Bad first experience.
They offer a service where they will send your product faster if you pay an extra fee....What is this, the mob? "Well do our job properly if you pay us more, or well go at our own pace". How professional. Even if I had paid for the faster service, apparently they didn't even have stock, when on their website they accepted my order saying that they had plenty of stock. .So I had to wait a few days for an update, saying it will be a week before getting stock, then they'll finally send it off. Not impressed for my first time using their service. O...ne stars is a tad harsh, but people giving perfect scores is making the rating unreal, so my score is also bias then. When I get my goods I may change my review. I usually get an interstate package within a week, it's been two already and they haven't even actually sent it yet..They are still waiting to get their own shipment of the stock that I want. If I knew this, I could have just ordered from someone else.
Disappointing issue resolution
I visited the site to enquire about a product. In the shopping cart I had 2 free items added to my order.
Based on this I overlooked the delivery charges and made the purchase and received 2 email confirmations.
A couple days later I received an email stating that they cancelled my order and created a new order without the free items as they should not have been added on.
I was disappointed that they felt they could just change a customers order without any correspondence, and when I queried this there responses were generic that the free item...

Charge me delivery fees
Aminoz charge me delivery fees which wasn't mention while i order it they just took the money, when i ask them next morning they said they have heavy charge for item which wasn't mention anywhere on the website. Well i tried to ask them why it's not tell me when i order. They charge extra without my consent but lady told me she cancel my order, they refund me back but waste my 4 days. Be careful and check invoice from aminoz.

Products are great but useless customer service
I ordered a fairly large order to which I received an email and text saying they didnt have some of the items in stock. Firstly I dont see why they would advertise a product as being available and then not have it in stock. But all good, I waited for the stock to come in. It was then posted out and returned to sender by Fast Couriers, which was not Aminoz fault. I then contacted Aminoz on the day to let them know it had been returned and they attempted to sort it out. They told me that they didn't have some of the products I'd ordered in stock ...again and I'd need to wait a further 1-2 weeks for them to receive the stock, or I could change my order which I did. So i changed the order and placed it on Thursday 16 Aug and told it would be express posted and I'd receive it Monday or Tuesday. Well nothing arrived so I contacted them today to find out where it was, and they had forgotten to process the order and send it to me. The end result was I had to go to a supp store and buy other stuff because I ran out and therefore had to cancel my order. I have no issue with the products they sell. The proteins really nice and its all pretty good value, I just think their customer service is pretty sub par.

Partial Order Issues
Ordered products from this company after they emailed me reference a 24 h 20% sale. Several products were unavailable and their website response was to ask me whether to hold the entire order or send partial items. I selected to receive partial items however, 9 days later nothing was received. Without going into too much detail, this issue went back and forth until after two weeks I finally got my order. Seem to have call centre staff in an overseas location, language barriers an issue. Also funds that were to come back to my account after 2-3 ...days work days took triple that to come back to me. Considering they are supplying affiliate products I thought this was pretty ordinary service. Potentially a one off but considering the competition in this industry I will likely look elsewhere next time.

They changed for the worse. Become too aggressive with marketing/pricing
I was a customer from the beginning.
They used to be great all round, with deals, service and products.
Now, they are sending too many emails with too little substance.

At first when buying from Amino Z online and at the store it was great.
I initially gave it 5 stars but as time goes on and I purchase my monthly supplements, the service from online starts to get annoying.
First instance: I paid for same day dispatch on a Thursday at around 8am expecting it to arrive on the Friday. I'm within Sydney so it is possible and I've done this before with Amino Z.
Friday hits and nothing. Obviously I'm annoyed because i paid 12.95 for something i didnt get, to which free shipping would arrive on Monday as we...ll. I get a refund after calling them about it and being told there was a warehouse error where it says its been shipped but not really. If i hadn't called I would never recieve my refund. Second Instance: This wednesday evening i placed an order. The eta was for the thursday or friday for free shipping.
Stock on backorder. Never transferred products.
Bought 3 products online on the 7th of June. Received an email stating that the goods were available for immediate pickup in Mortdale. Went in on the 9th of June only for staff to tell me that the products I ordered were reserved for someone else and that I couldn't have them.
Called customer support on the 10th of June to let them know what happened, they said 2 out of the 3 products were available for pickup in Mortdale. I asked them when the other product would be in stock and she informed me that they were expecting delivery on Tuesday (...14th). Tuesday came around and I still hadn't received an SMS or email. Called them on Wednesday afternoon (15th) to be informed that it is being transferred from Caringbah to Mortdale on Thursday. Thursday came around and you guessed it, no SMS or email. Called customer service again on Friday to be told that there is a "system breach" and that it still hadn't been transferred. After I argued with the rep that Caringbah and Mortdale are 15-20 minutes away, he offered that he would send my products out by Express Post with a $5 coupon. Writing this, I obviously don't have my products and will have to wait until Tuesday to receive my order. I could possiblypick up 2 out of 3 goods, but I don't want to risk driving out there again to be told that the stock is still unavailable.
bad service would be an understatement...
Took over three weeks and many emails, many of which were ignored, before my order was even dispatched, this was followed up by waiting over another week for it to arrive after multiple emails and calls to fastway couriers who make Australia post look golden at their worst.
I only give them two stars because the price was ok and the goods eventually actually showed up as ordered.
2nd order stuffed up. Going down hill
These used to be good at what they do and competitive but something has changed.
Listed items not available and excessive delays on orders being the main 2 problems.
I placed an order on the 25th knowing 1 item was on a 3 day back order, I was happy with that. I've received nothing in nearly 2 weeks so I checked today to find out the full order is not due to be shipped until the 10th Nov. Nobody wants to wait so long for supps, you give yourself a 7-10 day window and place an order so you don't run out. Stuff ups like this mess with routines and stop customers from coming back.
Very disappointed with Amino Z to the point that I would never purchase from them again. I ordered a product that arrived within 5 or so days. When I opened the box and the product was hard and clumpy (I ordered a powder). I was eventually sent a refund and I must admit they were helpful with this process however when I finally received my replacement, it came with the same problem as the first!! I gave them another chance to rectify the situation merely to be disappointed again. I then requested a refund which was supposed to take '1-2 business days', 5 days and counting... I received an email to say the total was refunded to my account, no it was not!
Not happy, would not recommend and most definitely would not shop again!
Fake price guarantee - avoid!
I've used Aminoz for a couple of years now. They have always been good and fast delivery and good prices.
This has changed recently. I wonder if there is new owners, management or similar.
I asked them for price guarantee on HerbsofGold omega 3 concentrated which they promise. They sold it for $82 while most other shops sell it for less than $50. I pointed them to a seller online.
They supposedly called the site and was told it wasn't in stock. So refused to provide me with a price match. I told them that they could check any other ...shop and they would see that Amimoz would be the most expensive on the Internet. They didn't care. The day after I checked the web site and it was still available. I bought the product the same day from vitamin king for $46.
Whole order is held if free Item you select is not in stock. Poor communication. Still waiting.
Still waiting on order. Order being held as 'free item' wasn't in stock. I requested my purchase be sent without the free t-shirt. Still waiting. Each time I log in to check progress of order the 'Date you should receive your order...' extends by a day or two. Communication/ customer service has not been great either. Waiting over 24hrs for response.
Also, it pays to look into their claim 'Orders over $150 receive upgrade of gift.'
The only gifts I had to select from were for purchases over $30.00. No option to upgrade.

Looked forward to ordering my RTD drinks and was even given a special 5% discount, but to my disappointment you are out of stock of both. I wish my time wasn't wasted and it should be stated on the first page like you had it on the old website. Unfortunately Amino Z doesn't have enough stock or/and regularly.

I placed an order online on the 22nd Jan 2014 and registered online so I could track my order. I received a welcome email but no further correspondence. A very hard to understand message was left on my phone yesterday (27th Jan) saying that my order was not completed. I tried unsuccessfully today to call their 1300 264669 number (actually called them 6 times!) and left a message to contact me, that was 6 hours ago and still no call back! I then emailed them and got a thankyou you'll be contacted soon email. Still nothing. I tried calling just n...ow and amazingly someone actually picked up the phone! An item they have advertised on their website is apparently no longer available! If it was unavailable when I placed my order, why was it advertised on their website in the first place! They have offered an alternative and I can only hope the order is sent soon and is correct! Definitely wouldn't be recommending them to anyone! Prices are good Disgusting that every phone call went to message bank!
What a shame things have changed. I would spend a lot of money with Amino Z, they were great but not so anymore. From not being able to back order, to problems with the website, to not many products available anymore, to poor rewards points which isn't a reason to keep shopping here. Very disappointing.
Questions & Answers
I placed an order last Wednesday and it was sent with the courier Thursday. It should have been delivered Friday. The courier is not giving me an answer as to why my order is still sitting in the Sydney depot.
I’ve tried calling, texting and emailing Amino z to no avail.

We have replied to your email last 19 and 20 September. Last 20 September, we informed you that we have sent a replacement order via Australia Post instead, and the replacement order was dispatched last 19 September.
As per Australia Post's online tracker, they attempted delivery last 21 September, but no one was available to receive and sign for the parcel. They left a delivery card and forwarded the parcel to the post office where you can pick it up instead. It is awaiting collection at the post office.
I have sent a separate email with your tracking number and the post office location.
