My wife and I have owned various brands of luggage over the years including Samsonite [excellent] and a number of other brands.
About 3 years ago we purchased a Bon Air cabin bag. We like it so much we have bought another as well as two full sized suitcases. The items are very sturdily built, roll easily, are light, and the interior layout is quite clever and practical. It helps that this brand is owned by Samsonite - we feel the quality is as good as the parent brand.

Bought 2 of these for my daughter in Oct.16 as she was flying OS for job training. One of the handles jammed on the return journey and would not fully close.
Contacted Samsonite in April 2017 and got an answering machine. It took nearly 3 days for them to call back and they basically offered to send me a replacement handle. This arrived after many emails with no instructions! I think their office handles call for the whole country and it's literally one person responding to messages.
We are still in negotiations with them telling me to call Melbourne for further assistance.
Where is the customer service in this process.
I am not confident in dismantling a case and repairing it myself.
This warranty is useless.
