After sales service - Non existant – After sales service is non existant. I will never use Andersons Atherton again. After contacting Andersons twice regarding vinyl planks that were lifting they eventually sent out a young person to ‘assess’ and prepare a report. Oh please!! great job with the measurements and working out what to do with the skirting. The installer Alex did a fantastic job, he arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with while we were sorting out where to move things into the house around him. The house looks 20 years younger with the new floors. We couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Ann, Jordan, Alex and the rest of the team. We also got our blinds made and installed through andersons atherton. Amelia showed us a great collection of styles and colours that she helped us match to the flooring selections. The blinds arrived when we were told they would. Ann was very good with communication, keeping us in the loop with any delays or changes. The blinds are exactly what we wanted and reasonably priced. Thankyou Andersons atherton team for an amazing job! We'll definitely be recommending you to everyone in future. Considering coming back to have our bathroom refurbished later down the track.
