Worst customer service
Incompetent or lazy perhaps. Non existent customer service. Zero effort to help, wonder what is the point of having customer service in place...
Overcharge developers and then you take our apps down in a criminal manner
Apple needs to be sued for taking down apps from developers who are still paying the ridiculous fees. All while Apple allows criminal acts to take place on other apps (but they turn their head).
Trade In Scam
Apple offered $175 trade in on an iPad Air 2.
On review by the receiving agent $40 was offered.
The reason given ..... a bent screen.
The iPad was in perfect condition.
Trade ins offered by Apple are a complete scam.
No Stars For the worlds most predatory/scamming/thieving corporation on planet earth
No thanks to [Name Removed], Apple have become an avarice plunderer who have climbed down the wrong stalk a few too many times with no checks. They somehow remain immune to any due process or consequences of their thieving modus despite the countless current and ex Apple users who have reported breaches in their contracts and money fraudulently withdrawn from their bank accounts. Do not give apple your banking details. (I’m still chasing over 2k of money stolen) (they will blame members of your family that don’t exist and gaslight you to no end...) (I won’t post my bank statement on this site because it’s not safe to and there’s PAGES) Get stuffed Apple. Your tech is crap; your workers are moronic and your products are fundamentally flawed. Stop exploiting men women and children in your dodgy sweatshops and quit lying to innocent users when you’re called out for fraud. Android are taking over the market share because there is an Apple exodus going down en mass and it won’t slow down. Lo
Bad selfi stick product
I bought selfi stick cliquefie The worst product ever. I found the same product on ebay sites and it was at a mid-price, but I preferred to buy it from Apple in order to get the original product, and I also paid an increase to get me faster, and the result was a dirty product as if it was used and the quality of a very bad product
Bad customer service
I purchased a hemmes Apple Watch. I had problems with the watch. Apple replaced it with a faulty watch. So two months later and I was told I could get a refund if steps are taken. We did it all. Then I was told the watch needs to be returned. If faulty then a full refund. I then received an email that they replaced tge watch. It arrived opened and not sealed. Contacted Apple and told them. They said because they replaced the watch that I can’t get a refund. That’s not what we agreed on. They told me that even though the watch was opened that it...’s not damaged so end of story. I have an email from Apple US saying they should refund and am taking them to court. You pay so much fir Apple products and especially hemmes. I have a lot of Apple stuff but I will not use Apple now as you can not trust them. I’ve never been lied to like Apple has. See you in court Apple.
Apple are online predators
The Apple Store preys on children's desire to be accepted and 'cool' in the online world. Their in-game marketing is light years ahead of children's thinking and decision-making. My son made in-game purchases for gems, or such rubbish, which I attempted to reverse the same day. Apple resolutely refused to refund the purchase. They did not become one of the world's richest company by being decent. They are smarter than your kids. They prey on their vulnerabilities. They do not refund. They are evil.
In app purchases
I downloaded a free app for my son, however, it had in-app purchases which he accidentally clicked and bought. I rang apple store, but after spending 1 hour on the phone the customer service person couldn’t find my apple id. He told me what reason to select from the dropdown box and submit. It got declined the next day. When I rang customer service to put a complaint, they couldn’t find my record. Shame on you Apple! Some of your online staff are STUPID!
Zero online service
I ordered an iPad online on 22/12/2020 (although Brisbane city store is 3km away from my house) due to covid restrictions. In fact it’s for my son for his school as his school starts on 27th January and school uses iPad only. During the order it said it comes within 3-4 weeks.
Today is 23rd January and I haven’t received it yet. However I got an e mail saying its was shipped on Wed, Jan 20th and its coming from Nanjing-Jiangning, China and will be delivers 02/02/2021 by Standard Shipping. Seriously from China when the store is 3km away??????
Shipping and complaint handling
Bought apple product online , but was shipped somewhere else , I had to follow back myself and had to go to the depot to collect myself instead of rescheduling it, seems like downfall of apple has begun
Super fast when buying, non-existent when you require support
i bought a macbook pro and within the first 6 months I had to replace the screen and the keyboard
when the screen failed for the second time I complained and they agreed to a replacement.
Before doing that they made me spend an hour online with a technician followed by an instore examination of the computer to confirm the fault.
Following that I spoke to 3 different "senior advisors" at Apple, each time having to explain what the situation was.
They promised a courier would come to collect my MacBook in a week's time (on a Friday).
Do Not buy Engraved Devices from Apple online store.
I Have ordered an Ipad with free engraving on 16/12/20. The apple online store estimated it would arrive on 8/1/21. I was fine with all of that, comes the 11/1/21 I called tracked the package is still stuck in china as per the tracking. I lodged a case with TNT apple's courier and they could find out where the package is. In the meantime, Apple tells me it is stuck at customs. I have lodged an investigation with apple and apparently, they will get back to me. Unfortunately, no one from apple and TNT got back to me I am always chasing them. They...gave $150 off the price but it does not change the fact that no one knows where it is and when will get to Australia. The devices is need to the school year which I am sure it wont be here by then. There is no one to handle real customer issues both organisations that actually helps. There isn't even a complaint manager to handle my query.
They took away the pinching fingers emoji therefore this is horrible
I haven’t been able to navigate anywhere
It was ok would have been amazing if the emoji was still there
The reviewer stated that an incentive was offered for this review
After filling up my details and iPhone details , my preference on date and appointment time for collecting my order was changed to a post office.
This is the second time I spent too long time trying to buy a new phone.
There is no an email address to reply.
Very disappointing, especially for seniors that need a bit of support
Terrible Customer Service
Bought an iphone online as we were attracted to the black friday discounts. We were waiting for our e-gift card for days and decided to call in to 133622 number. To our dismay, I was told RUDELY we bought our iphone from the education store and was not entitled. They said the store cannot be accessed unless I intentionally searched for it. I have no idea how we got in to the page. As a consumer, we have no malice. But the staff spoke to me in a very judgemental and rude tone and said that I am entitled to my views when I said his response is very robotic.
Who wants to beg for a $50 e gift card!! The phone conversation made me feel as if I was a cheater or scammer! Terrible company.

Buyer beware they take thousands more than purchase price from your account after purchase!
Purchased 2 new iPhones and apple care $4500 online. $4500 taken from our account. Two days later apple tried to take just over $1000 on top of that, it rejected due to insufficient funds and I didn’t realise til they debited a further $2228 a few days later which went through but left us with no funds over the weekend. Apple took nearly $7000 for a $4500 purchase from our account and then when we complained to them the staff had no manager available to resolve the issue. An email was received the next day saying they were intending to take a f...urther $1700 and denying taking the $4500 to start with. We write a reply demanding a phone conversation, they called and left no message and then took another $2300 from our account before retuning the original $4500. Disgusting! Don’t trust them with your credit card details.
Refuse to buy online again! Change the courier!!
Awful courier service TNT so many complaints made about their delivery service yet apple still uses them. Im that close to asking for a refund and cancelling the order! Made to wait and find time off to sit at home and wait for my iphone! Hard to cover my shift at work and it should have been delivered Last Friday. Its now tuesday afternoon!
Charged for a service I didn’t order
Got a free trial to drop box , but didn’t use it
Wasn’t aware you have 20 days to opt out.
Have been paying $18.49 per month for the last 14 months. Contacted Apple and they said they can only refund the last 2 months,
Be very careful with free trials this is fraudulent
Terrible!! Online iPhone 11 Purchase without included headphones/charger!
I didn't receive headphones or a charger plug and can't charge my phone I bought online directly through apple! I am dissatisfied with my purchase and would like the unincluded items to be sent as I paid full price expecting such items to be included.
