Doesn't last a year.....
Extremely disappointed in the quality of the furniture I purchased from amart. The Keller sofa pair is terrible quality. It comes with a 7 year product guarantee but when the store told.me.t ok make a claim online i was told it was wear and tear and that I wasn't covered. After a little over a year the cushioning.in the seats has worn flat in some places exposing metal and wood to be felt through the fabric. Absolutely disgusting. The fabric is pulling apart at the seams also.

First class service. Better than 5 star
I did have to ask where to go in the store to look for outdoor furniture, but once pointed in the right direction I found plenty of nicely displayed choices and sales staff were not pushy, but quick to offer assistance if needed.
What really impressed me was the attendant's patience when I couldn't make up my mind. The outdoor setting my husband liked was lovely and the sale price made it a brilliant bargain - less than half what we had expected to pay. But I was undecided. The attendant was endlessly patient, even though I still couldn't deci...de when we went back to the store a second time. Then I phoned asking for help to find a matching lounge chair and she went to great lengths to find a product that wasn't on display, open it and compare, then call me back to discuss. I finally ordered by phone and the transaction was handled very efficiently. When the suite was delivered and the table arrived damaged, it was replaced immediately with no dramas. The staff impressed with their sympathetic response and apologies for the inconvenience. Then the replacement table arrived, also damaged! Unbelievable bad luck! As it was very minor damage this time, we offered to repair it ourselves if they gave us a credit. They immediately offered a generous partial refund AND said 'keep the old table' so we could use part of each to make one undamaged table. Quality of the items we bought is very good, but they are imported and the overseas supplier doesn't pack them well. I've advised A-Mart of that issue and they thanked me and said they would investigate further and seek improvement. Pricing is very attractive. We did have to assemble the furniture ourselves, which was moderately easy to do but would challenge some folk - especially as the tool supplied was hopelessly inadequate and there weren't quite enough washers. (Luckily hubby has a good stock in the shed, as well as a more satisfactory tool.) The courteous and helpful manner and the efficiency with which everything was handled was super-impressive. The range on display is good and the pricing is excellent. (Interestingly, almost identical chairs at Bunnings were nearly twice the price and Bunnings wouldn't price match because they were not quite the same!
Fantastic sales and after care service
We bought a couch from amart Tweed Heads, unfortunately once we had it a week I was unable to sit on it due to a back condition, I returned and changed it for another, no problems at all. The electric cup holder broke on the new lounge and I sent the details requested and a tech came out within the week and replaced it. Excellent service throughout, would thoroughly recommend our store at Tweed Heads.
Customer Service Second to none!
We have recently made a number of purchases at this store. In each instance we have been very happy with the value - we do understand that you get what you pay for. Have dealt with a number of different staff and in every instance they have been exceptionally helpful. Recently, we purchased an outdoors setting which hadn't been delivered. Subsequently, that same setting went on special for $500 less. The staff at Amart Tweed Heads had no hesitation in adjusting our order by that amount. Excellent Customer Service!!! Thanks!
You get what you pay for
Purchased a Monika 2.5 & 2 seat Sofa pair from Tweed Heads store. Store staff are terrific but let down by shoddy 2nd class chinese merchandise. The Sofas arrived promptly as scheduled but that is where the positive experience stopped. On unpacking and installing the feet found the 2.5 seater had a stripped thread on a retaining screw for the bottom support frame which I counter sunk same as others and repaired easily. The 2 seater same bottom frame had a screw pulled out completely and the bottom frame not sitting flush with the bottom of the ...couch. Relocated the screw tightened the rest down and all ok. Not really good enough when you pay over $1200 for a couple of sofas and you have to repair before being able to use. Yes they were 25% off but they should have been 50% off looking at the QAQC involved. Unfortunately is the last straw with this company and will be the last time I ever buy furniture from them again. Fantastic here I come !

Sunken and lost all support within 3 years
We took delivery of our Amart modular lounge suite home exactly 3 years ago to this day, I know thanks to the Facebook "on this day" reminder this morning, that's what prompted me to get online and write this review. I really regret this purchase as the quality is inferior. There is zero support in the seats or the back, the cushions are all misshapen, there is absolutely no padding on the arms that you can actually feel the timber through them, in fact you can feel the timber with your butt when you sit on the lounge in certain spots. The sing...le star is for the customer service I received at the time, but in hindsight I wish I'd been treated poorly because then I'd have taken my business elsewhere and might not have such severe back pain today.

Very Rude and Not helpful with warrantee
We had spent over $7,000 in a couple of months. We moved our dining table a foot and the corner wooden piece that holds the leg to the table was faulty it had 2 screws right near a join that should have never been there the other 3 pieces of wood that holds the leg to the table was perfect no joins.
We asked if they had another piece of wood or can they get us one they said we should never had slid the table we said there is no instructions telling us not to slide it and we said there never should have been a join or the screws so close to the...
Worst service and products ever!!!
Brought the wardrobe 4weeks ago, week after got my slides paneldoor by I need to contact them first the top shoes and insert shelf still in the warehouse they said, so they promised me by next week then nothing happened by next week and they keeping promise and promise again. Very disappointed.
Disappointed in Super Amart
I purchased a Vancouver theatre suite with another $4000 worth of furniture from Super Amart Tweed Heads about 22 months ago. I phoned them today to advise that our theatre suite on one chair was starting to peel and the seat itself has let go somewhere in the seating area. I was told that the suite cover was only covered by warranty for 12 months but on doing research on the website all other lounges are covered for 2 years. Very disappointed in the outcome and definitely will not shop there again. I cannot recommend these products to anyone .
First class customer service!
I went to the Super Amart store in South Tweed, northern NSW this week. The staff were so friendly, helpful and had strong product knowledge. We had multiple offers of assistance while we were in the store and I wanted to pass on my appreciation of a highly positive retail experience! Must be great training. Will come again soon.
Many problems on various orders
First things first bought a bed suite, paid like 1000 bux tried to ask for a tall boy to, denied but got given a cheap matress which was part of the deal that had mould damage! Not to mention the slat with the bonder leather on the side already had a cut mark!!! i reported this and denied any repair or replacement.
Next week i went to amart they had the sale on for the whole suite with tallboy $200 cheaper!! NOT IMPRESSED!!
ive since then bought a whole lounge suite, had many problems with the whole lot, structual damage, many times leath...er doctor has been out to fix ny stuff to no avail. Its like there waiting for my warranty to run out so i dont get a replacement. None of the issues have been fixed, wasted over 6000 on crap furniture every piece had a problem!!!
Leather cracking all over lounge - very disappointed!
Purchased crystal lounge from Super Amart 3 years ago. Have been really happy with it until the past month when all over the lounge, the leather has started to peel and crack. It gets worse every day and I haven't been able to find my receipt to take it up with the store. Extremely disappointed!
Peeling leather all over the seats and arm rests of our Crystal bonded leather 3 seat sofa purchased only 3 years ago. Invoice from Super A Mart says 5 years structural warranty, store said peeling leather is not structural. Very Dissapointed.
Purchased a four piece leather bonded theatre suite a year ago. Went back to the Tweed store today and the manager was helpful in offering a store credit. My partner and I however struggled to find anything that we like remotely as much as our currentvlounge.
We paid $1000 and got four reclining chairs all with cup holders and two in built storage compartments.
We were advised that as a term of the credit our old lounge would be picked up immediately so we were forced to choose something today or we'd be couchless for at least the next 2 ...weeks. For those who have looked at lounges you'll understand it's pretty much impossible to get anything worthwhile under $1000. We were lucky to get the original lounge at a realistic price as it was the store model. We ended up purchasing a 3 seater lounge for $1400 so are now out of pocket for a lounge we don't even want.
wouldn't give me the bed at advertised price
Looked at the bronte queen bed on line was on sale for $199 went to the tweed heads store to layby this bed today 9/2/15 l showed the sales lady the picture and price which I had saved on my phone as it was different to what they had advertised she then called the manager Nicola over for me to show her the picture and price and then said the sale finished yesterday and without even looking up said there is nothing she can do about that then l told her that she had lost a sale l can't believe that she would knock back a $200 sale, and on the website it didn't have a date to say when the sale finished or if it had l didn't see it
Excellent after sales service
I bought a bar stool from from the Tweed Heads South store. Very comfortable chair, but after 3 months some rust spots appeared on the bottom. I did have another one of the same stools but it was fine, no problems. I rang the Tweed Heads store and I got put through to a fellow who was very helpful and suggested something might have occurred during the manufacturing. He then sent a new base through the post to me. Absolutely brilliant, I didn't have to do anything except pick up the base from the post office. This is probably the best service I've ever received.
