I bought a macbook and it constantly crashed
It works right up untill warranty experies, apple doesn't actually carea bout customers, they only want your money, once my warranty experied the macbook randomly shut down every hour. After seeing an apple technician they said it was a write-off and I would have to buy another. This is just a complete scam, do NOT buy apple products.
They are just trying to make people fool
One of the worst experience I have ever had. Don’t ever believe in the discount they offer. These people think they are the only smartest people exists. We never asked for any discounts then, I don’t understand why they act like giving discounts and charge more in return. Disgusting.

On line support couldn't do anything, even connecting remotely about 1:30-2 hours.
The system update shows there is not any available software.
And is funny with apple that, online support said, in fact there is one higher update, but your phone cannot detect it, and no manual possibility. Is not funny.

Horrible horrible service, i will never buy from apple again. my camera on my iPhone is not working, been on the phone with apple for weeks trying to get a appointment, finally managed to make one last week, today i show up to my surprise that a appoint was never made, asked the guy if i could line up he said no and that i could not wait as there is not enough time today. i will be getting a refund for my iPhone under the Australian law, screw apple

Had to wait in line an hour before the store opened and then was told to come back tomorrow and repeat the process again as they were booked out for appt for later that day. So went back the next morning, waited another 45 mins, booked an appt to pick up my new Mac book for later that afternoon (after work). Arrived at the appt on time and was told that they had sold out of the product and that I to wait potentially a month for it to be restocked. Went straight to JB (should have done in the first place) and they sold me a laptop and at a better price than Apple and they included the USB converter for free.
I need my phone looked at as it keeps turning off. Did the online diagnostic and ok. Can’t book an appointment on line, so go into the store. Book an appointment in 2 hours - 2 an half hours later still waiting. When I check they said it’s another hour. I bet if I was buying something they’d be quicker! Poor show Apple

I purchased a new iPhone at Southland Vic,the girl was polite and helpful but didn’t transfer my data from my old phone,said she couldn’t.After ringing Apple for an appointment for follow up help,no appointments available!Told I would need to go to Southland and queue up to make an appointment for another day.

I purchased series 5 cellular watch, it does not connect to cellular Apple are well aware of the situation and bluntly refuse to issue a refund or come up with a plan for two months every single day I have to call them and every single day they tell me they have updated my case. I am no longer interested in the case or the reasons why it won’t connect I just want a refund but they just refuse to do that. I too have been an Apple supporter in the past. But I have to sell my $800 watch in ebay just to try and recoup some funds, for a huge tech gi...ant I am absolutely disappointed in there very poor behaviour and I won’t purchase anything from them again but the ignorance of the tech giant doesn’t really care if they loose a couple of buyers along the way
Long wait for lousy service
Had to book an appointment for a consultation with a tech person to basically be told the they know the iPhone 7 is a piece of junk but it’s not their problem.
Poor service for a premium product
Apple directs you to perform self diagnostic checks before bringing your device in for check/repairs. Even when you know what is wrong you still need to wait days for a booking to talk about it! What a joke. The arrogance is palpable.

I use iPhone XS Max and have updated the phone to IOS13 and since then having continuous battery issue. Apple refused to replace the warranty even though the phone is under warranty. Went to store and spoke to representative, and their false claims.
They have a very bad and rude support service. Phone does not even last half a day and have to keep connecting to charger. It doesn't even charges the phone properly. Apple reps says it's normal.
They used to have a great service but now it is the worst experience. Was a big fan of Apple products ...
Iv never waited so long for someone to take my money
I was told I needed a phone replacement and then waited for 2 hrs for someone to replace my phone. What was the wait for ? It only took 2 minutes to actually replace the phone
4 attempts to get a phone on a plan. Still no luck.
Have been in to the store 4 times to upgrade a phone and plan. 1st time the system was down, second time Telstra system not working, third time there was inadequate time to process the 30 minute application even though the store was open for another 40 minutes and fourth time there was no Telstra contract expert in store.... on a Friday evening. Horrible experience at Highpoint Apple. First ios 13 and now this. For the first time in almost 10 years I am contemplating going over to Samsung.
Terrible customer service
I visited the Apple store in Robina, Gold Coast on few occasions. The staff are not caring, and you have to wait long to buy a product such as an accessory. I think the staff are not well trained to provide a good customer service. They just show that are busy with a small tablet they are carrying.
Get your act together Apple and start treating your repair customers with a bit of respect
I took my laptop into the Sydney Apple store today to have a battery replaced. It's a mid-2014 Macbook Pro Retina, and I was advised the repair will take 7-10 days and cost $289.
How is it even remotely acceptable by any standard of customer service that a battery replacement can take so long? The price I expect, but the time to repair is unthinkable. Either they have too few staff, or they are receiving too many faulty products back for repair. Either way, this is something a customer should be shielded from.
One of the battery segments ...was swollen up like a pillow. How is it even remotely acceptable that such a poorly designed product can have such a short life span, and not be covered by a fit-for-purpose warranty? I advised them I would be commenting on the experience, and this is my first post. I don't have high expectations my next post will be any more flattering of Apple, or of their products. If they do come through within a reasonable repair time, I'll gladly update this post to reflect that. If not, I'll take more time to articulate exactly why I will not be purchasing any further Apple products, either for myself or my family.
Apple Chadstone simply shocking service
We went to the Apple Chadstone store to swap our waterlogged dead 6s Plus 64 gb phone for another . I phoned first and the salesman said no problems. He said Apple could swap it over for a cost of about $460. No problem I said. On Saturday afternoon, 12 October 2019, we wasted more than an hour in a very very noisy hot store. The young lass serving us was speaking so fast and in technical terms I did not understand. She kept on about how they could do this and that. But I explained to her several times - I just want to buy or swap for a new ph...one and they kept on asking for the ID of the old phone. Why on earth would they worry about the old phone? We just kept going around and around in circles. The original 6s Plus we bought was rubbish and was swapped over for another as it was under warranty. I really think these Apple iPhones are not very good. More than $1,000.

Apple laptop - iMac PC Firmware EFI chip password locks
Buyers beware of 2nd hand Apple laptops or iMac PC purchases. This is an expensive lesson I've learnt this week.
Those particular items should be listed as "Faulty & for parts only!" Whether they are able to turn on or have been wiped with a new install.
My experience recently with this is an issue world-wide that the Firmware EFI chip is locked.
I cannot unlock the Apple EFI (BIOS password) as the original owner set it up.
The business I purchased my iMac from cannot provide an original 'Proof Of Purchase' receipt either & Apple will not u...nlock it! So paying hundreds of dollars for Apple products you could be left with a dud. Especially if the HDD fails then it's an expensive paper-weight. It is also very difficult even as an experienced IT Tech to remove the password which could cost a couple of hundred dollars.
Bad service Garden City Apple Store
Unfortunately I was waiting for my 3:50pm appointment till 4:30pm. All the clients in the table were served and I waited patiently. Then a friend happened to rock up and I said you have to wait for a bit when he asked. He was served within 2 minutes. I said to him while another staff member was there if I don't get served soon I would have to buy a google pixel instead of the iphone XS if they cant serve me soon and if my current iphone cannot be potentially fixed. So no one came for another 10 minutes and a new client came in to my table and g...ot served within a minute. Said to my mate had to go to get a new phone urgently before the day finishes and left to JB Hi fi and got the google pixel 3 - an AWESOME PHONE! Not sure if its discrimination or just bad service there but would like to think the latter. Im sure steve jobs wouldn't appreciate that sort of terrible service guys.
