crap service im furious
Spent $1100 on Sunday booked a delivery for Tuesday because everything was in stock. I sit at home all day Tuesday to wait for my delivery to call super amart at 4.15pm to be told the furniture isn't in stock I'm at work now until Saturday and they cant even give me a eta for a delivery on Saturday. I have no bed now for 3 nights Nobody called me I am so furious about the whole situation and now to have to spend a second day in one week sitting at home waiting. This service is absolutely appalling. I certainly wont shop here again I spent a bit of money for a lot of non communication.

Big Mistake - Sofa from Super Amart
We purchased a 3 seater and 2 seater black leather couch around 3 or 4 years ago.
We were led to believe the whole thing was leather but it turns out the sides must be bonded leather.The sides and front are literally falling apart and our kids are constantly ending up with black bits on them. I am very concerned about the health issues this poses to my kids. Its also the appearance side of things, terrible!! We saved quite a bit for those sofas and now we are incredibly disappointed! We trusted Super Amart - Osborne Park store!
Bonded Leather Peeling
Bought the Nixon bonded leather chaise a few years ago from Super amart in Osborne Park and now it is cracking and peeling on the cushions. When I queried the Osborne Park store about fixing/replacing they said sorry it's out of warranty and nothing can be done about it! Last year we had the springs replaced as they were faulty from day 1. Not happy as you think this item would last longer for price I payed which was nearly $900. The peeling Looks disgusting and horrible even though I've looked after it very well. After reading many reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problems with these items. Not happy!
Items unavaliable for months
Brought a dining/entertainment package told us it would be 3 weeks been waiting 2 months and still waiting. Every time I call the time of items being available extends to longer. Getting well past ridiculous now have a half empty house with no furniture.
After just 2.5 years the leather on my couch has totally peeled off! Super amart will not cover it, instead kindly offered me a discount if I buy a new lounge! Don't really think I should need to replace my lounge every 2.5 years!!!! Would love to post photos,
Very bad customer service
I brought seater corner lounge and many more and thing happened with me as with others send them all photographs of torn and spitting sofa but they ignore and when went to store waiting for 40 mins no one responding it's disgusting never gonna buy any product from super amart
Awful Product and customer service !
I bought a couple of bonded leather sofas just over a year ago, along with several other items.
One seat on one of the sofas has started splitting and the bonded leather is peeling away. It looks awful and cannot be hidden. We got the furniture on credit over 18mths and haven't even finished paying for it yet.
I called the shop i had bought it from and explained, I also said they were bought over a year ago and I suspected it was out of warranty. I was advised to email them photos and a form from the website as they may be able to help - wh...
Bad customer service
I have bought many things from super amart in the past and have had no issues. However after dealing with a lady at osbourne park store today that has changed. We chose a daybed in July and talked to a very helpful person at the time who said they could hold it for us until our house was ready at the end of October - we just had no room and also expecting twins in mid oct so life was hectic enough. The salesperson at the time this was no problem at all. Then on 2nd oct got a call from a rude girl telling me that must pick it up Within 2 wks or ...our order would be cancelled. Our house is not ready for another 3-4wks and our babies due in just over 2 wks, but this girl did not seem to care at all and made it out like she was doing us a big favour by holding it for us for this long. If this was going to be an issue they should have said at the start. Also the lack of empathy and tone that was used in the phone call was extremely disrespectful and completely uncalled for! I will certainly not be returning to that store!
Bad service and communication
Will never have any of my owners buy any furniture from Super A Mart. Ordered 2 lounge suites last Thursday had the owners pay for them on Friday. Spoke to them also on Friday to arrange delivery, They advised that they were in stock so they could arrange next day delivery together as they were in the same building, advised That Wednesday better as I could advise tenants that the old lounge would be removed and a new one delivered the same day. Rang on Monday to double check that they were booked for Wednesday, advised that yes it was organised.... Rang Tuesday to confirm as I know last minutes hiccups happen. Rang today at 10 as the lounge suites had been removed to ask if a delivery time was available and they advised that the paper work said today for delivery but no one had arranged it. Said they would ring me back. 11.00am I rang again after no phone call this time they advised that they were coming and that they would have the delivery guy call me on my mobile which I had checked three times with them and given them my office number as I had to travel from one side of the city to the other so they could gain access to the security building they said they would give me a call about 20 minutes before so I could meet them, I dd receive a call from the delivery guy that he was on his way. So I go to the apartment building only to receive a call at the office not my mobile that they had given him the wrong lounge suite. I returned to work to await another call. Finally they called the office advising that my mobile is not working, can't belive it but they gave the delivery guy the wrong number. I go back to the apartments, meet the delivery guy at 3.30pm only to find that there was only 1 lounge suite. Told that the other lounge suite is on another truck. Call Amart again and they said he was loading up and that he would come from Osborne Park direct to West Perth about 20 minutes. So I waited, apologised to the tenants that I was once again not able to deliver a lounge suite. Waited 30 minutes office received a call not me again advising that they had to go to Nollamara first and would be an hour or so. Now I'm mad ring the office and get another person advising me that I was told the wrong information and that they have no control over the deliveries. So again I wait and 5.00pm I'm still waiting call Amart again they say they have delivered it. No phone call to me, thankfully the tenants waited at the apartment and received it. The only apology I got was I'm sorry, what do you want me to do about it. I have 42 other units in that building that we are refitting with new lounge suite. They will it. E getting any more business from me! Bad service and communication
illogical (annoying) way to replace a broken/damaged dining table leg
Received delivery of my dining package last Friday (3 hours late over agreed time with driver) started assembling them and found out that one dining table leg is damaged, a 3cmx3cm piece of wood broke off and one screw missing. There is evidence that the piece was glued previously so, it wasn't a new damaged. I thought, this should be easy to replace and the missing screw set provided so, I assembled the table with the one leg missing. After checking, assembling the other pieces of the package and confirmed only the table leg and missing screw ...are the issues I rang A-Mart. I explained the issue and the first thing they said: "would you like to keep the table and offer you a discount for your next purchase?" I said, no because the broken off piece is on the top end of the leg that forms part of the table top which I will see every time I use it. Was put on hold for a few minutes then was told A-Mart will replace the broken leg. Good stuff, I thought, until I was told I must bring the whole dining table back to the store to get it replaced. What???? I asked and reason why can't I just bring the broken leg and get it replaced there and then? Was told "we have to replace the whole table as a policy and we don't want to end up with table with a broken leg in our storeroom which maybe given to another customer by mistake and the whole cycle happening again". What???? You can't just label your damaged stock??? Besides, I was told that the whole table I am returning will be going to the bin anyway. So, what's the deal with A-Mart getting a leg from that table as the replacement??? I don't know but, they are pretty happy to spend for the delivery of the "new" table on Monday, what time? the driver will call me. Now, I have take time off work again and be at the mercy of the delivery drivers own interpretation of time. Stupid policy, flawed logic.
Very unhappy customer
20/6/2011 I had purchase a Vancouver 3-R-R recliner suite. It has been not even a full 3 years and the quality of this lounge suite is absolutely disgusting. All the bonded leather has come off and I am constantly sweeping it off the floor (lucky for floor boards) It is embarrassing for when people come over and our lounge suite is in such a state that when people sit on it the bonded leather sticks to you and there is couch pieces not only on our lounge room floor but also in our bedrooms.
Not easy to look at due to all the bonded leather completely falling off it.

Bought a single bed and mattress, including delivery. Delivery was $90 and they did it on a Saturday thank goodness. Initially i was told they would only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays, and as i work full time there was no way i could take off the 2 hours (at least), they were saying i would require, as they couldn't give a definite time to deliver.
Originally, i placed the order and they rang me within the hour to say the base was available but the mattress would be 2 wks away. they asked if i would like to pick the base up. i said i would...prefer to wait until the whole lot was available and organise delivery as i had no transport available that would fit it. the lad they called me back within literally 2 minutes to say that she had made a mistake and the mattress was now available. i WAS a bit miffed...why advertise the bed on the website as a 'special' item, and they ring to say there were none available anyhow?? so all good, they rang me within a week to hassle me about delivery and it was then that she said they could do saturday delivery. i said that was fine, they said about 10am onwards. i said fine, as i would not be home on the night previous but could organise to be home by that time definitely. the day before delivery they rang about 4pm to say they wouldn't be there by 10, but at 7am!! meaning i had a very early morning the next morning, would have changed plans to be there that previous night had i known. i was home by 7am, they arrived at 9 minutes to 9 hahah :)
Osborne Park store did right by us!
