Excellent customer service
The support person Sam was really amazing and made sure our product got replaced on time. She kept us updated about each step of the replacement of solar inverter. She has excellent communication skills as well as good customer service practices. She was great help right from beginning of getting the inquiry about product replacement to the whole process of getting it done.
