Exellent service SuperAmart Ballina
Thankyou to the manager Geoff and Sheryl for follow ups when Geoff was unavailable.We have received great service. Geoff obviously has excellent management skills in the way he handled our problem. He showed concern and empathy towards us and everything was quickly attended to.Thanks again Geoff for restoring our faith in SuperAmart Ballina and creating a great place to shop once again. Last word to Jess and team for acting so promptly re our concern....thankyou.
Disgusted with quality and service
Today we gave away our 2 bonded leather lounges peeling so badly pieces of fabric were sticking to our clothing. The first lot of furniture in such bad condition I couldn't even resell them.They were only 4 years old and we are retirees who look after our furniture. One of the 3 seaters was replaced as it started to peel within 3 months. That one also peeled. I rang the Ballina store and the manager offered me nine dollars refund as they don't cover upholstery and that amount was the balance of the guarantee. I was insulted! Disgusted in the quality of the furniture and the service.NEVER AGAIN will I purchase SUPERAMART RUBBISH goodbye $1199!!!!
Terrible customer care, faulty product
We purchased Nixon 4 seater lounge with chaise in bonded leather from Ballina store in May 2012. It started peeling earlier this year, not even 4 years old. Customer care gave us a scripted response - the bonded leather warranty has expired, they do not class the issue as a "major problem" and they accept no blame for what is clearly a faulty product and widespread issue amongst consumers of this lounge. Probably not a coincidence that the Nixon is no longer sold in the bonded leather finish. Under 4 years is not a reasonable lifespan for such a costly and significant purchase.
Spartacus corner lounge
So.. Where do it start
I purchased a few years ago the previous lounge suite to the Spartacus ( the ones that got discontinues - same material different colours and swinging Single chairs) well they got replaced from their ridiculous sinking and sagging of the cushions etc..

A year later and they are just horrible sagging and sinking in the middle.. Constantly hitting wood structure underneath the soft" padding " areas
I'm jsut fed up.. I paid a hefty price for these and yet still the same i...
Ridiculous delivery costs....amart Ballina.
Wants to charge $80 to deliver a futon from Ballina to Byron bay. I only recently spent $40 on delivery & installation of a washing machine for the same distance from Bi-rite. Not to mention we bought floor stock as last futon and manager was not interested in offering a few more dollars off!! You get what you pay for I suppose but $80 to deliver down the road what a rip off!!
