WHat is going on people
Apple store still concerned about the COVID virus. Only shop in Robina centre
Had to have an appointment to enter store. Was in the queue of 10 people.
An Apple staff member standing to one side responsible for handing out face masks.
His mask was off and he had his finger up his nose. In public. Disgusting.
5 people in queue were watching and immediately left the queue.
Apple, Are you people for real. What circus is this.

Worst experience in a long time
I have been an Apple loyal for years and spent thousands on their products. The last visit to the Chadstone store was the worst experience ever. We had to make appointments etc which is understandable with the current situation, however after a day of waiting the person who served us clearly needed more product training and customer skills. Very judgmental and did not have any product knowledge at all. I am taking this further with their store manager, provided they are trained as well and know what they are talking about

Buyer beware they take thousands more than purchase price from your account after purchase!
Purchased 2 new iPhones and apple care $4500 online. $4500 taken from our account. Two days later apple tried to take just over $1000 on top of that, it rejected due to insufficient funds and I didn’t realise til they debited a further $2228 a few days later which went through but left us with no funds over the weekend. Apple took nearly $7000 for a $4500 purchase from our account and then when we complained to them the staff had no manager available to resolve the issue. An email was received the next day saying they were intending to take a f...
Read moreurther $1700 and denying taking the $4500 to start with. We write a reply demanding a phone conversation, they called and left no message and then took another $2300 from our account before retuning the original $4500. Disgusting! Don’t trust them with your credit card details.HannahGreater Melbourne (Outer), VIC

Charged for a service I didn’t order
Got a free trial to drop box , but didn’t use it
Wasn’t aware you have 20 days to opt out.
Have been paying $18.49 per month for the last 14 months. Contacted Apple and they said they can only refund the last 2 months,
Be very careful with free trials this is fraudulent
Terrible!! Online iPhone 11 Purchase without included headphones/charger!
I didn't receive headphones or a charger plug and can't charge my phone I bought online directly through apple! I am dissatisfied with my purchase and would like the unincluded items to be sent as I paid full price expecting such items to be included.
Discrimination against people with mask exemptions
The Apple store at HIGHPOINT Mall in Melbourne discriminate against people with mask exemptions & do not allow you to enter the store for your appointment. They treat you like you are carrying the virus or worse, the bubonic plague. I don’t recommend anyone with a medical condition & exemption visit this store.

Climate change
They claim abt climate change and exclude products from box and pushing the sales of those excluded accessories by cross selling, then what about so called “climate change”. If we order online direct apple accessories it takes decades to reach us after they show postage has posted.27 oct posted but still 7 nov not reached .

Premium Phones, 3rd world delivery choice
After paying $3400 for 2 iPhones, I was disappointed to see that Apple uses the most budget of delivery methods (AustPost/StarTrack) needless to say my package was not delivered in the stated time frame and it was only lodging a complaint to StarTrack that actually got my package moving after 5 days of going nowhere. Very bad choice by Apple, for the amount you are paying I expect better.

Greedy and reckless
While in lockdown I bought the latest IPhone that as you know is not cheap at all.. I bought it with apple cafe and Apple said the delivery was for free...
of course it was for free it was theworst delivery service ever. Once you have given your money to apple they just don’t care and they will ship it with a company that has 1.2 stars review, when you enquiry about your product they wash their hands saying is related to the delivery company not to them.
I didn’t hire the delivery company I paid directly to APPLE so you should be responsible.
Disgusting

Very bad service
With support from apple staff I lost all information on my phone. The staff [name removed] promised to call back with a solution. They haven’t called back even after I emailed. So frustrating. I won’t buy an apple product again. I have not received promised call to resolve original problem and the additional problem caused by apple staff. Am still waiting for the phone call. Will not honour 3 month free Apple Music offer
On 11 Oct my husband signed up for Apple Music family subscription with a 3 month free promotion.
He didn’t have iTunes on his android device so he asked me to set it up. I set up the family and was then charged $17.99. I sent Apple a request for refund, which they gave, but then they cancelled the family subscription without our consent on 13 Oct.
We now can sign up for Apple Music BUT cannot get 3 months free because Apple say we had a subscription and it was cancelled and we cannot have the promotion a second time (told me to read the fine p...

Worst repair service I’ve ever talked to
I brought a pair of AirPods from Apple this time last year I had to get a new pair sent to me because I could no longer hear sound out of them, they lasted until 1 month ago where I couldn’t hear the sound out of them again so this is the second pair of AirPods I’ve had in less than a year!! I then talk to them for the last 3 weeks speaking to about 8 different people all promising me they will give me a paid upgrade and will email me or call me the following day... they never called me so I called again today to find out that my upgrade hasn’t...

RUDE AND ARROGANT
Went to service and repair an I-Pad. Made an appointment (why was it necessary as there were only ever 3-4 other customers in the Hornsby store. At one stage there were 8 staff standing against the back wall chatting amongst themselves. The only ones working consistently were the cleaners wiping down the same desks every few minutes. The person helping me had to get several computers as some were "not working as they should" and there were faulty cords. After just 90 minutes success. It seemed like a difficult process for "an update", sti...

MacBook Pro $5500 drama
Always had great instore service at Apple, but this Apple online service has been absolute hell. Received a non working MacBook Pro, value $5500, returned it, new one exactly same issue. Over the phone I had to repeat myself over and over again, you start by mentioning the order number, then 15 minutes later, and being the 3rd phone call about this, they ask where did you buy it? Are you serious, look on your screen. This is how serious you take a very disappointed customer who you sent two faulty products to?! I ask what's next, "we sent anot...
Read moreher replacement", but we can't sent it out for another week. Not good enough. I spend a total of 2.5 hours on the phone and so far only lots of frustration to show for it but no working MacBook Pro or refund yet. Then tonight I get an email saying the courier has issues retrieving your return. This has been picked up days ago and on the Apple website it even said "with courier" this morning. When I login now, this disappeared and has been replaced with a not eligible for return 14 days passed message. What?! It has only been 5 days and you already picked it up. Such a mess and very concerned about my refund as obviously I said no to them sending out another one. Online never again!Frank3232Greater Melbourne (Outer), VIC

Their service and quality quickly degrading
Spent more than a thousand dollar to buy an iPhone X. After 2 years, the battery ran out at 3 PM. Spent an hour over the phone with an Apple agent on diagnosis. While on hold, the call disconnected. The agent didn't call me, and closed the case. Apple's hardware quality and service quality are both degrading fast!

Will Apple users be so broke from their faulty Apple products that they will soon have online help groups where they swap parts and cry into each other’s coffee about being suckers?

Don't get sucked in by Apple's Interest-free option of "Latitude". It costs $4.95 a month in fees. I am so disgusted I'm going to the Ombudsman about it.

The loan is interest free, however the monthly fee of $4.95 is commonplace in the finance insider for all loans, both small and large (even zipper do this).
