They have no idea about what they do
After 10 days from returning an online purchase to store, I haven't received the money back into my account and have been told from my financial company that they have not even received any refund request from Apple yet.
Can’t get my iPhone fixed, no staff can help me
Make a call to Apple to book in my phone as my battery is faulty. Their option was to just keep trying as their system can’t go past 7 days. What a joke?
I’ve spent over 2 hours of my time chasing their tail. Well maybe they can chase mine, I’m so close to going over to Samsung. I understand we are in a pandemic, but I also have a business and need my phone working...

I got my iPhone7 replaced on Feb, and then it stopped working from April again! I got a refurbished junk!! The receiver doesn’t work, and the customer support online suggests it might be a service provider or a software issue? I’m using the same service provider in another handset works perfectly fine! And voice WhatsApp both broken, how can be a software issue? And on top of that camera is not clicking! Whatever happened to apple integrity.
Not so smart
It’s some times difficult to find help, however once you do, things get easy and smooth. Apple warranty is great, no fuss of phone is under warranty you are looked after.
Excellent and fast service
Always busy but quick to get served. It’s like Disney land when you in. Had a watch out if warranty but Apple helped in getting the issue sorted. Was super fast and very friendly
So 3750 dollars later apple tech today tells me device is not fit for purpose so why sell them if a product is a few months out of warranty how is it not fit for purpose and no i do not want to buy newest gadget just a reliable product obviously something apple can not give

Refuse to replace faulty product.
Never by an ipod from Apple online. I bought an ipod from them six months ago that is riddled with faults. Support refuses outright to replace it and insists on spending hours with me trying to get my faulty ipod to do what it was supposed to do. I have been through this process three times now as Apple offers no other form of product support.
Apple devices are not reliable any more and their warranty service is terrible!
They do bad warranty service. They tell it is done and fixed but do not even spend a minute to switch a device on and check if an issue is really fixed. Apple mac books cost as a plane but reliable as a china calculator. Do not buy it!
Half a year ago I bought a new 2019 macbook pro 13inc. During this period there were some issues like screen flickering a few times per day or hangings on. This is the first apple mac book in my life and I did not expect any magic from it to work without any problems and did not pay any real attention on it.
Apple Store - Highpoint Melb. Zero customer after sales customer service
Purchased and installed Screen cover for iPhone. Within 2 weeks the screen snapped in half even though I have a flip phone case and phone wasn’t dropped. Rang store & was advised by I think name Adriana? There’s nothing they can do and as far as she’s concerned... the screen did its job.
I proceeded to contact the manufacturer and was told their screens have 2 yr warranty and they have offered me a replacement.

Poor customer service in regards to issues with iPhone X

* Ive had this issue with my iPhone X since I purchased it in July 2018. I addressed the issue when I returned from holidays in November. They ran tests, completely reset my phone and even changed the speaker over 2 visits to the Apple store (2 hour drive away). After being assigned to [name removed] from senior Apple support with the software engineers working on the issue, I was promised a fix with the software update in January. It did nothing. I contacted [name removed] in Feb and she never resp...onded to my calls or emails. Ive recently contacted Apple again and they have not helped me. These senior Apple advisors included [names removed]... again, all of who disappear after contact. Ive even tried to return it to Officeworks (where I purchased it) and they dont have a loan phone while they send mine off for diagnostics and repairs. Apple want me to do another diagnostic test, even though they have 2 from November and a video of my phone playing up. Apparently this isnt enough proof. But clearly, as shown here, there is a fault in the software. Purchase two iphone, return one, wait to pick up for three time, no one came. called again, they will re-arrange to pick up, no one show up again. about three weeks just waiting for curies to pick up my return.

Terrible service and warranty handling.
Tried to get an Apple watch replaced which battery had swollen and popped the display off the metal frame.
Watch purchased with Apple care+ was over warranty period but I had reported the issue of something appearing to press against the back of the LCD display during warranty period and it was noted on the file. Representative in the store and Manager told me that, in their opinion the reported issue during the warranty period, which could not be diagnosed with Apples diagnostic software and the fault are not related. It seems that Apple's extra warranty (Apple care+) are not worth purchasing anymore and that stores are trying to get out of warranty issues no matter what. This is not the Apple experience I knew and loved.

Poor service at Chadstone store
Just wanted to let you know my terrible experience at your Chadstone store by a apple assistant named Nick H.
I went in to get my iphone replaced, but he was either helpful or knowledgeable. It ended up been all my data from my old iphone getting erased and could not recover on new phone.
Nick did nothing to help, he's product skill was poor, did not know how to use itune in windows....
I hope this feedback is looked into so other customers are not affected by his disgusting attitude.
No exchange new watch strap unopened
Apple staff could NOT exchange a brand new unopened watch strap bought in the USA - I just wanted a different colour than the gift that I was given ! Very inflexible

I book my iPhone 6 plus in the above store for new battery, the sales-man tried to sign me up a new phone before we we even started. The phone came on then they took it away for testing , came back with some Jargon about it not worth replacing. I went to a local dealer & replaced the battery for $10 cheaper & it works fine now. BE WARNED...Do not go there !
Disgraceful new iphone 8+ fault resolution by the world's richest Company...
I received a brand new iphone 8 plus phone which I had purchased via the Qantas store, but noticed during setup that there was a significant issue with the display, with 5 pixels being faulty (always off). So I took the phone into the Adelaide Apple store and spoke to a so called "genius", who fully agreed that the phone was faulty and should be refunded or replaced. Problem was though, that they gave me the runaround by insisting that I take the matter up with the Qantas store, despite them having available replacement stock and being the act...ual manufacturer. They also tried to fob me off by offering a "remanufactured" phone as a replacement for my 1 day old unit, which I refused. It is my understanding that under the Consumer Laws of 2010 either the retailer or the manufacturer can be asked to remedy a fault in a new item, at my option. So now I am forced to waste time messing around with the Qantas store, going to post offices to return the item, and waiting another week for a resolution. I will be reporting this matter to the ACCC as I don't believe Apple are legally correct in treating customers in this manner.
Worst customer service ever - was lied to over the phone the expected to pay $600
Phone display died with other issues was unable to turn on or get a proper diagnosis as the phone wasn’t responding.
Admitted I had a 3rd party screen replacement.
They fix my phone and I call to ask how much it will cost - was told absolutely nothing as it was under warranty - just come in and collect it. Then I come in to pick it up and get told it will cost me 600 to collect it after being lied to over the phone. After being in the store for 30 min I get sent the receipt for 600 dollars 15 min into the second conversation with the staff me...
Finally got my iPhone X replaced
Got to give a shoutout to the employee at the Genius bar in high point I wish I could remember her name!i’ve had nothing but problems with my iPhone X and after taking it 3 times to get looked at finally the lovely young girl ran some tests and she replaced my iPhone within 5 minutes!she was super helpful and friendly and totally understood my frustration!
Poor customer service from Apple Sydney
My 16 month old iPhone 8 Plus has very poor battery performance, when i went to Apple in Sydney (George St) I was told to reset the phone to factory settings and not restore from my backups. I said that is a lot of work on my part when replacing the battery worked for me. I had a follow up appointment a few days later, reset the phone as requested battery life is now worse. Apple has walked away from their product and left me with a degraded phone. Very poor product and very poor experience. I suggest people buy Samsung.
Hipsters and lies
Sons school laptop has caps lock permanently on now. Took it to Apple store in Southland, negotiated past the hipsters with the whatever attitudes to speak to a technician at the 'genius' bar and was advised it was under warranty so there would be no cost. After a week, someone rang and advised it was due to liquid damage and I would have to now pay for repairs. Is there any liquid in it? No. Are the repairs any different now you suspect there is liquid damage? No. So, some indicator was on in the machine, there is no difference to the repair, no liquid or liquid damage in the laptop, and no guarantee your own staff didn't do it. Spoke to a 'Senior Manager' Stephen Cole who basically advised to pay for it or go elsewhere.

One thing I hate about Apple is the fact they have the audacity to make everyone have appointments as if they are a hospital. So I booked my silly appointment for a battery replacement at Penrith Apple store NSW. I get there today about 5 minutes before my appointment. I get told by the oh so friendly staff (that’s sarcastic) to be told to come back when my appointment time was. Hardly anyone in the store with a lot of workers just looking around like they are bored. So I said no I’ll be waiting here. 3 minutes later I’m ushered to a table. A l...ady arrives and speaks the obvious “oh so you’re looking for a battery replacement?” Mmm yep that’s what I booked! She tells me oh I need to do tests blah blah and says “oh so it’s not at the rate we replace them but we will be happy to replace that for you” now I don’t live in Penrith I live 45mins away from the store and it’s the only one closets to me. I wasn’t leaving this store without one. I knew at 85% and lower the battery needs replacement because I’ve had several needing it. I get told it’s $75 to replace it when surely this is an item that Apple should pay for and not customers because they used to replace them without charge. She also tells me it’s a 1hr wait I wasn’t to happy but I needed it done. 5 minutes later says no sorry it’ll be a 2 and half hour wait I’m like “what?!” I have a child to pick up from school and you won’t pay for my parking when you guys are behind schedule? That’s not my problem I specified a battery replacement in the booking then there should have been time for it!!!! I’m sorry this company is a joke!

Don't get sucked in by Apple's Interest-free option of "Latitude". It costs $4.95 a month in fees. I am so disgusted I'm going to the Ombudsman about it.
The loan is interest free, however the monthly fee of $4.95 is commonplace in the finance insider for all loans, both small and large (even zipper do this).
Perhaps read the terms and conditions below complaining.
