Later they said even a drop should not be spilt on table. This is such a shame on them (Auburn Amart furniture store). IKEA was far far better than these product $30 table was great in IKEA and $150 coffee sucks from AMART.

unreliable and rude service ever seen
I bought one queen size bed and mattress from a mart around one month ago .I bought bed first and told them I Wil pick up but didn't get van from my friend so next day when I went to buy mattress also (coz have money shortage so thats why went next day)and told them I would pay for delivery and they ensuing me that they will send both items next Tuesday (I bought on Saturday)but j didn't receive my stuff till Friday and it was ONLY mattress .I called the store and asked them what's the logic just to send the mattress but not bed and they said bed is at our auburn store but mattress comes from warehouse so I have to pay separately for both items. I just did facepalm
I ordered 2 beds and 3 mattresses in mid November 2016. Spent around $ 5000.
Still waiting for the beds to arrive. They finally agreed to deliver the mattress yesterday after numerour phone calls. I paid the money they asked me to pay. I confirmed on Friday about delivery again. I called them yesterday afternoon as the delivery did not happen. They said they decided not to deliver as the payment was 11 cents short!!! Terrible customer service
We bought 1 corner chaise and 1 dinning table set with 6 seater chairs. The sales person who assisted us on sale was Manoj and we were extremely good. He clarified all our doubts and assisted us well. This sale was done in December. We received a message on my mobile on 26th January stating '4 out of 4 items are in stock please come and collect'. We went to Amart, Auburn with a hired truck and they told us the chairs and the chaise have not come to the store yet and they are in the warehouse. Also the chairs are out of stock. So we booked the d...elivery with Amart and told them to deliver whenever the stock comes in. We had to pay the truck guy some call out charges too of $50. They scheduled my delivery on Wednesday 01st February and asked me to call them on Monday 30th January to confirm the delivery. I called them on 30th Jan and [name removed] who picked the phone confirmed that the chairs are in stock and all my items will be delivered on the 1st. I took a leave and waited for the delivery to come in. To my surprise the chairs were missing in the lot. I called Amart and [name removed] answered the phone. She was so rude she didn't even have a willing ear to listen to my issue. She said the chairs are not in stock and we can deliver only on Saturday. When I told her about my conversation with [name removed] on 30th she said there is no notes about such a conversation and 'I am sure no one has said such a thing to you from our office'. I asked for the manager and she said 'I am the manager'. There was not even an apology from the issues caused by Amart instead she was talking to me as if I was lying. She put me through the store manager [name removed] that didn't help either. I will never buy anything more from here. This is heights of arrogance.
One more unhappy customer comes out of Super A Mart
We purchased the bedroom set from Super A Mart Auburn during the New Year weekend (2/1/2017), in order to be prepared for the guests from overseas, who will arrive in early February. We were told at the time of purchase that it would take one week for the stock to deliver. However, after checking with Super A Mart Auburn each week ever since our purchase, the bedroom set was finally delivered on 24/1/2017 (2weeks late than they promised). We tried to assemble the bed on the same day and found out the beams were too long to fit in the bed fra...me. 25/1/2017, I contacted the customer service, emailed the photos/invoice/deliver documents, no response from the customer service. Two days later (27/1/2017), I had to contact the Super A Mart Auburn store, the lady was nice and helpful to tell me sending over the photos and description of the problem to the store directly. I was told that the email will be forwarded to the manager in charge and I will receive a phone call 24-48 hours. No one called within those hours. Finally, on 30/1/2017, a manager from Super A Mart was nice enough to call and tell me that they can send a replacement beam set to me. But they have no stock, the warehouse has to order it ( I guess from the manufactures). They will let me know when there is a time frame about the deliver. No one called me back to advice the ETA after this. I had to call again on 31/01/2017 to find out the delivery status of the replacement beams. I was told it will be 1-2weeks. Remember, I was told one week delivery when I made my purchase? But it ended up of 3weeks delivery? I was begging the store manager to expedite the delivery because I have guest coming and that the whole reason I am purchasing this furniture. I was told flat out - ' No, the store has no way to speed up the process. It all depends on the when the warehouse will receive the delivery. ' At this moment, I am very disappointed and annoyed with the situation. I basically was misled by the salesperson about the delivery time. And then found out the parts did not fit together. The customer service is like a black hole, never come back to my enquiry. Then, found out that the so called 'warehouse' does not keep any stock. Each order, no matter it is the whole product, or the parts, has to go through the procurement process. I understand that there is a lead time for delivery, but it has to be in the reasonable limit. When there is a damage or defect, it has to be repaired or replaced right away. It seems to me that Super A Mart, they want to get the payment right away but has no sense of urgency with customer's needs. A very unhappy customer whose guests might have to sleep on the floor... :(
