My MacBook Air which is only 13 months old wouldn’t turn on so I took it to one of the only 2 stores in Perth ( 2 million people What!).
I arrived got to find people queued up on the road outside to get in , the attendant said “oh you want a chat with somebody ? That’s a 3/4 hour wait”.
Ok I thought I’ll wander around , I came back at the appointed time only to be told “oh you have to wait another hour! “
So essentially they wanted us to wait on the road for almost two hours ! That’s the worst service I have ever had , Wow! That’s what happens when you give a multinational a virtual monopoly. Don’t buy Apple their service is crap.

Tv subscription for twelve months can watch all movies and tv content free
Watched three movies and was charged tried to get it sorted by Apple and they kept brushing off

Very Rude Customer Service
The first visit they kept my MacBook and stated they could not find the issue with my trackpad. They did a complete reboot of the computer. When I collected the MacBook I was not shown that the computer was working and was just handed the MacBook. When I reached home and switched on the computer I saw the trackpad was still not working. I returned the next day and handed the computer back. When I went to pick it up they returned the computer without the case. I called and spoke to Jane, who at first stated that Apple doesn't take cases but then...confirmed that the case was in store. When I told her how frustrated I was with the whole experience as I had made 3 trips in three days to the store, her response was - "We cant ship the case back to you. You should be thankful that we did not charge you anything to repair the computer. A train ride to Penrith from Blacktown takes only 20 minutes." I was amazed at her response and will never recommend anyone to this apple store in Penrith. Made me feel as if they were doing me a favour when the work on y MacBook was covered by Consumer Law Warranty. Never go to this store to repair your computer. The only reason I went there was because Castle Towers were booked out. The store Manager, Darren was covering up the bungle his staff made the first time I went there and was not helpful either. This Jane should not be working in customer service!
I bought a macbook and it constantly crashed
It works right up untill warranty experies, apple doesn't actually carea bout customers, they only want your money, once my warranty experied the macbook randomly shut down every hour. After seeing an apple technician they said it was a write-off and I would have to buy another. This is just a complete scam, do NOT buy apple products.
I was not satisfied by the apple store customer service due to me going there to repair my phone and had booked a day to fix my phone I was not allowed to go in the store nor was allowed time to get my phone checked and they had gave me a limited time to get a new phone which I was not there for and was told that I had a remaining time of 15 minutes to pick a new phone and get out which caused an argument between me and the employee as for the employees there were disrespectful and rude. Would never go back there.
They are just trying to make people fool
One of the worst experience I have ever had. Don’t ever believe in the discount they offer. These people think they are the only smartest people exists. We never asked for any discounts then, I don’t understand why they act like giving discounts and charge more in return. Disgusting.

Apple has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My 1.5 year old 2018 MacBook air randomly died on me without me dropping it or anything so I went to the genius bar to figure out what’s happening. Wonderful experience at the Chadstone Apple Store
Jack was patient, knowledgeable and extremely personalable.
He took the time to go through everything and at no time did I feel he was rushing me to make a decision.
Even though I decided not to repair my old computer he was happy to help me set up my IPad and demonstrate some of the functions.
Very pleased with the service.
NEVER BUY APPLE
Took a laptop for repairs and they said would fix flickering screen for no cost! Get a call a few days later telling they found the screen was not faulty so a board had to be changed at a cost of $600! The criminals just suck u in to leave the unit there and pluck some ridiculous figure from there backsided to make extra money! Pack of criminals! Apple has made me sick! I urge anyone not to buy their overpriced rubbish that last no more than 3 years!
Had to wait in line an hour before the store opened and then was told to come back tomorrow and repeat the process again as they were booked out for appt for later that day. So went back the next morning, waited another 45 mins, booked an appt to pick up my new Mac book for later that afternoon (after work). Arrived at the appt on time and was told that they had sold out of the product and that I to wait potentially a month for it to be restocked. Went straight to JB (should have done in the first place) and they sold me a laptop and at a better price than Apple and they included the USB converter for free.
I need my phone looked at as it keeps turning off. Did the online diagnostic and ok. Can’t book an appointment on line, so go into the store. Book an appointment in 2 hours - 2 an half hours later still waiting. When I check they said it’s another hour. I bet if I was buying something they’d be quicker! Poor show Apple

I purchased a new iPhone at Southland Vic,the girl was polite and helpful but didn’t transfer my data from my old phone,said she couldn’t.After ringing Apple for an appointment for follow up help,no appointments available!Told I would need to go to Southland and queue up to make an appointment for another day.

Quick and easy
Always quick and easy service. My phone stoped charging. It was way out of warranty. We came to the store and they fixed it within 2 minutes without any charges. Alway nice and friendly atmosphere even though they are always quite busy
Recently bought a MacBook pro as I needed a computer that could work for a full day without charging. It turns out although it is advertised that this product works more than 10 hours if you are working it just works over 5 and not more. I queried that as I needed a computer to work a full day as I did not have access to charge. I was on the phone for more than 30 hours with people from overseas and was passed from one to another. When I took the computer to Apple store they checked and verified that is does not work as advertised and I have a ...letter to that effect from there. Cut the story short they wasted a lot of my time not saying that their product was not as advertised. At the end they said we are happy to take it back but did not want to take responsibility for their fake advertising. Unfortunately consumer affair is too busy and these guys are too big to make them responsible for fake advertising.....
Apple support -disgraceful
I purchased series 5 cellular watch, it does not connect to cellular Apple are well aware of the situation and bluntly refuse to issue a refund or come up with a plan for two months every single day I have to call them and every single day they tell me they have updated my case. I am no longer interested in the case or the reasons why it won’t connect I just want a refund but they just refuse to do that. I too have been an Apple supporter in the past. But I have to sell my $800 watch in ebay just to try and recoup some funds, for a huge tech gi...ant I am absolutely disappointed in there very poor behaviour and I won’t purchase anything from them again but the ignorance of the tech giant doesn’t really care if they loose a couple of buyers along the way

My iPhone XS MAX started playing up. For no obvious reason, the display would freeze and not respond to any touch input. I contacted the Apple support per chat and was offered to take the phone to the Apple store for a check-up. The screen was in good physical condition, the back, however, had a crack in it.
After waiting a bit i was greeted by an Apple employee. She ran the diagnostics and told me that there were no faults found. She offered me a solution to do a software update to the same software i have had on my phone or to get the phone ...repaired. For a ridiculous amount of $880 and i believe that was even before tax. Or i should upgrade my plan with Vodafone and get a new phone from them. Despite the fact that my phone was only about 6 months old. She tried everything besides offering a service through Apple. She insisted that i can't get the phone repaired under warranty because of the damage on the back of the phone. After a few minutes of discussion with her, i asked her nicely that she gives me in writing that Apple refuses to honor the warranty just because the back was cracked. She said no problem and went to the back of the store. A few minutes later she came back but without the paperwork, i asked for. Instead, she asked if she could take my phone with her for a few minutes which i agreed to. Again a few minutes later she came back and said that the display will get repaired under warranty and told me to be back in about 40 minutes. I returned to the store at the time she told me to and my phone was already waiting repaired for me. It is disgusting to see that Apple tries everything possible to send away customers with legit warranty claims. It is disgusting that Apple tries to send customers to their telecom providers just so they don't have to deal with it. I have heard of some may people lately making similar experiences and that Apple tries everything to avoid repairs that are obviously covered by warranty. At such a premium price we should be allowed to hope for half-decent service.
Long wait for lousy service
Had to book an appointment for a consultation with a tech person to basically be told the they know the iPhone 7 is a piece of junk but it’s not their problem.
