Customer Service Nightmare.
Waited over six weeks for a product that was oversold online and can’t comment on quality as no one will even respond to rectify the issue. Continual promo emails keep flowing unlike my order or my refund Literally the worst customer service ever. Still waiting for something I ordered over six weeks ago because stock levels were wrong on the website. Instagram is running hot and when I left a negative Facebook review the excuses were practically instant, but the thing I paid for, or a response about resolving the issue is still non-existent. I ...sadly made the mistake of reading other reviews AFTER making a purchase and unfortunately the only consistent biz practice seems to be overselling online and following this up with avoidance and crappy customer service.
