Generally good - but we did experience some hiccups
I first consulted with Apollo in Alexandria in December 2020. Our kitchen is just finished. It's now September 2021. The length of the process was not all their fault, by any means: our chosen builder (who Apollo recommended) took a while to be available, and then worked in fits and starts; and then Covid 19 caused considerable delays.
In general, I can strongly recommend Apollo - but there are a few things which you need to be aware of.

Read moreThe main thing they handle is the design and installation of your cupboards. A number of sub-contractors - a builder, an electrician, a plumber, and a splash-back company - will also be involved. The actions of these people are not fully under Apollo's control. If delays occur, or all work is not up to the expected standard, Apollo is not necessarily answerable for that. However, they will do their best to assist. I'd recommend that you choose your builder carefully. Secondly, although Apollo are responsible for organising these sub-contractors on your behalf, communication problems can arise. In my case, an Apollo employee (named David) repeatedly sent contradictory or misleading information eg. we were notified of the impending arrival of tradies who had already been and gone; we were told that a tradie's arrival had to be postponed as they were unavailable, when the tradie in question had told us that that was not the case; a tradie had to leave a job unfinished and return a week later, as they had been double-booked etc. This stuff can become frustrating, especially when it's eight months since the process began. On the upside, Apollo do have some great staff. We worked with a designer and project manager named Sean - who was efficient, skilled, dedicated to getting a good result for us, and a delight to deal with.- Customer Service

I went with Apollo kitchen for its name and the excellent customer service they promise to guarantee. I installed my kitchen two years ago and experienced a very good product delivery. The team was very friendly. I had a minor issue to be fixed on the stones and contacted them within 1 year of warrantee (October 2019). I was advised that they will rectify the issue however it was a busy period as they were trying to finish jobs before Christmas. I agreed to their request. However when I contacted later, I was advised the their was change in man...
Read moreagement and most staff I was dealing with were gone. Since beginning of this year I have been contacting them, sent photos but not received a reply . For last few months I am getting the feedback that is is being assessed. I have left messages with Heather, emailed the manager Sean and Duncan.Now they don’t reply to my emails or take my phone calls. It is really frustrating as I went with the company with the service they promise to provide to customers. Further update:(November 2020) The company contacted me after this posting and finally they have fixed the issues. The stone guy was great and did an excellent job. Thank you- Customer Service
