Terrible
I would not recommend this product. It was fine for a few days, now its moving by itself gowever i dobsuspect someone is watching remotely. So i have pulled it out. When contacting the conpany they said it moves by itself when it resets. However this wpuld mean it resets its self every minute so thats not correct. I dont feel like my privacy is kept secure with this product. So ive thrown in bin because support also offered nothing reassuring.Maureen Gale

Power cords
Power cords are way too shot, is there an extension of same cord with without a fixed 3 point electrical adapter, this would be helpful when installing the camera up in a hight position. Show detailsOverallEase of Use

Best mounted in the garbage bin
From day one after installation by a certified electrician we had trouble. One worked ok. The other was a wreck. Daytime was excellent with clear images. Once it got dark it recorded 1 x activation every minute of the night to the second. How can that be? Help desk was useless on 3 occasions. Ended up suggesting returning it and getting a new one. This was done with exactly the same results despite changing setting etc. I get up to 850 images detected each night with nothing visible to have caused it.Never will I purchase a product from this company again. Battery drains early - Poor remote software
All I need is a couple of images a day to remotely monitor a building site works' progress -- but the battery pack drains out after a couple of days!!!! Ridiculous, none of my other cameras use up soooo much battery. Probably is on constant recording, going to ether or Mars.... and there is NO setting to allow me to turn that s*it off. Really really annoyed.FunctionalityNight VisionMotion DetectionEase of InstallationConnectivity / Reliability

Not good
This is our third camera in as many years that just stopped pairing with any device and became unusable. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more on something else.Any time it did work in the early days the remote viewing was very laggy and you'd be looking at your dog one second only to see him completely disappear the next, wondering what happened. Playback won't work majority of the time, sometimes off-line for no reason, junk. Show details

Unreliable
Frustrating lacking tech. Door bell and battery cameras fail their purposes. Poor overall performance. Glitchy. Lagging cameras. Limited app features that dominates the phones usability. Can't call police if your recording an intruder. Constantly miss triggers. No PC viewer. Show detailsOverallBuild QualityValue for MoneyEase of Use

Works only until firmware update
Worked well. Now a firmware upgrade wants to happen. Camera has shut down and upgrade won’t happen. Waste of money and effort. Typical Chinese garbage.Go to a proper shop and get quality. Show details

Basically impossible to check on my phone, I tried 30 minutes to get connected. It is basically no use at all for security camera, it seems like a decoration on the wall. Show detailsSharla Metropolitan Adelaide, SA 8 posts

You can't get the videos into a format to send to police
I purchases the wireless wifi indoor outdoor Anko camera from Kmart for $99. Two of them. All seemed well until I had to report a robbery to police and found that I cannot download the videos from the app and if I copy them from the SD card they are in an obscure DATA. file format that is not supported by any Windows media files. I can get it to play if I modify some VLC player settings but it looses valuable seconds at the beginning of the video and is accelerated so of no use for security purposes. DO NOT BUY THIS. It also only takes short vi... Trouble at every turn
Was excited to get this product. Was not available online and Kmart is two hours away but ok. Bring home, will not pick up wifi. We have two, 5mhz and 2.4 and even with all the correct info it still would not work. Also cord length was ridiculously short, had to run extension cords under floorboards, more hassle than its worth.Several times of resetting the camera, doing every troubleshoot thats available in the manual, app and online. Still nothing.
Email Mirabella 2 times over 4 days with no response. (Their website says 24 hours and theyl... Read morel get back to you. Im writing this two weeks later and still havent heard back from them) On the fifth day I call them. No help, its basically not their problem. Explain that Im really wanting to use the product and not do the four hour round trip with two kids under 5 to return it. Tough, we dont care. Thank god the customer service lady at Kmart was on the ball. Refunded in under two mins. Will not be buying anything associated with Mirabella again.

Low quality product: don't be fooled by it's price
I accidentally came across to Anko branded wifi security cameras in Kmart store for very low price in this product category. Was a bit surprised because of the price, and also a bit hesitant to actually purchase this product since wasn't sure about the quality. Finally decided to give it a go when I found that the product is under warranty for one year, so purchased one outdoor and two indoor cameras. Unboxing the cameras and at first glance, they looked good quality and well built cameras, specially the outdoor one which was completely sealed ... Read moreand weatherproof with a very firm mounting base. The first disappointment happened when I tried to set the cameras up using Smart Life app since I already have a collection of different smart devices all set up under this platform. Soon I found out that cameras are not compatible with this platform since they are obviously locked in to the their own app which is Mirabella Genio. After few unsuccessful tries, finally decided to set them up using the Genio app hoping that I can find a way to match the cameras with my other smart devices later. The set up process using the Genio app was very easy and straightforward, cameras were detected and set up easily and live video stream was available immediately. The second disappointment happened when I found that the Genio app is not compatible and not supported by IFTTT platform which was the only way to connect these cameras to other smart devices. I contacted their support office enquiring about this, and been told that the app is most certainly supported by IFTTT, but when I enquired how, been told that be patient, we are trying to find some resources for you to help you with your enquiry. It is more than a month now that I am writing this review and I haven't still heard anything from them. With the cameras themselves, the video/image quality is certainly not the best. The video is apparently saved in FHD (1920*1080) format, but it's not actually very clear and the frame rate is also very low (may be 1 or 2 frames per second). The images saved by camera are even worse, as they only have SD (640*480) resolution which is outdated and long gone in camera industry. There is also significant amount of barrel distortion in the image and video saved by camera. Apart from these serious defects with the image and video quality, the cameras looked to be working for first few days, but problems started after a week or so when I tried to access and save some of the recorded footages on my tablet. Found out that it is literally impossible to save a footage on your mobile or tablet since the cameras keep getting disconnected and sometimes restarted when you try to do this. You can locate the recorded videos as they are labelled by date, but you cant fast forward or rewind the video to access the footage for your specific required time, and then only option is to watch entire video until it comes to the time you need. The worst part is nothing happens when you try to save or record the footage in your tablet/mobile when you try to do so although it says that the video saved to phone gallery. You will never find this video in your phone gallery, doesn't matter how long you keep looking for. I also contacted the support team about this issue, but again never heard back from them. Finally after a month of stressful hassle with these cameras, returned them today for a refund. At least I learnt my lesson: If something is cheap, it's cheap for a reason. So don't be fooled by its cheap price like I did.eufyCam 2C Pro (4-Cam Kit)Kmart Anko Full HD Wi-Fi Pan & Tilt Indoor CameraD-Link mydlink Mini Full HD Wi-Fi CameraBrinno TLC200 Time LapseD-Link DCS-5222LEufy SoloCam S340 T8170CW1Eufy Indoor Cam 2K Tilt T8400CW4Dahua IPC-HDW3549H-AS-PV-S3Imou Cruiser 5MPJaycar 1080p Outdoor Trail Camera QC8061Ceyomur Solar 4K Trail Camera CY95Xiaomi Mi Home Security Smart Camera 1080PUcamOrion Grid Connect 3MP Smart Outdoor Pan And Tilt Security CameraTP-Link Tapo C420
