Panel installation process was very easy they came in and fixed everything. Also the government supervisor came and checked everything and all was good, no changes. I don't have any issues with the company, very professional.

I was not present during the installation, I had a friend attending on my behalf who reported that the installation went ahead without any problems and by the time I got home the whole job was completed and the installation team had already left. I was very impressed, although of course the system was not operational as the Electrical Inspector had to pass it before it could be turned on. Since it was passed it has saved me money with being in credit until the autumn months arrived and the last bill was only $23.00 including the feed-in tariff and GST.

I'd just like to say, the sales team appeared to be quite honest in comparison to the other 3 quotes i obtained. the other companies were telling me i could have a large number of panels based on my roof, but i very quickly realised they didn't taking into consideration my sky lights. Amazing Solar did!

Had a good experience with Amazing Solar. They provided competitive quote. No up front deposit which was good and were in and out in about 4 hours installing the system. Had a few Alarms reported by the system early on but they were able to get these all fixed remotely. System has been in place for 3 months now and it working well.

I had my solar installed 2 years ago.

They were very quick to take a deposit, but then you don’t hear from them again!

I had to waiting over 2 months for solar to be installed.

I had emailed them numerous times over that time with no response as to when or if I will ever get my solar installed.

It wasn’t until I gave them a bad review via Facebook that they contacted me giving the excuse that the guy who sold me the solar was away overseas and they would contact me on their return. - They even asked if I could remove my negative comments!

The panel installation went smoothly and was done without delay. After installation, the inspection of the work was done promptly and any rectifications were attended almost immediately. Great & prompt service.

The whole process went smoothly and without any problems.Our situation was a bit different as we have two houses sharing one smart meter but Amazing Solar weren't fazed at all.
