Clearly broken . Process send watch away for Repairs which apple watches can’t be repaired I am told do I want to pay for replacement which is just the watch no new band or charger and pay more than what you can buy it for off shelve in jb Hifi for without the 10 day wait

No exchange new watch strap unopened
Apple staff could NOT exchange a brand new unopened watch strap bought in the USA - I just wanted a different colour than the gift that I was given ! Very inflexible

Total quality service.
After experiencing screen issues with my iPhone I made an appointment with the Genius Bar. Within 10 minutes I was served. The Apple rep saw my issue and took full responsibility for my screen issue. They took my phone then and there for repairs. I went and got some lunch. When I returned my phone wasn’t quite ready so I joined in on one of the classes running in store. So I now can use the Clips app with ease and had my phone repaired and returned in under 2 hours.
Not a good experience.
Whilst the Apple AU online store is easy to use, my saved shopping bag was erased so I had to re-stock that first. All the items I looked at said "next day delivery" if ordered before 2 or 4pm, including the iMac.
Upon checkout and payment, I find that the accessories will come next day and the iMac in up to Eight Days! Well, it is the night of next day and no accessories so I am wondering when the hell the iMac is going to arrive. They also use Startrak who are Aust Post and will deliver to a post box but Apple won't accept a PO box. ...

I can’t knock Apple
I’ve been an Apple customer for 7 years and have found their products to be first class. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, iPad gen 6, iPhone 8, iPhone 6 Plus and an Apple Watch gen 3. All have given me great satisfaction. On the rare occasion that an issue arises Apple Online Support are a great help and if the issue can’t be resolved with an online chat, they make an appointment for me to visit the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store. They even email the details straight away. The Genius Bar is just fantastic. Which other hardware tech comp...any offers that service? I’ve found the extras that Apple offers to be well worth the premium I paid upfront for the hardware. Originally when I bought my first Windows laptop before I switched to Apple I found that the platform was in a constant battle against viruses and malware. While Mac OS X & iOS are not perfect the difference is very noticeable, a security update once every six to eight weeks or so instead of one or two updates a week for Windows, it may have changed over the years. To be honest I have better things to think about than my computer getting a virus or worse before the next update. The Apple Stores are always very busy butI find that reassuring, Ive noticed that some people just want to go and hang out. Apple do classes for adults & children, I believe they are free, now that’s going the extra mile! I have always found the team members to be knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, even without the prospect of a sale. To be honest I’m looking forward to my next MacBook purchase. My 2012 model is getting a bit slow but after 7 years, I expect that. I must admit I’ll miss the inbuilt super drive. Recently I had my iPad 6 replaced under warranty as the antenna cover cracked. The Genius Bar appointment was on time, took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of the Broadway Store with a brand new iPad 6, no questions asked. That is customer service! My experience with Apple over the years has always been positive, I think the product and the follow up service (in or out of warranty) if needed to be excellent. Unlike some tech companies Apple don’t just take your money and run. Apple stands by all its products and that makes a big difference when needed.
Poor customer service
When I scheduled my time to go and visit apple store for device damage assessment, Tech genius who attended me was disrespectful by not listening to my need. I need a letter from apple for my insurances claim but the Tech genius wording was so poor and refused to listened to my advise.
She wanted to say the damage in the product is minor. To me, regardless it is minor or not, she shouldn’t say “only cosmetic and not effecting the functionality”. I was so upset with the word “only”. To her it is only cosmetic, but to me it is not and I’m annoyed by the cosmetic damage on the screen. Even though at the end she took the word “only” out, but the treatment i had was very disrespectful. I’m very disappointed with apple tech genius named Steph.

Since I’ve owned Apple products which goes back to the first iPhone my experiences with warranty service has been phenomenal. 3/4 were out of warranty and Apple fixed it completely free. Very helpful and patient staff.
I went into the store due to my phone not allowing me to hear when I received or made phone calls. I spoke to an Andrew who was lovely and really helpful. Unfortunately due to the nature of my issue it was no easy fix so he issued me a new iPhone 7 for free! My warranty which was 2 months out also was restarted from that day for a whole 1 year! I was not expecting that outcome, I thought I was going to be up for a few hundred dollars in repairs! Very happy and very impressed!!

Vintage MacBook Pro
Having used DOS/Windows based notebooks ever since there were notebooks I didn’t treat my next notebook purchase lightly. The year was 2013 and I decided to buy the last iteration of the MacBook 17. A refurbished one I might add. It's the screen size that is so compelling with this machine.
Fast forward to November 2016. My MacBook started to display some concerning green bands on the display and was stuck in a reboot loop. Onto the Apple website, support etc and within minutes I’d secured myself a Genius Bar appointment.
The following...Thursday saw my MacBook being diagnosed and it was determined that it was the system board. Well, the graphics card most notably. However, if the graphics card has to go then it entails a complete system board replacement. The Apple consultant asked me to wait while he consulted his manager. This being after he’d determined the issue by way of an error code on the screen. While the consultant was out checking with his manager I googled the error code only to learn that the issue was a known / documented one. The Apple consultant returned to confirm same. Not only that but that the system board ($927 AUD) would be replaced free of charge. Fast forward to January 2019, the system board has died again. Average life span then, say 2.5 years. (I have an Acer notebook from 2006 that still functions as the manufacturer intended) Upon contacting Apple today I was told that my MacBook Pro 17 is now regarded as a "Vintage" device and so therefor parts are no longer available. No empathy offered when acknowledging that the system boards have been suspect right from the start. Also no recognition of the fact that I own an iMac, MacBook 12, 2 x Mac Minis and a MabBook Pro 15. (Plus a handful of iOs devices)
I am always a big fan of Apple products. And the customer service is amazing, staff are really friendly and energetic!

The apple website is very easy to navigate but make sure you are on the Australian website. We got excited thinking the price was reduced, but realised we were looking at the US website in US dollars.
Still very happy with our purchase and fast delivery.
Don’t bother with Apple supplied screen protectors!
Apple supplied and applied screen protector for 8S phone are poor quality, multiple cracks with 1st few weeks despite not being dropped. If you go to the store to let them know, they don’t care. I’ve never had this problem with all previous screen protectors on all previous phones!
I walked into the Apple store in Doncaster Victoria, all I wanted to do is to exchange my apple head phones. The sales assistant in the front said that I have to wait in line, so I did then the sales assistent took my phone number and other details and said when I receive a text message I need to go to another person, I waited for the text message and went to the person she said to go to, he entered more details and said to wait were that tables were and another sales assistant will assist me, why can't Apple stores mainstream your process, I find it very unprofessional going into a store and seeing 3 persons before you receive assistant, this is bad for business and this experience has detered me to enter an Apple store again.

One would expect if you make an appointment, your matter will be attended to there & then. Not such the case with Apple, Brisbane City. I even phoned first. Cannot believe for a simple battery replacement I would have to make 3 visits !! There seems to be a lot of staff waltzing around supposedly doing something important & a lack of Technicians fixing things. Thumbs down Apple.
Perfect customer service!
Thanks to the staff at the Apple Store in Broadway! All your staff are courteous and helpful, thanks in particular to one of your Geniuses (I didn't get his name unfortunately) who was able to fix my iPhone's screen in under five minutes, giving me a great amount of relief as I was worried my device had been irreparably damaged.
A big thank you to all the staff of that store! You're an example of the world class customer service and support that defines Apple's philosophy! :)

Will Apple users be so broke from their faulty Apple products that they will soon have online help groups where they swap parts and cry into each other’s coffee about being suckers?
Don't get sucked in by Apple's Interest-free option of "Latitude". It costs $4.95 a month in fees. I am so disgusted I'm going to the Ombudsman about it.
The loan is interest free, however the monthly fee of $4.95 is commonplace in the finance insider for all loans, both small and large (even zipper do this).
Perhaps read the terms and conditions below complaining.
