Terrible

I would not recommend this product. It was fine for a few days, now its moving by itself gowever i dobsuspect someone is watching remotely. So i have pulled it out. When contacting the conpany they said it moves by itself when it resets. However this wpuld mean it resets its self every minute so thats not correct. I dont feel like my privacy is kept secure with this product. So ive thrown in bin because support also offered nothing reassuring.

Power cords

Power cords are way too shot, is there an extension of same cord with without a fixed 3 point electrical adapter, this would be helpful when installing the camera up in a hight position. Show details

Best mounted in the garbage bin

From day one after installation by a certified electrician we had trouble. One worked ok. The other was a wreck. Daytime was excellent with clear images. Once it got dark it recorded 1 x activation every minute of the night to the second. How can that be? Help desk was useless on 3 occasions. Ended up suggesting returning it and getting a new one. This was done with exactly the same results despite changing setting etc. I get up to 850 images detected each night with nothing visible to have caused it.
Never will I purchase a product from this company again. Show details

Battery drains early - Poor remote software

All I need is a couple of images a day to remotely monitor a building site works' progress -- but the battery pack drains out after a couple of days!!!! Ridiculous, none of my other cameras use up soooo much battery. Probably is on constant recording, going to ether or Mars.... and there is NO setting to allow me to turn that s*it off. Really really annoyed.

Not good

This is our third camera in as many years that just stopped pairing with any device and became unusable. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more on something else.

Any time it did work in the early days the remote viewing was very laggy and you'd be looking at your dog one second only to see him completely disappear the next, wondering what happened. Playback won't work majority of the time, sometimes off-line for no reason, junk. Show details

Unreliable

Frustrating lacking tech. Door bell and battery cameras fail their purposes. Poor overall performance. Glitchy. Lagging cameras. Limited app features that dominates the phones usability. Can't call police if your recording an intruder. Constantly miss triggers. No PC viewer.  Show details

Works only until firmware update

Worked well. Now a firmware upgrade wants to happen. Camera has shut down and upgrade won’t happen. Waste of money and effort. Typical Chinese garbage.

Terribly slow to connect

Basically impossible to check on my phone, I tried 30 minutes to get connected. It is basically no use at all for security camera, it seems like a decoration on the wall. Show details
