Apple iPhone X has little trouble but ok
I brought iPhone X and inserted my sim card by face recognition set up.
after couple of hours it asked for a passcode that I never had.
Now it has stopped reading my face and I do not have passcode with me. Entered password wrong several times made my brand new iPhone blocked.
I can not use it. Proof of purchase is attached, it is not even a day old.
Apart from that it is okay

I ordered an iMac 27" 4K build to order late April 2018. I changed my mind about the configuration even though the product was built and in transit. The wonderfully helpful on-line advisor at Apple told me I could either be given a refund, or re-order the product I wanted with out any charge or penalty of any kind within a 14 day period. He even offered to extend this for me if needed. I have been using Apple products for over 20 years and would not consider any other brand. The backup service is second to none. The products generally are...a bit more expensive than other brands, but, in my opinion represent excellent value with superb service and exceptional quality. Yes, I am an Apple fan and will continue to let others know so that they can enjoy the same benefits as I have had.
Great Service at Apple Store
I went to the Apple Store with my iPhone 6 which was very quiet for listening to phone calls. The staff were very efficient and fast and organised and fixed my phone with a new screen and speaker within 2 hours. Happy people, totally responsive and helpful.

Always a good outcome at Apple Stores
Admittedly I have been a user of Apple products since the Newton (millennials, go look it up) and on the whole they have been incredibly reliable and very user friendly. I recently had an issue with an iPhone 6S whereby battery performance suddenly degraded to the point it would not even hold a charge overnight on standby, as I was due to head overseas in a couple of days I needed this sorted as soon as possible.
I didn’t make an appointment but just dropped in to the Perth city store, they saw me after a short 5 minute wait, confirmed the p...roblem, ran some other diagnostics and agreed to replace the battery free of charge (I thought the warranty was 1 year and I was just past this, but turns out it’s 2 years). I came back in a couple of hours and the phone was all done, with another 2yr warranty on the battery. I realise there had been issues with battery life on some models, but it’s good to see a company that acknowledges this and does the right thing. I’ve also had a very positive experience at the Garden City, Perth store, where they ended up replacing an iPhone 6 with a new one, no questions no charge. The system for booking appointments can be a little frustrating, I was lucky this time but often you have to wait some time unless you book online.

Phone was not working so I called and went though tests with apple over phone.
Phone was still having sound issues with in 12 months of buying.
They booked an apt that suited me in and I put the phone in for repair which was fixed promptly.
They folleed up with a sms advising it was ready for collection and there opening store times.
All agent in store and phone where just so polite. This service is the best service I have ever received in Adelaide. Phone repaired at no charge. Due to ACL

I bought an iphone 6Splus about a year ago and unfortunately it felt in the salt water. When I was completely disappointed, Apple has offered me a new phone, 50% discount same model same colour as long as the date of purchase is not more than two years.

Repairing my cracked screen
I smashed my phone screen when I had a fall in Townsville. I contacted Apple store to arrange a repair of my phone. They made an apt for me to attend the store & get it fixed.
Prepare before you go
I don’t usually go into the Apple Store but I needed to pick an item up. All of their products can be seen on line and there will not be any super special prices in store. I ordered and paid online, booked a slot, walked into the store, spoke to 2 people, got my item and was out of there within 5 minutes. In a shop full of teenage tyre kickers this is an excellent turnover time. The staff tried hard to make conversation and were very pleasant.

I would like to thank the apple employee at the fountain gate shopping centre Apple Store for his excellent information regarding using my iPhone and regarding the purchase of another iPad he was very patient with us as we are not very technically minded so thank you Shaun ( English fellow) and please pass on our gratitude I would only ever buy an iPhone due to its great back up from this store

I had a problem with my iPad not working on Saturday 2 December 2017. Did some googling and it seemed to be a common problem due to an Apple software glitch iOS 11.1.2 and while there were some suggested solutions, nothing worked. A wet Saturday so I wasn’t looking forward to a visit to a very busy Apple store. The meet and greet staff member at the door was right onto it even before I finished mentioning 11.1.2, sent me down to the counter to other staff. Waiting 1 minute to speak with someone, he set the date back a week as a temporary so...lution and advised me to install the next update when it came through. This could have been a very stressful day for staff but they knew what to do and got their customers in and out very quickly. Very friendly and helpful service as always at Robina.

I enjoy The Apple Products I have both the Apple iPhone and the Apple Air 2 iPad but without the Apple Support App From the Australian App Store where would a senior technology user be floundering around in cyberspace. A quick login to the Apple App and all becomes more understandable and even enjoyable I dare say.

I recently bought an iPhone from the online Apple store and the carrier (StarTrack) didn't even knock or enter the property when he came to deliver it, just dropped a note in the postbox and left. Now I don't drive so getting to Redbank to pick up my phone was out of the question (and I definitely wasn't going to pay $50 - $60 for a taxi to get there!) After an entire day of battling with Australia Post and StarTrack trying to get it redelivered and constantly being told that they have no authority to do LITERALLY ANYTHING with my parcel even t...hough the only reason it was there was because their driver was too lazy to knock, I got fed up and called Apple. A 5 minute phone call to Adam from Apple and he arranged my phone to be redelivered by a different driver and he's put in feedback about the incident. Thankyou so much Adam and the amazing customer service from Apple is so refreshing.
After trying to deal with Telstra about a broken I pad air wifi cellular that I bought from them I went to apple to get some answers.
Without any prompting they arranged for a brand new device then and there and also managed to save my photos from the broken iPad which was only 7 months old.

Great Customer Service at Chatswood Store
I recently took my ipad to get fixed at the genius bar. Turns out their was a hardware problem and warranty had expired by a few months. Despite this, the genius bar employee was kind enough to convinced the manager to give me a replacement ipad at no extra cost. 10/10 for customer service.
Fantastic Service at Apple Store Southland
We had purchased a Macbook pro for my daughter to use for school. After about 6 months it started developing a pink tinge to the screen.
My daughter used the online chat to try and get some help, and they advised her to take it to an apple store to be looked at and made an appointment for her at the apple store at Southland a few days later.

Ordering stuff online was fast simple and efficient
I have an app on my iphone called Apple Store. I wanted to order the latest stuff from Apple but don't live close to an Apple Store and the JB HiFi store has limited stock of stuff, So I ordered everything I wanted via the app on Monday morning. It was delivered to me via courier by Wednesday lunchtime. (I live in the outer suburbs of a capital city ) it was exactly what I wanted and ordered and it was delivered in well packed cartons . Well done Apple - this is exactly how it should be.
Fantastic value for money
Iphone not working so made an appointment at apple, an hour later I walked out the store problem solved. Exchanged my iphone which was out of warranty. Got an updated iphone at a minimal price. great service quick and easy.
Amazing service at Highpoint Shoping Centre
Wow - amazing efficient service - just what you need - after my iPhone failed I was able to book a same day spot online - I got there 10 minutes early and was seen 2 mins before my spot time by the genius Tommo! He tested my phone - pronounced it fatal and within half an hour I was leaving the store with a replacement phone - there were approximately 60 staff on duty this Easter Monday so who could complain about that? Apple you are fantastic !! Thanks Tommo

Will Apple users be so broke from their faulty Apple products that they will soon have online help groups where they swap parts and cry into each other’s coffee about being suckers?
Don't get sucked in by Apple's Interest-free option of "Latitude". It costs $4.95 a month in fees. I am so disgusted I'm going to the Ombudsman about it.
The loan is interest free, however the monthly fee of $4.95 is commonplace in the finance insider for all loans, both small and large (even zipper do this).
Perhaps read the terms and conditions below complaining.
