Beware of the free removal offer
Ordering was easy and product came the next day. One trick is the offer of free “removal and disposal” of your old appliance. I was expecting my undermount range hoods to be removed but that didn’t happen. Up to this point I didn’t have a problem with them but I now feel like they mislead on purpose. I believe they should reword their “free removal and disposal “ statement as it appears quite a few customers have fallen for the so-called free offer.
Great washer with many options
This washer replaced another front loader and the room we saved front to back made it easier to measure up and and finish laundry update. Being able to buy online and having delivered in such a small time frame is the selling point for us.
Lowest price with next day delivery
Overall happy about buying my fridge at the lowest price and next-day delivery. My fridge has mild damage on the front door, but no worth to complain, I decided to keep it.
- website design itself looks good, but some scroll buttons and payment pages need improvements.
- Anyway, I would be super happy without the door damage.
Great little machine.
Great little machine. Makes a good coffee, takes up little bench space and looks good. A little tricky and messy at first but used to it now

Great prices. Fast delivery. Slightly odd website. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it was delivered about 8AM on Thursday.
New dishwasher with dents
I took advantage of the Easter deals to replace my broken dishwasher with a BOSCH.
They delivered it with dents, had to take it back and now I'm at least 2 weeks without a dishwasher.
Edit on 15/04/2021 : Their customer service offered me a compensation.
I'll recommend them.
- Its great that you can control the Electrolux 10kg/6kg washer dryer via the Electrolux Life app that you can download on your phone. The only thing which I am not too sure on, is if you can turn it on via the app.
- I like the helpful suggestions in the app that can help out with thing like stains, care labels, also having a program specifically for bedding is really handy as well as the care advisor.
-Also having live weather updates plus temperature is a great addition in the app so you know if you would want to wash your clothes an th...en hang it on the clothes line or use the dryer function. - Also giving you accurate info on how long the washing/drying will take plus live time. The timer also updates itself when I was observing it on the app an the time does drop about 5 mins or more when using the Sensor Wash which is included in some of the Modes ( not all modes). - The Vapour Refresh function is also a great way of quickly getting your clothes refreshed as well as looking ironed a bit.
Terrible experience so far
I purchased an oven and rangehood online and when I ordered it the dates were blown out to the end of April for delivery, so I called the customer service number and was told that it was due to the rangehood not being in stock. They said it was arriving the next day or so and advised to call back to arrange a new delivery date once it becomes in stock. So I called the next day and spoke to a person who said that both were in stock and could be delivered next day. She told me I would get a text to advise of the two hour window. So I waited aroun...d in morning and heard nothing, so I called again to find out when it was arriving. (in meantime we have pulled out our current oven and rangehood). She then told me there was no record of my phone conversation and no booked time for delivery. I was quite annoyed by this but she gave me her direct line and name and booked the order in for the 6th April. So we wait around on the 6th April and the delivery guy arrived with just the oven but no rangehood. He didn't have the rangehood on his order sheet. So I called and spoke to customer service and they said that the rangehood was rescheduled to the 14th April (without my knowledge). I asked why and she just advised that they just rescheduled it. They had no intention on letting me know this. So now I have to wait around for another whole day for the rangehood to arrive. Terrible customer service, from my experience they do not advise customers when they change delivery dates, I have lost trust now.
Stylish and Practical
The wine fridge is well designed and looks great; it runs very quietly and we are very pleased with our purchase.
There is a minor issue with the led light reporting the temp which is not ideal but overall, we are very happy.
Was easy to install and set up myself,
Test run went very well, instructions with product very good.
Everything went well.
Excellent place to compare and buy
We have purchased a few times from appliance online and never have been disappointed with their service and products descriptions.
Website is awesome and allows you to filter, compare products with so many criterias. Best I like is filter based on sizes. Their website is way beyond others in the league
Whenever I want to buy any appliance or home electronics, I do my own research and Appliance Online is no.1 in my research tool list.
One thing if I can suggest them is, they should advertise only their 'best price' rather than leaving to cu...stomers to negotiate and ask for the deal. Because every customer is different in negotiating and communications and because of that some may end up paying unfair price as they don’t know how to negotiate or are not too technical.
This is the reasonable dryer.
Fair price, silence and friendly. I didn't use any Beko before but the price beat the other. It works quietly. I like it.
Working well so far
Ordered a Bosch dishwasher that was about $100 cheaper with appliances online. It was delivered really quickly and is so far doing its job.
Withholding of a refund.
I returned a defective clothes dryerand asked for a refund to which I am entitled to by state law. The telephone consultants were very happy to help and contact the accounts department asking for the refund. But after 9 days of multiple calls and emails I have yet to receive the payment back. They have no right legally to keep it.
I shall look for a deal elsewhere next time I need an appliance after this experience.
All good until something goes wrong
I've used AO numerous times and during those times nothing went wrong. 100% recommendation from me, until now. On the last order something did go amiss and I required service. That's when AO exposed itself to be the same as traditional retailers. When AO first started, they were considered unparalleled for price and service. But that is no more. Prices are now often higher than traditional retailers and who wants to waste time haggling for no gain? Many products are now out of stock - at least they altered the settings so you can't order those ...products. But if something goes wrong with your appliance, don't expect them to be any better than others, many of whom don't comply with the ACL. They are the best if everything goes smoothly. But today appliances aren't made like they used to be, often faulty out of the box or break down before or just after warranty, so it is a risk. Edit: something seems suspicious. Just hours after I posted this realistic review, there are even more 5 star reviews that don't provide any detail. Hmmmm ...
EXCELLENT PROCESS AND COMPLETION
Website is easy to use, and choosing your product is also fairly painless. Search should be more prominent as a function. But otherwise first class experience from start to finish.
The Sunbeam stickmaster Pro is easy to use and great price. Appliance Online is an excellent company. I always check their store before going anywhere else.
Good product. Had stock where others didn’t
Had stock when others had nothing. Pricing is variable so shop around. One week later and they’ve dropped the price $70. Darn. Installers were polite but didn’t know what they were doing. Caught them taking the transit bolts out too early. They also managed to flood my laundry. In the end I removed it and reinstalled myself. Sits beautifully now. Product is good.
Questions & Answers
I love the super fast delivery and competitive pricing. I am looking to purchase a lounge from the Ostro range, but i cant find a single review any where on the internet or on the AO website. The reviews need to be prominently displayed for each individual product. When buying online I rely heavily on reviews for determining quality and value.
I don’t understand as your post is clearly not a question. Are you complaining that it is the fault of reviewers not reviewing ? ‘Please explain’.
Are all the products you sell on your online platform, 1st grade quality, sealed in their original boxes ?
As far as I am aware the products are all new and boxed correctly. Ours was anyway. Hope this helps.
I have purchased 2 products from them and they are all new plus still in original boxes when delivered
We bought a pair of washing machine and dryer. Both were in their original boxes. There were three guys that delivered, unboxed, removed the old washer and put the new one in place. They did adjust the feet of the washer but didn't level the washer very well. So I took out a spirit level and adjustable wrench to finish the job. The boxes came with all the accessories/parts and documents described in the manual. In my case, I also ordered a stacking kit which wasn't available until a couple of weeks later so they gave me the option to split the order and received the washer and dryer first.
