Absolutely appalling furniture and even worse service
Went in on Boxing Day sales and purchased 2 beautiful navy blue lounge chairs to arrive in February. When I went to collect them they were the wrong items so they told me they would get me the correct ones - in May! I’d have to sit on the floor waiting for 5 months while they kept my money, eventually they said they could give me the same chairs in grey (a colour I did NOT want) if I paid the difference since they arnt on special anymore -$1000. Eventually they agreed I didn’t have to pay the difference and I’d get the ugly chairs I didn’t want. Ok that’s fine I had no choice, they arrived broken buttons falling off and as squeaky anything. My baby sits on the chair and it squeaks also the delivery drivers left a hole in my wall nothing has been done. They replaced a chair after originally offering me a refund of $80. Yes $80 lousy dollars. Buttons falling off and threads coming out everywhere huge pull mark from the thread and squeaking like crazy. I was basically told by the rude manager to take it or leave it. The chairs are being taken to the dump nd iv effectly lost every cent. Bunch of rude thieves and the lady manager at Yamanto store needs a major attitude adjustment I’d be horrified if my staff treated people the way she does.
Always good service
Always fantastic service online and instore and they have such a large variety and wide range furniture i would definitely recommend them only negative i could say is the delivery fee is abit pricey.
Warranty worth nothing
Bought a lounge about a year ago. The lounge seat started to sag. Went back to the Ipswich store, they couldn't care. The table we bought, the feet started to rust on the floor. Staff are rude. Their furniture is absolute crap. Not worth the prices they charge. Warranties are crap. Super amart has lost our business and we tell everyone to stay clear of the rubbish they sell.
Fantastic customer service yamanto
I was so impressed with the quick and lack of fuss way the Yamanto staff resolved the problem with my wardrobe. The quality of customer service of a business shows when something goes wrong. I would highly recommend them
terrible smell from new orthokinetic matress
purchased a new matress after 3 weeks still a terrible smell coming from the matress superamart were fantastic in helping me resolve the problem , they resolved problem straight away, contacted orthokinetic by phone and email and very dissapointed as they did not contact me back extreley poor customer service
