ANZ Balance Visa

OK – The ANZ Balance Visa is a good product with a decent rewards scheme that does not cost a fortune in annual fees like other cards, balance transfer rates are competitive. The only issue is the customer service side of things, activating the card is a hassle especially when you take your identification into one branch, they tell you they to call the 13 number then the 13 number person tells you there's no record of them photocopying your ID?! Then they tell you to call the 13 number from the branch, seems very indifferent when you've seen them photocopy your ID right in front of you. Decent rewards, fairly good value compared to more expensive cards Customer service seems to be very indifferent in both the branch and call centre
