the Apple store is amazing because they attend to you straight away and give really easy to understand advise if you have a problem with your ipad or iPhone.they are very obliging and you are treated with respect and their prices are very good and after sales service is impecable

After some time of using a borrowed I phone I was ready (so I thought) to purchase outright my Iphone6 from the apple store at Chatswood. The service was awful having to wait to be served, very little help with choosing the phone for me and a quick 30second demo.

Recently had a problem with the battery swelling - was told that the handset would be replaced, however I would need to pay for the battery. Not great but better than purchasing a new handset, which is beyond my means. In any case, my initial contact took my details and I was contacted via e-mail, but the name on the repair order was not mine. After being told it would take 2-3 days, it was a week & a half. This time, I was attended to by Trent - what a wonderful employee and experience. This young man deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded. ...Nothing was too much trouble for him and if ever I need to see anyone again at Apple, Fountain Gate, I will seek him out in a flash. If everyone had this young man's attitude, caring and knowledge, what a different level of customer service we would experience. I am hoping that Apple does have a rewards/recognition programme, and that Trent can be a recipient of some remuneration in recognition of his excellent service.

I walked into the Robina store with great disappointment as this is my 2nd. phone that has gone kaput. Needed help asap as banking was locked out. Directed at store to see Rhys who did his very best to get me a place at the Genius Bar closing in 60+ minutes. Waited for 30 minutes and was greeted by Nikko - great tech who knew what to do. Got phone service back in 20 minutes. Great job Nikko and Rhys! Keep up the great customer service.

What a wonderful experience! Over the past 3 months I have been looking into purchasing a smart watch but with the market flooded with wearables I had no idea where to begin. I decided to shop around, leading me to explore new Apple Watch 2 at the Apple Store in Doncaster.
Kris Katic at Apple Doncaster, assisted me. He really took the time to listen, understand and explain everything I needed to know. Nothing was too difficult for him as I tried on multiple bands and faces to determine the right watch for me. I've gone from being uncertain about which watch to purchase, to purchasing the new Apple watch AND an additional band. This was solely due to the brilliant service Kris provided! Thanks Kris!

Servicing was superb and fast. I had a wonky logic board replaced within a day and they offered to replace another wonky part which i didnt know about. Great Apple service.
Apple technician at the Canberra store - outstanding, professional, efficient and, friendly !
The reception i received at the Canberra Apple store was outstanding. Having lost screen display mid-way through my thesis - the support i received was exceptional and quelled any of my fears. I was provided with sound and, accurate advice and the turnaround of repair was very fast.
Apple Store Protocols
After the considerable distress I experienced visiting my local Apple Store recently I consequently wrote a Review. However, in fairness I wish to report on the latest.
After booking an appointment to speak to a Technical person which the young salesman failed to advise me to do last visit, it would appear the latest iTunes software will not support 3G iPhones or the latest iPhone unless Operating System software is up to date which is easier said than done.

Apple Store Charlestown...Old School Customer Service Still Lives
I am not much of an Apple girl, I tend more toward Samsung, however my husband got an Ipad for our daughter. I had downloaded movies from Itunes and couldnt work out why they were only partially downloading. I took it into the Apple store at Charlestown and they were fabulous!! I was there for 15mins, 3 people approached me to serve me at various times and they all taught me something different. The staff are patient, kind and friendly. If I purchase any more Apple products I would go back there in a heartbeat..they are wonderful.

The store is amazing in-person, friendly staff and the genius' always give use multiple options, and give us the cheapest options! Online, the store is great and the Apple Store app is great. Highly recommend Apple as always!

Hello, I wish to lodge a concern with my Apple Iphone 6+
I had an issue with the on/off button where it stopped working and had been advised by Doncaster (Westfield - Shoppingtown) that they couldnt fix and needed to be replaced with the re-furbished equivalent. that is when the saga starts ...
the 1st exchanged phone was returned the next day because of screen issues (freezes and has lines)
the 2nd exchanged phone had a bad camera
the 3rd phone after a few days has the same symptoms as the 1st changed where the screen is not responding, freezes and or has pixilation .
this is all in a 2 week period
what are my options ?
the phone replacements are obviously faulty and are not to APPLE standards ...
Outstanding service provided by Harley at Apple Southland Genius Bar.
I just want to commend the technician Harley at the Southland Apple store. Earlier in the morning, I had gone to the Chadstone Apple store and left disappointed as the problem with my iMac had not been rectified (due to their internal server being down). I then decided to go to Southland Apple store and was fortunate enough to have Harley serve me.
The service Harley provided was outstanding. He was able to promptly diagnose and fix the problem with my iMac. His communication was excellent as it was clear and concise and allowed me to under...stand what the issues were and what options were available to me. He even helped me carry the 27 inch iMac to my car as I have damaged discs in my back, so I can't speak any more highly of the service provided to me by Harley. PS: I have been using the iMac the entire day and it's working flawlessly so I'm extremely satisfied. Prior to taking it in I though it might have been a faulty logic board and it was going to cost me an exorbitant amount to repair.

Talk To The Mac Smithfield far north Queensland has a man working there that has the best customer service :) I took my sons iphone in and Nash totally fixed it for me even after it taking quite a while he did not give up ! THANKYOU again very much for your time and patience ! Happy customer

Don't get sucked in by Apple's Interest-free option of "Latitude". It costs $4.95 a month in fees. I am so disgusted I'm going to the Ombudsman about it.
The loan is interest free, however the monthly fee of $4.95 is commonplace in the finance insider for all loans, both small and large (even zipper do this).
Perhaps read the terms and conditions below complaining.
